In this embodiment of the present invention, the writing page of the user may be a paper page on a paper book, and the dictation termination instruction mentioned in step 101 may be actively generated by the electronic device or input by the user into the electronic device, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present invention. Specifically, the electronic device may actively generate a dictation termination instruction when a current time point meets a preset condition, where the preset condition may be that a time interval between the current time point and a reading termination time point is a preset duration, and it should be noted that the reading termination time point is a time point when all the reading contents preset by the user are completely read. The electronic device may further receive a dictation termination instruction input by a user through a voice, a gesture, or a touch screen manner, and optionally, the dictation termination instruction may be detected according to a preset input manner (a voice, a gesture, or a touch screen manner), and specifically, if the preset input manner is the voice input manner, the detecting the dictation termination instruction according to the voice input manner may include: the method comprises the steps of detecting the ambient noise of an area where a user is located, detecting whether a wireless earphone which is successfully matched with the electronic equipment is in a wearing state or not when the ambient noise is larger than a preset noise, collecting voice information input by the voice of the user by using a sound collection device of the electronic equipment when the wireless earphone is in the wearing state, extracting keywords in the voice information by analyzing the voice information, and determining to detect a dictation termination instruction when the keywords are preset keywords.
