As shown in fig. 2, the connection assembly 8 of the fresh air device of the present embodiment may include a connection pipe 3 and a connection part 2, and the connection assembly 8 is connected to the air filter device 1 through the connection part 2. The connecting part 2 may be a screw connection structure connecting the ends of the base plate, the connecting bracket or the connecting assembly, etc.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the connection member 2 is a connection base plate, the connection base plate 2 is disposed indoors, one end of the connection base plate 2 is connected to the connection pipe 3 through a fastener (e.g., a bolt), and the other end of the connection base plate 2 is detachably and hermetically connected to the integrated internal machine type filter element 1.
Fig. 6 is a schematic front and back view of the connection base plate 2 of the fresh air device of the present invention. As shown in fig. 6, the connection base plate 2 includes an air inlet/outlet 201, a first annular protrusion 202, a first annular recess 203, a second annular protrusion 204, a second annular recess 205, a clamping portion 206, a rubber seal 207, a first hole group (208), a second hole group 209, a wire arrangement groove 210, and a screw guard 211.
Fig. 7 is a schematic view of the reverse structure of the connection base plate 2 of the fresh air device in this embodiment. Because the cable in the fresh air device needs to pass through the connecting pipe 3 and needs to be set to a relatively long length to adapt to walls with different thicknesses, the cable management groove 210 is preferably arranged on the back of the connecting bottom plate 2. The concrete conditions are as follows: when the length of the connecting pipe is larger than the thickness of the wall body, only the extra part of the connecting pipe needs to extend out of the wall, the outer machine is fixed on the connecting pipe, the connecting bottom plate for installing the integrated inner machine type filter element is fixed on the indoor wall, and the connecting bottom plate is directly contacted and fixed with the connecting pipe; when the length of the connecting pipe is smaller than the thickness of the wall body, the outer unit is attached to the outer wall, the connecting bottom plate and the connecting pipe are fixed through the longer bolt 212, and the connecting bottom plate 2 is not in direct contact with the connecting pipe 3. Although the connection bottom plate and the connection pipe are not in contact with each other in this case, since the seal ring is provided between the connection bottom plate and the wall body, there is no fear that unpurified air enters the room through a gap between the connection bottom plate and the wall body.

Outdoor unit 4
Fig. 9 shows a preferred embodiment of the outdoor unit of the fresh air device of the present invention. The outer machine 4 comprises an outer machine shell 401, a volute 402, a mounting plate 403, a top cover 404, a filter screen 405, a volute upper plate 406, a volute side face 407, a volute lower plate 408, a fan 409, a fan mounting plate 410, an outer machine air inlet 411, a shock pad 412, a boss 413, a drainage groove 414 and an outer machine side panel 415. The fan 409 includes a motor therein.
Because the blower fan is provided with a volute with a larger volume, the blower fan with the volute is arranged in the outer casing, and the blower fan is larger in volume and is wasted. In order to reduce the volume of the outer unit, the volute of the fan is removed, the volute of the fan (comprising the volute side panel, the volute upper plate and the volute lower plate) is integrated in the outer unit, and the fan is installed in the volute integrated with the outer unit, so that the waste of materials is reduced, the weight of the outer unit is reduced, the volume of the outer unit is reduced, the structural strength is high, and the installation is more convenient. The fan is further installed on the boss of spiral case upper plate, and the boss edge is provided with the drainage groove, even if outer machine inside has intake carelessly like this, also can discharge through the drainage groove, does not influence the performance of fan. In addition, a shock pad can be arranged between the fan mounting plate and the fan, so that the vibration of the fan can be reduced, and the noise of the fan is reduced. Control assembly
Fig. 10 is a schematic structural diagram of a control component of the fresh air device according to the present invention. The control assembly 10 includes a controller 11 and a local control input member 12 electrically connected to the controller 11 by a wire. The local manipulation input part 12 is disposed indoors, and the controller 11 can control the motor 20 of the fan according to control information input by the local manipulation input part 12.
In one embodiment, the local control input assembly 12 includes a control button 504 (see fig. 11) electrically connected to the controller 11 via a wire. FIG. 11 shows a perspective view from a different perspective of some of the components of the control assembly 11; fig. 12 shows a perspective exploded view of a part of the control module 11, the control button 504 being arranged on the connection base plate 2. The controller 11 can control the on and off of the motor 20 in the blower and adjust the gear of the motor according to the control information input by the control button 504. In one example, long pressing the control button 504 in the power-on state indicates power-off, the motor 20 is turned off, the controller 11 is also turned off, and long pressing the control button 504 in the power-off state indicates power-on, the controller 11 is turned on, and the motor 20 may also be turned on. In the power-on state, when the motor 20 is in a non-highest gear, the control button 504 is pressed for a short time, and then the gear of the motor 20 is increased upwards, for example, the gear is originally a first gear, the gear is increased to a second gear after the control button 504 is pressed for a short time, and when the gear of the motor 20 is in a highest gear, the gear is pressed for a short time again, and then the gear is shifted to a lowest gear. Of course, a short press on control button 504 may also be provided to decrease the gear downward.
In one embodiment, the local control input assembly 12 includes a micro switch 503 electrically connected to the controller 11 by a wire. As shown in fig. 11 and 12, the microswitch 503 is provided on the connection base plate 2. When the integrated inner machine type filter element is installed on the connecting bottom plate 2, the microswitch 503 is triggered to enter a first state, when the integrated inner machine type filter element is detached from the connecting bottom plate, the microswitch 503 enters a second state, and when the microswitch 503 is in the second state, the controller 11 prohibits the motor in the fan from running. Therefore, the operation of the motor in the fan can be forbidden when the integrated inner machine type filter element is detached, and the motor in the fan can be started only after the integrated inner machine type filter element is installed.
With reference to fig. 10, 11 and 12, the control module 11 further includes an indicator light 505 electrically connected to the controller 11 through a circuit, and the on/off state of the motor and the gear position of the motor can be known according to the display state of the indicator light 505. In one example, the indicator light may include 4 LED lights, where the turning on and off of one LED light indicates power on or off. The other three LED lamps show the gear of the motor operation, wherein one LED lamp is on, the motor is shown as a first gear, two LED lamps are on, the motor is shown as a second gear, and three LED lamps are on, and the motor is shown as a third gear. Of course, more LED lamps may be provided, and the operation state indicated by the on/off of each LED lamp may be designed as needed.
As shown in fig. 11 and 12, the control assembly 11 further includes an appliance control box formed by a front case 501 and a rear case 502, and the appliance control box is mounted on the connection base plate 2. The microswitch 503, the control button 504 and the indicator lamp 505 are assembled in the electrical appliance control box. In this embodiment, the controller 11 is also placed in the electrical appliance control box, but in other embodiments, the controller 11 may be placed in other positions. In this embodiment, an arc-shaped groove is formed in the electrical appliance control box, the micro switch 503 is arranged in the arc-shaped groove, a clamping strip matched with the arc-shaped groove is arranged on one side, close to the connecting bottom plate, of the integrated internal machine type filter element, and when the filter element rotates to a certain angle, the micro switch is triggered to enter the first state. Because the invention omits an inner machine and adopts the structure of the integrated inner machine type filter element, the integrated inner machine type filter element can not have electronic components, the replacement of the integrated inner machine type filter element is more convenient, the waste of materials is reduced, and the arrangement of all control components on the connecting bottom plate is one of the innovations of the invention.
As shown in fig. 5, the fresh air device of this embodiment preferably includes a light guide column 111, an inner shielding sheet 112, an outer shielding sheet 113, and a first light hole set 109 and a second light hole set 110 respectively disposed on the front cover and the rear cover. The light guide column 111 is disposed between the first light transmission hole set 109 and the second light transmission hole set 110. Thus, the light emitted from the indicator light 505 can be emitted through the second light hole group 110, the light guide 111, and the first light hole group 109, so that the status of the indicator light 505 can be seen. Due to the design, no electric appliance wire or electronic component needs to be arranged on the integrated inner machine type filter element, the integrated inner machine type filter element is more convenient to replace, the waste of materials is reduced, and meanwhile, as the on-off state of the fresh air device and the air quantity level of the fan are displayed on the integrated inner machine type filter element, the result is clearer, more visual and more attractive.
As shown in fig. 10, the control assembly further includes a power conversion module 15, and the power conversion module 15 is connected to ac mains power through a cable, and is configured to convert ac power into dc power to provide dc power to the controller, the wireless communication circuit, and/or the motor.
By using the fresh air device disclosed by the invention, the outdoor unit is placed outdoors to collect outdoor fresh dirty air, the filtered fresh clean air with PM2.5 close to 0 is continuously sent into a room, micro positive pressure is formed in the room, the indoor air slowly overflows from a door seam and a window seam to form a protective shield, and the outdoor dirty air is prevented from flowing backwards into the room. The technical scheme of the invention has the advantages of good purification effect, large purification area, low noise, long service life, large dust capacity, small occupied indoor space, simple and convenient replacement appearance at any time, low production and installation cost of products, easy installation, safe installation and no secondary pollution, and is particularly very suitable for the installation of old houses of residentsThe novel air purifier is convenient to install, a complex pipeline does not need to be laid like a common novel air purifier, better user experience can be given to customers, and perfect balance of purification efficiency, effect, cost and noise is basically achieved.
Remote control and locking
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 10, the control assembly further includes a wireless communication circuit 13 electrically connected to the controller 11 through a wire. The wireless communication circuit can receive control information from a server through a communication network, and the controller can control the motor in the fan according to the control information from the server received by the wireless communication circuit. Therefore, the server can remotely control the fresh air device.
Preferably, the wireless communication circuit includes a subscriber Identity module and a mobile communication circuit, wherein the mobile communication circuit may be a 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G communication circuit, and the like, and the subscriber Identity module may be a sim (subscriber Identity module) card. The mobile communication circuit can be accessed to a mobile communication network by the aid of the client identity module and is communicated with the server through the mobile communication network. By adopting such a communication mode, the wireless communication circuit 13 can directly communicate with the server through a mobile communication network of a mobile communication operator (such as china mobile or chinese telecom, etc.), and the network maintenance is simple, the coverage of the communication network is wide, and the subsequent maintenance and use are convenient. Of course, in other embodiments, the wireless communication circuit may also be a WIFI wireless communication module, or a bluetooth wireless communication module, etc., and at this time, it needs to be connected to the internet by means of other devices of the client, such as a home router, a control center, etc., and then connected to the server through the internet.
In one example, the control information from the server includes an upcoming expiration reminding control information and/or a locking control information, the controller 11 can prohibit the motor in the fan from operating according to the locking control information, at this time, the fresh air device enters a locking state, and the controller 11 no longer starts and controls the motor in the fan according to the local control input component 12, such as starting the motor, regulating the gear of the motor, and the like. Thus, the server can lock the fresh air device when needed, and the user needs to contact the server through other means to unlock the fresh air device. The controller 11 can remind the user of the due date according to the control information of the due date reminder received by the wireless communication circuit. The indicator light may be a multi-colored light that is a first color, such as green, during normal operation and changes to a second color, such as red, upon an imminent expiration alert. Of course, the reminder may also blink to remind when the reminder is about to expire. Thus, when the time comes to expire, the reminding can be carried out through the display of the indicator lamp so as to bring convenience for the attention of the user. Typically, a reminder to expire is required before the fresh air device is locked.
In one application example, the fresh air device is installed in the home of the user, and the fresh air device needs to replace the integrated internal mechanical filter element at regular intervals or a certain time so as to enable the fresh air device to play a due air filtering effect. After the fresh air device operates for a period of time, when the server detects that the integrated internal machine type filter element is about to be replaced, the server can generate the reminding control information about coming due and send the reminding control information to the wireless communication circuit 13 of the fresh air device, so that a user can timely notice the reminding about coming due, and the replacement of the integrated internal machine type filter element is arranged as early as possible. And if the user does not change the integrated internal machine type filter element at a later time, the server can generate locking control information and send the locking control information to the wireless communication circuit 13 of the fresh air device after the real expiration so as to lock the fresh air device and force the fresh air device not to operate.
In yet another example, the control information from the server includes switch control information and/or gear position control information. The controller 11 can control the on and off of the motor in the fan according to the switch control information received by the wireless communication circuit 13, and the controller 11 can control the gear of the motor in the fan according to the gear control information received by the wireless communication circuit 13. In this way, the server can remotely control the on, off, and operating gears of the fresh air device without requiring control buttons 504 that directly control the fresh air device in the vicinity.
Fresh air service system
According to another aspect of the invention, the invention also provides a fresh air service system. FIG. 13 is a block diagram of a fresh air service system of the present invention in one embodiment. As shown in fig. 13, the fresh air service system includes a server 30 and a plurality of fresh air devices 40.
Each fresh air device 40 may be the fresh air device described above, and the fresh air device 40 may communicate with the server 30 through a communication network. Each fresh air device 40 has a uniquely identifiable equipment identity based on which it communicates with the server 30. The controller of each fresh air device 40 uploads the switch information of the motor, the gear information of the motor, the upcoming expiration reminding state information and/or the locking state information to the server 30 through the wireless communication circuit every predetermined time. In one embodiment, the fresh air device 40 uploads data to the server 30 in units of frames, and one frame of data is uploaded every 1 minute, where each frame of data includes a start code, a device physical address (i.e., a device identity), a function field, a power on/off field, a gear field, an expiration reminding state field, a locking state field, a reserved field, and a check code. In one example, the function field is 0x01, indicating the device upload status, the function field is 0x03, indicating heartbeat data, and the function field is 0xFF, indicating don't care; the power-on/off field is 0x00 for power-off, 0x01 for power-on, and 0xFF for irrelevant; the shift field is 0x00 to indicate the shift at the time of power off, 0x01 to indicate first gear, 0x02 to indicate second gear, 0x03 to indicate third gear, 0x04 to indicate fourth gear, and 0xFF to indicate irrelevant; the expiration reminding state field is 0x00 to indicate that the filter screen is normal, and 0x01 to indicate that the filter screen is about to expire; a lock status field of 0x00 indicates normal use, 0x01 indicates a lock status, and so on.
The server 30 may send control information to each fresh air device 40 as needed. In one example, the control information from the server 30 is in frames, where each frame of data includes a start code, a device physical address, a function field, a power on/off field, a gear field, an expiration reminder field, a lock status field, a reserved field, and/or a check code. In one example, the function field is 0x01, indicating the queried device state, the function field is 0x02, indicating the controlling device, and the function field is 0xFF, indicating don't care; the power-on/off field is 0x00 for power-off, 0x01 for power-on, and 0xFF for irrelevant; the shift field is 0x00 to indicate the shift at the time of power off, 0x01 to indicate first gear, 0x02 to indicate second gear, 0x03 to indicate third gear, 0x04 to indicate fourth gear, and 0xFF to indicate irrelevant; the expiration reminding state field is 0x00 to indicate that the filter screen is normal, and 0x01 to indicate that the filter screen is about to expire and remind a control information command; a lock status field of 0x00 indicates normal use, and a field of 0x01 indicates a lock control information instruction, etc.
The server 30 receives the switch information of the motor, the gear information of the motor, the upcoming expiration reminding state information and/or the locking state information uploaded by each fresh air device 40, and stores the motor operation data information uploaded by each fresh air device, wherein the motor operation data information includes the switch information of the motor and the gear information of the motor.
In one embodiment, the server 30 stores the position information of each fresh air device, the server obtains the real-time air quality data of the nearby air quality monitoring station of each fresh air device, and the server 30 gives the recommended motor operating gear of each fresh air device 40 to the user based on the real-time air quality data of the nearby air quality monitoring station of each fresh air device. Such as a period of poor air quality, the server 30 may recommend a higher electrode operating range, such as the highest range, to the user in order to maintain the quality of the indoor air, and during a period of good control quality, the server 30 may recommend a lower electrode operating range, such as the lowest range, to the user in order to reduce power consumption while maintaining the quality of the indoor air. In addition, if the user selects to automatically control the fresh air devices 40 by the server 30, the server 30 can automatically control the motor operation gears of the fresh air devices 40 according to the real-time air quality data of the air quality monitoring station nearby each fresh air device, so that the user can use no trouble, and the server 30 continuously adjusts the motor operation gears of the fresh air devices, so as to reduce the power consumption as much as possible on the premise of keeping the indoor air quality.
In one embodiment, the server 30 may analyze the motor operation data information uploaded by each fresh air device 40 to obtain an air exchange frequency, a total air exchange number, a daily average air exchange number, a total purified air volume, and/or a daily average purified air volume. The user may access the server 30 to view the relevant data.
The server 30 generates switch control information of the appointed fresh air device according to the requirement, and sends the switch control information to the wireless communication circuit of the appointed fresh air device, and the server 30 generates gear control information of the appointed fresh air device according to the requirement, and sends the gear control information to the wireless communication circuit of the appointed fresh air device. As shown in fig. 13, a user may access the server 30 through an application program on the client terminal 50, and further query the server 30 for motor operating gear information and/or motor switch information of the new air device. In addition, the user can also access the server 30 through an application program on the client terminal 50, and further control the motor operation gear information and/or the motor switch information of the own fresh air device through the server 30. In one example, the user may access the server 30 through a WeChat or other application program, through which the motor operating range information and/or the motor switch information of the own fresh air device may be queried and controlled. In this way, remote control of the fresh air device 40 can be achieved.
In one embodiment, the wireless communication circuit of the fresh air device 40 is capable of receiving upgrade data from the server 30 via the communication network, and the controller of the fresh air device 40 performs an upgrade based on the upgrade data from the server. In this way, the software of the controller of the fresh air device 40 can be upgraded according to the development schedule.
Filter element replacement scheme
In one embodiment, the server 30 sends the impending expiration reminder control message to the wireless communication circuit of the fresh air device when the air filtration device of the fresh air device has an operating time greater than or equal to a first operating time threshold, and the server 30 sends the lockout control message to the wireless communication circuit of the fresh air device when the air filtration device of the fresh air device has an operating time greater than or equal to a second operating time threshold, wherein the first operating time threshold is less than the second operating time threshold, and the operating time of the air filtration device of the fresh air device is re-timed after the air filtration device is replaced.
In one example of application, the first operating time threshold is 4000 hours and the second operating time threshold is 4500 hours, in other words, after the operating time of the air filtering device of the fresh air device is greater than or equal to 4000 hours, an impending expiration reminder is given to the user, and after the operating time of the air filtering device of the fresh air device is greater than or equal to 4500 hours, the fresh air device is directly locked to prompt the user to replace the air filtering device. After the user has replaced the air filter device, the operating time of the air filter device of the fresh air device is again counted from 0. Preferably, the operating time of the air filter device does not include idle time.
However, the above-mentioned technical solution for determining whether the air filter device needs to be replaced still has certain problems, such as different pollution degrees of the air filter device after a certain time of operation for different air quality places, and different pollution degrees of the air filter device due to different operating gears of the air filter device. Therefore, the invention further provides a novel technical scheme for determining whether the air filtering device needs to be replaced.
In one embodiment, the server 30 sends the locking control information to the wireless communication circuit of the fresh air device when the estimated dust holding value of the air filtering device of the fresh air device is greater than or equal to the first preset dust holding threshold, and the fresh air device locks the fan after receiving the locking control information. The server records and updates the filter element identification which is authorized to be used. When the server receives the filter element identification sent by the fresh air device, the server can know whether the filter element identification needing to be inquired is authorized to be used or not only by inquiring the list of the filter element identification authorized to be used.
Thus, if the air filter device 1 is counterfeit or pirated, the air filter device 1 installed as such will not function properly. Only when a user purchases a genuine air filter device 1, and registers the purchased air filter device 1 with the server 30 for authorization, the air filter device 1 finally purchased can be operated in cooperation with the fresh air device.
In addition, the server can also receive and store the filter element identification of the air filtering device matched with the fresh air device uploaded by each fresh air device.
