TABLE 1
Figure BDA0002356750000000051
Examples 1 to 3
Reconstituted tobacco was prepared according to the raw material formulation of table 2 using a thick paste process:
(1) mixing powdered tobacco material, Lyocell fiber, softwood fiber, guar gum, and smoke agent (90 wt% glycerol +10 wt% propylene glycol), adding water (about 45 deg.C), and stirring to form slurry;
(2) spreading the slurry on a metal base belt of reconstituted tobacco production equipment by a thick slurry method, drying the slurry-loaded metal base belt to form a sheet through a drying section, cooling, and peeling the sheet from the metal base belt to obtain a reconstituted tobacco product with the water content of 10 +/-1 wt%;
wherein, the powdered tobacco raw material is obtained by the following method: the tobacco raw material (tobacco leaves) is cut into threads, crushed, ground and sieved to obtain 100-300 mesh (namely, the tobacco leaves pass through 100 mesh and do not pass through 300 mesh) powder, namely the powdered tobacco raw material.
Wherein, the softwood fiber is obtained according to the following method: crushing and defibering needle-leaved wood fiber pulp board, specifically, coarsely crushing to 1.0-2.0cm by hammer crusher2The particles are defibered to single fibers by a sawtooth type fine crusher, and the obtained products with the single fibers basically dispersed mutually are the softwood fibers.
Comparative examples 1 to 3
Comparative examples 1 to 3 differ from examples 1 to 3 in that lyocell fibers in the raw material were replaced with equal weight of softwood fibers, respectively.
The raw material formulations of examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 3 and the contents of smoke agent, lyocell fiber and softwood fiber in the reconstituted tobacco products are shown in table 2 below.

Analytical testing
Item 1: content of smoke agent
In appearance, the reconstituted tobacco products of examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 2 were dry in surface and no liquid exuded. The reconstituted tobacco product of comparative example 3 had a small amount of residual liquid exuded from the surface.
The content of the smoke agent in the reconstituted tobacco products of examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 3 was measured according to YC/T243-2008 "gas chromatography for measurement of 1, 2-propanediol and glycerol in tobacco and tobacco products", and the results are shown in table 2.
Item 2: amount of smoke and sensory quality
The reconstituted tobacco leaves of the examples 1 to 3 and the comparative examples 1 to 3 are cut into tobacco shreds with the width of 0.8 to 1mm, the tobacco core section of the existing heating non-combustion tobacco product IQOS/Heat sticks in the market is replaced, and the filling amount of the tobacco shreds is 0.32 g/cigarette.
7 professional tobacco smokers were organized, smoked the above tobacco products which were not burned by heating, and the amount of smoke and the sensory quality were scored, and the scores were averaged.
Wherein, the sensory quality is divided into 100 points, the scoring standard approximately refers to GB 5606.4-2005 sensory technical requirement of cigarette part 4, but the sensory quality evaluation of the heating non-combustible tobacco product mainly comprises the following indexes of' smoke temperature (divided into 20 points); the amount of smoke (full 20 min); the number of suction ports (full 20 minutes); the style of aroma (16 points full); satisfaction (8 points of satisfaction); comfort (full 8 points); odor (score 8 full) ", and total score 100. The scoring results are shown in the table below.
TABLE 3
Figure BDA0002356750000000071
As shown in tables 2 and 3, the reconstituted tobacco of examples 1 to 3 used for heating a non-combustible tobacco product did exhibit the following advantageous effects, as compared to comparative examples 1 to 3:
