In the description of the present invention, unless otherwise explicitly limited, terms such as arrangement, installation, connection and the like should be understood in a broad sense, and those skilled in the art can reasonably determine the specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention in combination with the specific contents of the technical solutions.
Referring to fig. 1, a first aspect of the embodiment of the present invention provides a method for adjusting power of an induction cooker, including a main control module, a key module, and a power control module, where the main control module is connected to the key module and the power control module, respectively, and includes steps S100 to S200.
Step S100: and outputting the current power as a maximum value, and detecting whether the maximum value of the current power is matched with the standard maximum power.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the outputting the current power with the maximum value is performed, and whether the current power maximum value matches the standard maximum power is detected, specifically, whether the main control module enters the power adjustment mode is detected, if yes, the current output power is controlled to be output with the maximum value, and whether the current power maximum value matches the standard maximum power is detected. The power adjustment mode is different from a normal working mode, and in the normal working mode, a user can also adjust the output power of the induction cooker through a function key on the induction cooker, but in the normal working mode, the adjustment of the output power of the induction cooker is limited within a range and cannot exceed or be lower than the range. In the embodiment of the present invention, the power adjusting mode may be understood as that, after entering the power adjusting mode, the output power of the induction cooker is not controlled by a range, and the output power of the induction cooker may be adjusted according to a requirement.
Further, the main control module on the induction cooker can also record the adjusted current power maximum value and set the current power maximum value as the rated maximum output power during working. Therefore, it can be understood that in the embodiment of the present invention, the maximum output power of the induction cooker is mainly adjusted by the key signal until the maximum output power reaches the standard maximum power, and the maximum output power at this time is set as the rated maximum output power of the induction cooker, that is, in the normal operation mode, when the user adjusts the output power of the induction cooker, the rated maximum output power cannot be exceeded. It is understood that the standard maximum power is a preset power value, and those skilled in the art can set the standard maximum power according to actual needs.
In some embodiments of the invention, the output power of the induction cooker is adjusted, mainly in a production link, in the adjusting process, the output power of the induction cooker can be detected in real time by means of a power detection instrument, and the output power of the induction cooker is matched with the standard maximum power by displaying parameters on the power detection instrument and adjusting keys. It can be understood that the power detection instrument may also be a module built in the induction cooker, and the display is performed through the main control module and the corresponding display module on the induction cooker.
Step S200: and if the maximum value of the current power is not matched with the standard maximum power, controlling the power supply control module to adjust the output value of the current maximum power according to a key signal of the key module until the maximum value of the current power is matched with the standard maximum power.
Specifically, if the maximum current power value is greater than the standard maximum power, a power reduction key signal is input, and the power control module is controlled to reduce the current power output value according to the power reduction key signal of the key module until the current power output value is matched with the standard maximum power. If the maximum value of the current power is smaller than the standard maximum power, inputting a power increase key signal, and controlling the power control module to increase the current power output value according to the power increase key signal of the key module until the current power output value is matched with the standard maximum power.
For example, when the power of the battery is adjusted, the real-time detected power output value is compared with the standard maximum power, when the real-time power output value is greater than the standard maximum power, the key module is controlled to output a power reduction key signal, so that the current power output value is reduced, until the current power output value just reaches the standard maximum power, the operation of the key control module is stopped, and the current output power is set as the rated maximum output power. When the real-time power output value is smaller than the standard maximum power, the key module is controlled to output a power increasing key signal, so that the current power output value is increased, until the current power output value just reaches the standard maximum power, the operation of the key control module is stopped, and the current output power is set as the rated maximum output power.
In some embodiments of the present invention, when the electromagnetic power is to be adjusted, if it is detected that the current maximum power value exactly matches the standard maximum power, the current maximum power value is maintained and set as the rated maximum output power.
The method for adjusting the power of the induction cooker according to the embodiment of the first aspect of the invention has the following beneficial effects: whether the maximum power of the current induction cooker meets the standard or not can be judged by detecting whether the maximum power of the current power is matched with the standard maximum power or not, if not, the output value of the current maximum power can be adjusted through the power supply control module according to the key signal of the key module until the current output maximum power is matched with the standard maximum power, so that the adjustment of the electromagnetic power is completed, the operation is simple and convenient, and the efficiency of adjusting the power of the induction cooker can be effectively improved. It can be understood that, since the corresponding output power is adjusted by the key signals, each key signal corresponds to an increase or decrease of the unit power, and therefore, the accuracy of power adjustment can be improved. The unit power can be set by those skilled in the art according to actual needs.
Referring to fig. 2 to 4, in a second aspect of the embodiments of the present invention, there is also provided an induction cooker power regulating circuit, including:
the power supply control module is used for controlling the output power;
the key module is used for outputting a key signal;
and the main control module is respectively connected with the power supply control module and the key module and is used for detecting whether the maximum value of the current power is matched with the standard maximum power or not and controlling the power supply control module to adjust the output value of the current maximum power according to the key signal of the key module until the maximum value of the current power is matched with the standard maximum power.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the key module includes a power key K1, a function key K2, a power up key K3, and a power down key K4, the function key is used to switch between a power adjustment mode and a normal operation mode, the key signals include a power down key signal and a power up key signal, the power down key is used to output a power down key signal, and the power up key is used to output a power up key signal.
In some specific embodiments of the present invention, the main control module includes a main controller U1, a flash memory module is disposed in the main controller, the flash memory module is configured to record the adjusted current maximum power value, and set the current maximum power value as a rated maximum output power when the main controller is in operation, the power supply control module includes a power supply control processor, and the power supply control processor U2 is connected to the main controller through a first connecting component CN1 and a second connecting component CN 2. It is understood that there is an electrical connection relationship between the first connector CN1 and the second connector CN 2.
The key module of the induction cooker can be provided with a plurality of function operation keys, and different function operation keys correspondingly output different key signals. When power needs to be adjusted, the electromagnetic oven is switched to a power adjusting mode through a function key, then the magnitude of real-time output power is adjusted through a power increasing key or a power reducing key by contrasting the real-time output power and standard maximum power, so that the maximum value of the current output power is just equal to the standard maximum power, key operation is stopped, power adjustment of the electromagnetic oven is completed, the maximum value of the current power is recorded through a flash memory module, and the maximum value of the current power is set as the rated maximum output power of the electromagnetic oven. The power regulation device is simple to operate, can complete the power regulation of the induction cooker without adding components such as an adjustable resistor and the like, and can effectively improve the efficiency of the power regulation of the induction cooker.
In some embodiments, the induction cooker circuit further comprises an IGBT module, and a coil module connected to the IGBT module, and the power control module controls the IGBT module to control the power output of the coil module.
