when a resource sender receives a resource request sent by a first resource receiver, comparing a right limit value corresponding to a resource with an account right limit value of the first resource receiver, and sending the resource request according to the following sending strategy:
if the account authority value of the first resource receiver is smaller than the authority value corresponding to the resource, further judging whether a second resource receiver is receiving the scrambling resource at present, if not, sending the scrambling resource to the first resource receiver, and if so, informing the second resource receiver to forward the scrambling resource to the first resource receiver;
if the account authority value of the first resource receiver is larger than or equal to the authority value corresponding to the resource, further judging whether a second resource receiver receives the unscrambled resource or not at present, if not, sending the unscrambled resource to the first resource receiver, and if so, informing the second resource receiver to forward the unscrambled resource to the first resource receiver;
the resource sender carries the information and account authority value of the first resource receiver when informing the second resource receiver to forward the scrambled resource or the unscrambled resource to the first resource receiver;
and when the second resource receiver forwards the scrambled resource or the unscrambled resource to the first resource receiver, comparing the authority value corresponding to the current resource with the account number authority value of the first resource receiver to determine whether to continue forwarding, and when the forwarding cannot be continued, stopping the forwarding and continuously processing the resource by the resource sender according to the sending strategy.

the resource management server authenticates and verifies the account of the resource receiver, sets the account permission value of the resource receiver, and issues the account permission value to the resource receiver, and the resource receiver carries the account permission value to send a resource request to the resource sender;
a resource sender identifies the content of a resource to be sent, adjusts the authority value corresponding to the resource according to the content of the resource, and carries the authority value corresponding to the resource in the sent resource;
when a resource sender receives a resource request sent by a first resource receiver, comparing a right limit value corresponding to a resource with an account right limit value of the first resource receiver, and sending the resource request according to the following sending strategy:
if the account authority value of the first resource receiver is smaller than the authority value corresponding to the resource, further judging whether a second resource receiver is receiving the scrambling resource at present, if not, sending the scrambling resource to the first resource receiver, and if so, informing the second resource receiver to forward the scrambling resource to the first resource receiver;
if the account authority value of the first resource receiver is larger than or equal to the authority value corresponding to the resource, further judging whether a second resource receiver receives the unscrambled resource or not at present, if not, sending the unscrambled resource to the first resource receiver, and if so, informing the second resource receiver to forward the unscrambled resource to the first resource receiver;
the resource sender carries the information and account authority value of the first resource receiver when informing the second resource receiver to forward the scrambled resource or the unscrambled resource to the first resource receiver;
and when the second resource receiver forwards the scrambled resource or the unscrambled resource to the first resource receiver, comparing the authority value corresponding to the current resource with the account number authority value of the first resource receiver to determine whether to continue forwarding, and when the forwarding cannot be continued, stopping the forwarding and continuously processing the resource by the resource sender according to the sending strategy.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein when the second resource receiver forwards the scrambled resource or the un-scrambled resource to the first resource receiver, the comparing the right value corresponding to the current resource with the account right value of the first resource receiver to determine whether to continue forwarding comprises:
when the second resource receiver forwards the unscrambled resource to the first resource receiver, comparing the authority value corresponding to the current resource with the account number authority value of the first resource receiver;
and when the account authority value of the first resource receiver is found to be smaller than the authority value corresponding to the current resource, suspending forwarding.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein when the second resource receiver forwards the scrambled resource or the un-scrambled resource to the first resource receiver, the comparing the right value corresponding to the current resource with the account right value of the first resource receiver to determine whether to continue forwarding comprises:
when the second resource receiver forwards the scrambled resource to the first resource receiver, comparing the authority value corresponding to the current resource with the account number authority value of the first resource receiver;
and when the account authority value of the first resource receiver is found to be larger than or equal to the authority value corresponding to the current resource, the forwarding is suspended.

The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the resource sender further carries information of a third resource receiver having the same right as the second resource receiver and receiving the scrambled resource or the unscrambled resource when notifying the second resource receiver to forward the scrambled resource or the unscrambled resource to the first resource receiver, and when the second resource receiver stops receiving the scrambled resource or the unscrambled resource, the information of the first resource receiver and the account right value are sent to the third resource receiver, and the third resource receiver forwards the information and the account right value and notifies the resource sender.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein the resource sender further carries information of all resource receivers when notifying the second resource receiver to forward the scrambled resource or the unscrambled resource to the first resource receiver, and when the scrambling of the resource received by the second resource receiver is changed, selects a fourth resource receiver having the same authority as the second resource receiver and receiving the scrambled resource or the unscrambled resource from the other resource receivers, sends the information of the first resource receiver and the account authority value to the fourth resource receiver, and the fourth resource receiver forwards the information and the account authority value to notify the resource sender.
6. A client-side collaborative content processing system, comprising a resource management server, a resource sender, and a plurality of resource recipients, wherein:
the resource management server authenticates and verifies the account of the resource receiver, sets the account permission value of the resource receiver, and issues the account permission value to the resource receiver, and the resource receiver carries the account permission value to send a resource request to the resource sender;
a resource sender identifies the content of a resource to be sent, adjusts the authority value corresponding to the resource according to the content of the resource, and carries the authority value corresponding to the resource in the sent resource;
when a resource sender receives a resource request sent by a first resource receiver, comparing a right limit value corresponding to a resource with an account right limit value of the first resource receiver, and sending the resource request according to the following sending strategy:
if the account authority value of the first resource receiver is smaller than the authority value corresponding to the resource, further judging whether a second resource receiver is receiving the scrambling resource at present, if not, sending the scrambling resource to the first resource receiver, and if so, informing the second resource receiver to forward the scrambling resource to the first resource receiver;
if the account authority value of the first resource receiver is larger than or equal to the authority value corresponding to the resource, further judging whether a second resource receiver receives the unscrambled resource or not at present, if not, sending the unscrambled resource to the first resource receiver, and if so, informing the second resource receiver to forward the unscrambled resource to the first resource receiver;
the resource sender carries the information and account authority value of the first resource receiver when informing the second resource receiver to forward the scrambled resource or the unscrambled resource to the first resource receiver;
and when the second resource receiver forwards the scrambled resource or the unscrambled resource to the first resource receiver, comparing the authority value corresponding to the current resource with the account number authority value of the first resource receiver to determine whether to continue forwarding, and when the forwarding cannot be continued, stopping the forwarding and continuously processing the resource by the resource sender according to the sending strategy.

The client-side collaborative content processing system according to claim 6, wherein when the second resource receiver forwards the scrambled resource or the unscrambled resource to the first resource receiver, the determining whether to continue forwarding by comparing the authority value corresponding to the current resource with the account authority value of the first resource receiver comprises:
when the second resource receiver forwards the unscrambled resource to the first resource receiver, comparing the authority value corresponding to the current resource with the account number authority value of the first resource receiver;
and when the account authority value of the first resource receiver is found to be smaller than the authority value corresponding to the current resource, suspending forwarding.

The client-side collaborative content processing system according to claim 6, wherein when the second resource receiver forwards the scrambled resource or the unscrambled resource to the first resource receiver, the determining whether to continue forwarding by comparing the authority value corresponding to the current resource with the account authority value of the first resource receiver comprises:
when the second resource receiver forwards the scrambled resource to the first resource receiver, comparing the authority value corresponding to the current resource with the account number authority value of the first resource receiver;
and when the account authority value of the first resource receiver is found to be larger than or equal to the authority value corresponding to the current resource, the forwarding is suspended.

The client-side collaborative content processing system according to claim 6, wherein the resource sender further carries information of a third resource receiver having the same right as the second resource receiver and receiving the scrambled resource or the unscrambled resource when notifying the second resource receiver to forward the scrambled resource or the unscrambled resource to the first resource receiver, and when the second resource receiver stops receiving the scrambled resource or the unscrambled resource, the information of the first resource receiver and the account right value are sent to the third resource receiver, forwarded by the third resource receiver, and notified to the resource sender.

The client-side collaborative content processing system according to claim 6, wherein the resource sender further carries information of all resource receivers when notifying the second resource receiver to forward the scrambled resource or the unscrambled resource to the first resource receiver, and when the scrambling of the resource received by the second resource receiver is changed, selects a fourth resource receiver having the same right as the second resource receiver and receiving the scrambled resource or the unscrambled resource from the other resource receivers, sends the information of the first resource receiver and the account right limit value to the fourth resource receiver, and the fourth resource receiver forwards the information and the account right limit value to the resource sender.
