The waste incineration power plant is a power plant which generates heat energy through burning waste and converts the heat energy into electric energy for fixed facilities or transportation power utilization, in the production of the existing waste incineration power plant, a workshop can generate more dust or smoke, the dust or the smoke can threaten the health of operators in the workshop greatly, the damage of physical functions can be caused in the environment for a long time, the existing ventilation and dust removal device of the waste incineration power plant only filters and removes dust for a ventilation system, the filtering effect is general, and the existing ventilation and dust removal device of the waste incineration power plant can not disinfect and sterilize air, therefore, the environmental protection dust removal and filtration device of the ventilation system of the industrial waste incineration power plant is provided, and the problem existing in the content is solved.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a disinfection, sterilization and dust removal device of a ventilation system of a power plant, wherein a disinfection device and a disinfection device are respectively stacked and installed at the lower part of the dust removal device, the disinfection device is arranged at the middle position, the disinfection device is arranged at the lowest side position, disinfection operation is carried out on air while dust in the air is removed through direct contact of disinfectant and the air, the disinfection effect of the air is improved through uniform mixing of the disinfectant and the air, then high-temperature disinfection is carried out on the air through the disinfection device, moisture in the air is eliminated, finally electrostatic dust removal operation is carried out on the air through the dust removal device, disinfection, sterilization and dust removal treatment on the air in sequence is realized, and the treated air is ensured to meet the environmental protection requirement.

the disinfection device comprises a disinfection box, disinfection liquid is injected into the disinfection box, the lower part of the disinfection box is a liquid storage area, the upper part of the disinfection box is an air storage area, the disinfection box is also provided with a liquid mixing paddle, and the outer side of the box body of the disinfection box is provided with a motor for driving the liquid mixing paddle to rotate; an air inlet pipe and a second fan are further arranged on the outer side of the sterilizing box, and an air inlet one-way valve is arranged at an inlet of the air inlet pipe into the sterilizing box;

Preferably, the sterilizing tubes are arranged in a U shape, and the heating blocks are distributed in the concave parts of the sterilizing tubes.
Preferably, the bottom of the disinfection box is also provided with a drain pipe.
Preferably, the liquid level of the sterilizing liquid is lower than that of the second communication inlet.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention provides a disinfection, sterilization and dust removal device of a ventilation system of a power plant, wherein a disinfection device and a disinfection device are respectively stacked and installed at the lower part of the dust removal device, the disinfection device is arranged at the middle position, the disinfection device is arranged at the lowest side position, disinfection operation is carried out on air while dust in the air is removed by directly contacting disinfectant with the air, disinfection effect of the air is improved by uniformly mixing the disinfectant with the air, then high-temperature disinfection is carried out on the air by the disinfection device, moisture in the air is eliminated, and finally electrostatic dust removal operation is carried out on the air by the dust removal device, so that disinfection, sterilization and dust removal treatment of the air in sequence is realized, and the treated air meets the environmental protection requirement.

In the figure, a disinfection and sterilization dust removal device of a ventilation system of a power plant is shown, which comprises a dust removal device, wherein the dust removal device comprises a dust removal box 1, an exhaust pipe 1.1 and a first fan 1.2 are further arranged outside the dust removal box 1, the first fan 1.2 exhausts air in the dust removal box 1 out of the room through the exhaust pipe 1.1, a disinfection device and a sterilization device are respectively stacked and installed at the lower part of the dust removal box 1, the disinfection device is arranged at a middle position, and the sterilization device is arranged at the lowest position;
the sterilization device comprises a sterilization box 2, a sterilization tube 2.1 which is arranged in a buckling manner is arranged in the sterilization box 2, a heating block 2.2 is further arranged in the sterilization box, and the sterilization tube 2.1 is wrapped around the heating block 2.2 in a buckling manner;
the disinfection device comprises a disinfection box 3, disinfection liquid 3.7 is injected into the disinfection box 3, the lower part of the disinfection box 3 is a liquid storage area 3.1, the upper part of the disinfection box 3 is a gas storage area 3.2, a liquid mixing paddle 3.3 is further arranged in the disinfection box 3, and a motor 3.4 for driving the liquid mixing paddle to rotate is arranged outside the box body of the disinfection box; an air inlet pipe 3.5 and a second fan 3.6 are also arranged on the outer side of the sterilizing box, and an air inlet one-way valve 3.5A is arranged at an inlet of the air inlet pipe 3.5 entering the sterilizing box 3.
A first communicating pipe 4.1 is also arranged between the dust removing box 1 and the sterilizing box 2, and a second communicating pipe 4.2 is also arranged between the sterilizing box and the sterilizing box; the lower end of the first communicating pipe 4.1 is communicated with the outlet of the sterilizing pipe 2.1, and the upper end is communicated with the air inlet of the dust removing box 1; the lower end of the second communicating pipe 4.2 is communicated with the gas storage area 3.2, and the upper end is communicated with the inlet of the sterilizing pipe 2.1;
air to be treated enters the sterilizing box 3 through the air inlet one-way valve 3.5A of the air inlet pipe 3.5 after being pumped and exhausted by the second fan 3.6, floats upwards to the air storage area 3.2 on the upper part after being sterilized by the sterilizing liquid 3.7, then enters the sterilizing pipe 2.1 through the second communicating pipe 4.2, enters the dust removing box 1 through the first communicating pipe 4.1 after being sterilized at high temperature, and finally is pumped and exhausted out through the exhaust pipe 1.1 by the first fan 1.2 after being subjected to electrostatic dust removal.
In the example shown, the sterilizing tubes 2.1 are arranged in a U-shape, and the heating blocks 2.2 are distributed in the recesses of the sterilizing tubes 2.1.
In the figure it is shown that the bottom of the disinfection tank 3 is also provided with a drain 3.8 in this case.
In the figure it is shown that the level of the sterilizing liquid 3.7 is lower than the inlet of the second communication 4.2 in this case.
The invention aims to provide a disinfection and sterilization dust removal device of a power plant ventilation system, which has the advantages of good dust removal effect and capability of disinfecting and sterilizing air, and solves the problems that the dust removal effect of the existing dust removal filter device of the power plant ventilation system is not ideal and the air cannot be disinfected and sterilized.

The disinfection, sterilization and dust removal device of the ventilation system of the power plant comprises a dust removal device, wherein the dust removal device comprises a dust removal box, an exhaust pipe and a first fan are further arranged outside the dust removal box, the first fan exhausts the air in the dust removal box out of the exhaust pipe, and the disinfection device is characterized in that the lower part of the dust removal device is respectively stacked and installed with the disinfection device and the sterilization device is arranged in the middle, and the disinfection device is arranged at the lowest side;
the sterilization device comprises a sterilization box, wherein a sterilization tube which is arranged in a buckling manner is arranged in the sterilization box, a heating block is also arranged in the sterilization box, and the sterilization tube is encircled around the heating block in a buckling manner;
the disinfection device comprises a disinfection box, disinfection liquid is injected into the disinfection box, the lower part of the disinfection box is a liquid storage area, the upper part of the disinfection box is an air storage area, the disinfection box is also provided with a liquid mixing paddle, and the outer side of the box body of the disinfection box is provided with a motor for driving the liquid mixing paddle to rotate; an air inlet pipe and a second fan are further arranged on the outer side of the sterilizing box, and an air inlet one-way valve is arranged at an inlet of the air inlet pipe into the sterilizing box;

3. The sterilizing and dedusting device for the ventilation system of the power plant as recited in claim 1, wherein a drain pipe is further disposed at the bottom of the sterilizing box.
4. The power plant ventilation system disinfection, sterilization and dust removal device of claim 1, wherein the level of the disinfection solution is lower than the second communication inlet.
