Background
In actual work, each enterprise may have multiple business modes, such as management of goods, ex-warehouse business and in-warehouse business, management of contracts, order contract signing business and the like. With the rapid development of economy, the business volume of each enterprise will be increasingly huge, and the demand of customers will gradually present personalized trend, so that under the background, if the traditional business management mode is used for invoicing, not only the cost will be increased, but also the efficiency will be lower and lower.
Aiming at the problem of high efficiency of billing management cost in the prior art, no effective solution is available at present.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, an object of the embodiments of the present invention is to provide an invoicing method and apparatus, which can implement full-automatic processing of the whole business process, improve work efficiency and demand response speed, and further reduce cost.
In view of the above, a first aspect of the embodiments of the present invention provides an invoicing method based on the internet of things, including the following steps performed based on the internet of things:
creating a globally unique electronic tag for identifying the object for the object, and acquiring information of the object through the electronic tag;
storing the information of the objects into a data warehouse by using an intelligent information processing technology, and classifying and integrating the information of the objects in the data warehouse to form a form invoice;
sending the form invoice to a client for confirmation, and receiving the confirmed form invoice from the client;
and formatting the confirmed formal invoice into an incoming parameter format of an invoicing interface and transmitting the incoming parameter format into the invoicing interface to invoice the formal invoice for the object.
In some embodiments, the electronic tag comprises a radio frequency identification tag; the collecting of the information of the object by the electronic tag includes: information of an object is acquired by reading a radio frequency identification tag using a radio frequency identification device.
In some embodiments, the object comprises a physical good; storing information of objects in a data repository using intelligent information processing techniques includes: and storing the goods information of the physical goods into a data warehouse in the form of a delivery bill.
In some embodiments, the object comprises an entered-in contract; storing information of objects in a data repository using intelligent information processing techniques includes: and storing the registration information of the contract into a data warehouse in the form of an order to be received.
In some embodiments, sending the formal invoice to the customer confirmation further comprises: the lead client checks the form invoice and confirms the form invoice based on the form invoice being error-free.
A second aspect of an embodiment of the present invention provides an invoicing apparatus based on an internet of things, including:
a processor; and
a memory storing program code executable by the processor, the program code when executed performing the following steps based on the internet of things:
creating a globally unique electronic tag for identifying the object for the object, and acquiring information of the object through the electronic tag;
storing the information of the objects into a data warehouse by using an intelligent information processing technology, and classifying and integrating the information of the objects in the data warehouse to form a form invoice;
sending the form invoice to a client for confirmation, and receiving the confirmed form invoice from the client;
and formatting the confirmed formal invoice into an incoming parameter format of an invoicing interface and transmitting the incoming parameter format into the invoicing interface to invoice the formal invoice for the object.

The invention has the following beneficial technical effects: the invoicing method and the invoicing device provided by the embodiment of the invention establish the globally unique electronic tag for identifying the object for the object, and acquire the information of the object through the electronic tag; storing the information of the objects into a data warehouse by using an intelligent information processing technology, and classifying and integrating the information of the objects in the data warehouse to form a form invoice; sending the form invoice to a client for confirmation, and receiving the confirmed form invoice from the client; the confirmed form invoice is formatted into the transmitted parameter format of the invoice issuing interface and transmitted into the invoice issuing interface to issue a formal invoice for the object, so that the full-automatic processing of the whole business process can be realized, the working efficiency and the demand response speed are improved, and the cost is further reduced.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the following embodiments of the present invention are described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
It should be noted that all expressions using "first" and "second" in the embodiments of the present invention are used for distinguishing two entities with the same name but different names or different parameters, and it should be noted that "first" and "second" are merely for convenience of description and should not be construed as limitations of the embodiments of the present invention, and they are not described in any more detail in the following embodiments.
Based on the above purpose, a first aspect of the embodiments of the present invention provides an embodiment of an invoicing method based on the internet of things, which can implement full-automatic processing of the whole business process. Fig. 1 is a flow chart illustrating an invoicing method according to the present invention.
The invoicing method based on the internet of things is shown in fig. 1 and comprises the following steps:
step S101: creating a globally unique electronic tag for identifying the object for the object, and acquiring information of the object through the electronic tag;
step S103: storing the information of the objects into a data warehouse by using an intelligent information processing technology, and classifying and integrating the information of the objects in the data warehouse to form a form invoice;
step S105: sending the form invoice to a client for confirmation, and receiving the confirmed form invoice from the client;
step S107: and formatting the confirmed formal invoice into an incoming parameter format of an invoicing interface and transmitting the incoming parameter format into the invoicing interface to invoice the formal invoice for the object.
The invention combines the technology of Internet of things and the computer software technology, collects service information through a sensor and a Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, processes the information through an intelligent information processing technology, and transmits data and automatically makes invoices through a network communication technology and the computer software technology to realize the full-automatic processing of the whole service process. The invention reasonably monitors and processes each business flow transfer process of an enterprise by utilizing comprehensive perception, reliable transmission and intelligent processing in the internet of things technology, and realizes automation and informatization of the whole process by combining with a computer software technology, so that the satisfaction of customers is improved and the economic benefit of the enterprise is increased while the manpower and material resources are saved, and a new era of interconnection is formed.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by a computer program, which can be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. The storage medium may be a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a read-only memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), or the like. Embodiments of the computer program may achieve the same or similar effects as any of the preceding method embodiments to which it corresponds.

The method disclosed according to an embodiment of the present invention may also be implemented as a computer program executed by a CPU, which may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium. The computer program, when executed by the CPU, performs the above-described functions defined in the method disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention. The above-described method steps and system elements may also be implemented using a controller and a computer-readable storage medium for storing a computer program for causing the controller to implement the functions of the above-described steps or elements.
The following further illustrates embodiments of the invention in terms of specific examples.

It should be particularly noted that the steps in the embodiments of the invoicing method described above can be mutually intersected, replaced, added or deleted, and therefore, the reasonable permutation and combination conversion of the invoicing method shall also belong to the protection scope of the present invention, and shall not limit the protection scope of the present invention to the embodiments.
In view of the foregoing, a second aspect of the embodiments of the present invention provides an embodiment of an invoicing apparatus based on the internet of things, which is capable of implementing full-automatic processing of the whole business process. The invoicing apparatus comprises:

It should be particularly noted that the embodiment of the invoicing apparatus based on the internet of things employs the embodiment of the invoicing method to specifically describe the working process of each module, and those skilled in the art can easily think that the modules are applied to other embodiments of the invoicing method. Of course, since the steps in the embodiment of the invoicing method can be mutually intersected, replaced, added, and deleted, these reasonable combinations and permutations of the invoicing apparatus should also fall within the scope of the present invention, and should not limit the scope of the present invention to the embodiment.
