When the air conditioner works, when the position of an air outlet is converted, taking a refrigeration mode as an example, the upper air channel is an air outlet, the lower air channel is an air inlet, the position of the air outlet is changed, the upper air channel is the air inlet, the lower air channel is the air outlet, at the moment, motors at the upper air channel and the lower air channel rotate oppositely, the motor at the upper air channel drives the filter screen to move through the transmission device to be withdrawn to the bottom shell of the air conditioner, the motor at the lower air channel is opposite, the filter screen is moved to the filtering position through rotation, the air is filtered, and the air is filtered by converting the upper air channel.
The cleaning filter screen with the axial reciprocating motion has high cleaning degree relative to the rotation along the shaft, the filter screen can be automatically adjusted according to the condition, and one motor is used for completing two actions through a transmission device.

Claims (15)

1. A dust removing device characterized by comprising:
a drive unit (10);
the filter screen (20), the filter screen (20) is connected with the driving part (10) through a transmission component (30), and the driving part (10) can drive the filter screen (20) to move to a first position and a second position along a first direction through the transmission component (30);
the dust removal assembly (40) is connected with the driving part (10) through the transmission assembly (30) and is arranged adjacent to the filter screen (20), the driving part (10) can drive the dust removal assembly (40) to move relative to the filter screen (20) along a second direction so as to perform dust removal operation on the filter screen (20), and the first direction and the second direction are arranged at an included angle;
the driving part (10) comprises a power source and a main gear (11), the main gear (11) is connected with an output shaft of the power source, and the transmission assembly (30) comprises:
a first straight gear (31), wherein one end of the first straight gear (31) is meshed with the main gear (11);
the filter screen driving rod (32), the filter screen driving rod (32) is connected with the filter screen (20), and the main gear (11) can drive the first straight gear (31) to rotate so as to drive the filter screen (20) to move to the first position or the second position; the transmission assembly (30) further comprises:
one end of the first bevel gear (33) is meshed with the first straight gear (31), and the other end of the first bevel gear (33) is connected with the filter screen driving rod (32);
a second bevel gear (34), the second bevel gear (34) comprising a tooth portion (341) and a cam (342), the toothed section (341) is arranged in meshing engagement with the conical teeth of the first bevel gear (33), the dust removing component (40) is connected with the cam (342), the axis of the first bevel gear (33) and the axis of the second bevel gear (34) are arranged with an included angle, the first bevel gear (33) can drive the second bevel gear (34) to rotate, so that the cam (342) drives the dedusting assembly (40) to do linear reciprocating motion along the second direction, wherein when the filter screen (20) is positioned at the first position, the filter screen (20) is fully distributed with air openings, when the filter screen (20) is located at the second position, the filter screen (20) avoids the air opening, and the second direction is the length direction of the filter screen (20).
2. The dust removing device according to claim 1, wherein the filter screen driving rod (32) is provided with a driving rod gear (321), and the filter screen (20) is provided with a rack (21) engaged with the driving rod gear.
3. The dusting apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that the dusting assembly (40) comprises:
the cleaning brush (41), the cleaning brush (41) with the cam (342) is connected, the cleaning brush (41) is of a rod-shaped structure, and the cam (342) can drive the cleaning brush (41) to do reciprocating linear motion along the length direction of the cleaning brush (41).

a first straight gear (31), wherein one end of the first straight gear (31) is meshed with the main gear (11);
the filter screen driving rod (32), the filter screen driving rod (32) is connected with the filter screen (20), and the main gear (11) can drive the first straight gear (31) to rotate so as to drive the filter screen (20) to move to the first position or the second position; the transmission assembly (30) further comprises:
one end of the first bevel gear (33) is meshed with the first straight gear (31), the other end of the first bevel gear (33) is connected with the filter screen driving rod (32), and the main gear (11) drives the first straight gear (31) and the first bevel gear (33) to rotate so as to drive the filter screen (20) to move to the first position or the second position;
a second spur gear (35), one end of the second spur gear (35) being disposed in mesh with the main gear (11);
a second bevel gear (34), the second bevel gear (34) comprising a tooth portion (341) and a cam (342), the tooth part (341) is meshed with the second spur gear (35), the dust removing assembly (40) is connected with the cam (342), the axis of the second spur gear (35) is arranged at an angle to the axis of the second bevel gear (34), the second spur gear (35) can drive the second bevel gear (34) to rotate, so that the cam (342) drives the dedusting assembly (40) to do linear reciprocating motion along the second direction, wherein when the filter screen (20) is positioned at the first position, the filter screen (20) is fully distributed with air openings, when the filter screen (20) is located at the second position, the filter screen (20) avoids the air opening, and the second direction is the length direction of the filter screen (20).
9. The dusting apparatus according to claim 8, characterized in that the transmission assembly (30) further comprises:
