The performance test system mainly comprises a force and moment loading module, a linear module, a sensor component and a bracket, wherein the force and moment loading module adopts a ZKB-5XN type magnetic powder brake of Mitsubishi motor company and a ZHY-10A type magnetic hysteresis brake of Mitsubishi motor company, the linear module adopts a KK60 type of Mitsubishi motor company in Taiwan, the linear module converts the linear motion of a screw nut of a transfer mechanism into rotary motion, and the thrust loading of the screw nut is realized in a moment loading mode; the sensor part mainly comprises a torque sensor, a push-pull force sensor, an angle encoder and a grating ruler, and is used for measuring indexes such as loading torque, rotating speed and the like of the claw holding mechanism, and signals of the sensors are transmitted to a signal acquisition platform of the drive control system in a TTL level mode and are used for post-stage data processing and display.
The connection relationship of the systems is as follows:
the outer bracket of the deep cooling high-temperature test box and the bracket of the torque loading module of the performance test system are the same; the product transfer mechanism in the deep cooling high-temperature test box is respectively connected with the force and moment loading device in the performance test system through a box penetrating transmission shaft; and the test adapter cable in the cryogenic test box is connected with the drive control system through the cable hole.
Preferably, the product motor drive control device mainly comprises a case, a modular power supply, a signal processing and motor control circuit, a motor drive module group, a digital voltmeter and a control switch.
