It should be noted that the load equipment may be a PC in the load center, or may be an automatic load machine. But is not limited thereto. When the transfer is carried out, students carry the campus card to a transfer center or an automatic transfer machine for transfer, the amount of the transfer can be set by parents in a self-defined way, and the upper limit value can also be set in a preset period, for example, the transfer is only allowed to be 1000 yuan in one month; the cloud server may automatically load a fixed amount of money to the corresponding campus card according to a predetermined period, for example, the cloud server may automatically load a fixed amount of money (e.g., 1000 yuan) in the electronic wallet to the corresponding campus card every month according to a parent's requirement.
Before the parents set the earmark upper limit in a self-defined manner, the cloud server can collect the historical average consumption standard and push the average consumption standard to the parents, so that the parents can conveniently set the earmark upper limit of the students by referring to the historical average consumption standard; the cloud server can also collect historical average consumption standards of historical boys/girls, so that parents can conveniently set the earmark upper limit of the students according to the historical average consumption standards of the boys/girls; the cloud server can also collect the historical average consumption standard of the students in a preset grade (such as grade one), so that parents can conveniently set the earning upper limit of the students according to the grade condition of the students and by referring to the historical average consumption standard of the students in the grade.
As shown in fig. 3, the campus card management system further includes a card swiping device, where the card swiping device communicates with the campus card near end and swipes the corresponding amount of money in the campus card according to the consumption condition of the user.
Further, the card swiping device is in communication connection with the cloud server, when the remaining amount of money in the campus card is smaller than the amount of money pre-swiped by the card swiping device, the card swiping device inquires the amount of money not earned by the corresponding electronic wallet in the cloud server, and when the sum of the amount of money not earned by the card and the remaining amount of money of the campus card is larger than the amount of money pre-swiped by the card swiping device, the card swiping device is allowed to swipe the amount of money corresponding to the campus card according to the consumption condition of the user, and the campus card is recorded as an owing state.
It should be noted that a plurality of card swiping devices may be provided, the plurality of card swiping devices are in communication connection with the cloud server, and the cloud server stores a card swiping record table of each card swiping device. After the card swiping equipment swipes the corresponding amount of money from the campus card, the cloud server records the corresponding amount of money in a card swiping record table of the card swiping equipment so as to bring convenience to cash withdrawal at a later stage.
When the campus card is in an arrearage state, the amount of the campus card arrearage is recorded. And when the student carries out the load on the campus card next time, the amount of the arrearage can be deducted from the amount of the load. For students, even if the balance of the campus card is insufficient, the consumption state cannot be influenced, and the consumption experience of the students is enhanced; for the manager, even if the campus card has a defaulting phenomenon, the amount of money which is not earmarked in the electronic wallet can be used as a guarantee, and the risk of economic loss of the manager is avoided.
Further, the cloud server calculates credit conditions of each campus card user and prestores the credit conditions, when the sum of the un-eared sum and the residual sum of the campus cards is smaller than the sum of the un-eared sum and the residual sum of the campus cards, which is pre-swiped by the card swiping equipment, the cloud server inquires credit values of the campus card users, and if the credit values of the campus card users are larger than or equal to a preset threshold value, the card swiping equipment is allowed to swipe corresponding sum of the campus cards according to consumption conditions of the users, and the campus cards are recorded to be in an owing state; and if the credit value of the campus card user is smaller than a preset threshold value, the card swiping equipment is refused to swipe the corresponding amount of money in the campus card according to the consumption condition of the user.
In practical application, when a student uses a campus card for consumption, if the balance of the campus card is insufficient and the sum of the un-eared amount and the balance of the campus card is less than the amount of money pre-swiped by the card swiping device, at the moment, the card swiping device can identify the identity of the campus card and acquire the credit value of the identity from the cloud server, and if the credit value reaches a preset threshold value, the campus card can be allowed to be used for defaulting. However, if the arrear consumption reaches a preset threshold, such as arrear 50, then continued arrear consumption is denied. It is understood that the credit values of different students are different, and corresponding defaulting upper limits can be set for different credit values.
When a student is buying a meal, if the campus card is out of money, the student can buy the meal after the campus card is charged with money, and a large number of people are likely to queue up for recharging at a recharging center, so that the eating efficiency of the student is affected. Through the arrearage consumption mode, the credit of the students is used as the guarantee of the arrearage consumption, and the consumption efficiency can be effectively improved.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the first terminal equipment, the electronic purse and the campus card are all multiple and correspond to one another one by one.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, the number of the first terminal devices, the electronic wallets and the campus cards is multiple, the first terminal devices correspond to the electronic wallets one by one, one of the electronic wallets corresponds to at least two campus cards, and the amount of the upper limit money that can be earmarked in a preset period for each of the at least two campus cards is the same, or the amount of the upper limit money that can be earmarked in the preset period for each of the at least two campus cards is different, or the amount of the upper limit money that can be earmarked in the preset period for one of the at least two campus cards is the same, and the amount of the upper limit money that can be earmarked in the preset period for the other of the at least two campus cards is different.
It should be noted that one electronic wallet may correspond to a plurality of campus cards, for example, if some parents have two students, and two students have two campus cards, each campus card may earn money from one electronic wallet, the earning upper limit money of the two campus cards in a predetermined period may be set to be the same (for example, both are 1000), or the earning upper limit money of the two campus cards in a predetermined period may be set to be different (for example, one is 1000, and the other is 800).
Based on above-mentioned campus card management system, the head of a family can deposit money in the corresponding electronic wallet in cloud server every year, every school date or every quarter, replaces the head of a family by cloud server to keep and manage the distribution of student's later life expense, can avoid influencing student's normal life because the head of a family fails in time to provide the life expense for the student, also can solve the unreasonable phenomenon of head of a family's expense student's life expense simultaneously.
For students, the students do not need to frequently ask parents for the living expenses, when the balance of the campus card is insufficient, the students only need to transfer the money amount in the electronic purse to the campus card, and in the whole process, the students cannot contact any cash, so that the phenomenon of cash loss is avoided.
