Abstract
The invention relates to a lubricating oil fine filtration method, in particular to a parallel type lubricating oil fine filtration method based on an overpressure conduction valve, and solves the problems that lubricating oil is required to be forcibly replaced according to a preset maintenance period in the existing lubricating oil using occasions, lubricating oil is wasted, and labor is wasted. The fine filtration method is characterized in that: an overpressure conduction valve is arranged on a connecting pipeline between oil inlets of two adjacent filters on a filter pipeline consisting of an oil pump and a plurality of parallel filters communicated with oil outlets of the oil pump; when the oil pump starts, the filter closest to the oil outlet of the oil pump works, and the rest filters are turned off by the overpressure conduction valve; after the working filter is blocked by the filtered impurities, under the pressure of an oil pump, an overpressure conduction valve between an oil inlet of the filter and an oil inlet of an adjacent filter is conducted, and the adjacent filter starts to work; and the operation is carried out in sequence until all the filters work, so that the superposition service lives of the multiple filters are prolonged.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a lubricating oil fine filtration method, in particular to a parallel type lubricating oil fine filtration method based on an overpressure conduction valve.
Background
In the occasion that needs lubricating oil, often can lead to the filter core of filter to change untimely because of various reasons such as length of service, way, environment, influence the normal use and the life-span of equipment. In order to prevent the above-mentioned situation, the lubricating oil is forcibly replaced according to the preset maintenance cycle. Doing so wastes both lubricating oil and labor.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a parallel type lubricating oil fine filtering method based on an overpressure conduction valve, and the method is used for solving the technical problems that lubricating oil is required to be replaced forcibly according to a preset overhaul period in the existing lubricating oil using occasions, so that lubricating oil and manpower are wasted.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is that a parallel type lubricating oil fine filtration method based on an overpressure conduction valve is characterized by comprising the following steps:
an overpressure conduction valve is arranged on a connecting pipeline between oil inlets of two adjacent filters on a filter pipeline consisting of an oil pump and a plurality of parallel filters communicated with oil outlets of the oil pump;
when the oil pump starts, the filter closest to the oil outlet of the oil pump works, and the rest filters are turned off by the overpressure conduction valve;
after the working filter is blocked by the filtered impurities, under the pressure of an oil pump, an overpressure conduction valve between an oil inlet of the filter and an oil inlet of an adjacent filter is conducted, and the adjacent filter starts to work;
and the operation is carried out in sequence until all the filters work, so that the superposition service lives of the multiple filters are prolonged.
Furthermore, an inlet switch valve and an inlet pipeline joint are sequentially arranged on an inlet branch of each filter along the direction of the oil inlet pointing to the oil outlet; an outlet pipeline joint and an outlet switch valve are sequentially arranged on an outlet branch of each filter along the direction of an oil inlet pointing to an oil outlet;
when the filter element of the filter needs to be replaced, the inlet switch valve and the outlet switch valve on the branch of the filter are closed, the inlet pipeline connector and the outlet pipeline connector on the branch are unscrewed, the filter is taken down, the filter element is replaced, and then the filter is connected to the branch.
Furthermore, the oil pump is turned off and the alarm function is achieved by collecting the pressure value of the oil inlet of the filter farthest from the oil outlet of the oil pump.
Further, the overpressure conduction valve is a pressure relief valve.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the invention relates to a parallel type lubricating oil fine filtering method based on an overpressure conduction valve, which is characterized in that an overpressure conduction valve is arranged on a filter pipeline consisting of an oil pump and a plurality of parallel filters communicated with oil outlets of the oil pump, and a connecting pipeline between oil inlets of two adjacent filters, so that the filter closest to the oil outlet of the oil pump starts to work at first; the operation is carried out in such a progressive manner until all the filters work in sequence, so that the superposition service life of the multiple filters is realized; therefore, the overhaul period is prolonged, the period of forcibly replacing the lubricating oil is correspondingly prolonged, and even the forced replacement period is not required to be set; meanwhile, the labor cost is saved; therefore, the invention solves the technical problem that the lubricating oil is required to be forcibly replaced according to the preset maintenance period in the existing occasions using the lubricating oil, thereby wasting the lubricating oil and manpower.
(2) In the invention, an inlet switch valve and an inlet pipeline joint are preferably arranged on an inlet branch of each filter in sequence along the direction of an oil inlet pointing to an oil outlet; an outlet pipeline joint and an outlet switch valve are sequentially arranged on an outlet branch of each filter along the direction of an oil inlet pointing to an oil outlet; when the filter element of the filter on the branch is required to be replaced, closing an inlet switch valve and an outlet switch valve on the branch, unscrewing an inlet pipeline joint and an outlet pipeline joint on the branch, taking down the filter, replacing the filter element, and connecting the filter back to the branch; therefore, lubricating oil does not need to be replaced regularly, only the filter which is blocked needs to be replaced, waste of the lubricating oil is avoided, and cost is saved.
(3) The invention can replace the filter which is blocked at any time; and all the unclogged filters and the replaced filters sequentially work in relay mode again only by replacing the blocked filters.

The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1, the invention relates to a parallel type lubricating oil fine filtration method based on an overpressure conduction valve, wherein an overpressure conduction valve 3 is arranged on a connecting pipeline between oil inlets of two adjacent filters 2 on a filter pipeline consisting of an oil pump 1 and a plurality of parallel filters 2 communicated with an oil outlet of the oil pump 1; at the beginning, the filter closest to the oil outlet of the oil pump 1 works, and the rest filters are turned off by an overpressure conduction valve; after the working filter is blocked by the filtered impurities, under the pressure of the oil pump 1, an overpressure conduction valve between the oil inlet of the filter and the oil inlet of the adjacent filter is conducted, and the adjacent filter starts to work; and the operation is carried out in sequence until all the filters work, so that the superposition service lives of the multiple filters are prolonged.
In this embodiment, in order to replace the filter on each filter branch individually, it is preferable that an inlet switch valve 4 and an inlet pipeline joint 5 are sequentially arranged on the inlet branch of each filter 2 along the direction in which the oil inlet points to the oil outlet; an outlet pipeline joint 6 and an outlet switch valve 7 are sequentially arranged on an outlet branch of each filter 2 along the direction of an oil inlet pointing to an oil outlet; when the filter element of the filter needs to be replaced, the inlet switch valve and the outlet switch valve on the branch of the filter are closed, the inlet pipeline connector and the outlet pipeline connector on the branch are unscrewed, the filter is taken down, the filter element is replaced, the filter is connected to the branch, and the replacement of the filter on the branch is completed.
In this embodiment, preferably, a pressure sensor 8 is disposed on the oil inlet pipeline at the position of the filter oil inlet farthest from the oil outlet of the oil pump 1, and the oil pump 1 is turned off and the alarm function is realized by collecting the pressure value of the filter oil inlet farthest from the oil outlet of the oil pump 1. In this embodiment, the overpressure conduction valve is a pressure relief valve.
By the method, the service life of the filtering system can be prolonged, and the service life of a single filter is changed into the superposition of the service lives of a plurality of filters, so that the overhaul period is prolonged, and the waste of replacing lubricating oil at regular intervals and the increase of labor cost are avoided; meanwhile, the filters on each branch can be independently replaced, so that the service life of the filtering system is further prolonged.
Claims (3)
1. A parallel type lubricating oil fine filtration method based on an overpressure conduction valve is characterized by comprising the following steps:
in a filtering pipeline consisting of an oil pump (1) and a plurality of parallel filters (2) communicated with the oil outlet of the oil pump (1), a connecting pipeline between the oil inlets of two adjacent filters (2) is provided with an overpressure conduction valve (3);
at the beginning, the filter closest to the oil outlet of the oil pump (1) works, and the rest filters are turned off by an overpressure conduction valve;
after the working filter is blocked by the filtered impurities, under the pressure of the oil pump (1), an overpressure conduction valve between the oil inlet of the filter and the oil inlet of the adjacent filter is conducted, and the adjacent filter starts to work;
the operation is carried out in a progressive manner until all the filters work in sequence, so that the working lives of the multiple filters are overlapped;
an inlet switch valve (4) and an inlet pipeline joint (5) are sequentially arranged on an inlet branch of each filter (2) along the direction of an oil inlet pointing to an oil outlet; an outlet pipeline joint (6) and an outlet switch valve (7) are sequentially arranged on an outlet branch of each filter (2) along the direction of an oil inlet pointing to an oil outlet;
when the filter element of the filter needs to be replaced, the inlet switch valve and the outlet switch valve on the branch of the filter are closed, the inlet pipeline connector and the outlet pipeline connector on the branch are unscrewed, the filter is taken down, the filter element is replaced, and the filter is connected to the branch.

The method for fine filtration of parallel type lubricating oil based on an overpressure conduction valve as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the oil pump (1) is turned off and the alarm function is achieved by collecting the pressure value of the oil inlet of the filter farthest from the oil outlet of the oil pump (1).
3. The method for fine filtration of parallel type lubricating oil based on an overpressure conduction valve as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the overpressure conduction valve is a pressure release valve.
