Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
In this application, the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. Without further limitation, an element defined by the phrase "comprising an … …" does not exclude the presence of other identical elements in the process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises the element.
As known from the background art, a master domain server and a slave domain server in a DCS monitoring system are connected to an OPC server in a one-to-one manner, and when a communication link between the server in the DCS monitoring system and the OPC server is interrupted, OPC communication is interrupted, so that normal communication operation cannot be guaranteed. Meanwhile, the consistency of the acquired data cannot be ensured because the main domain server and the OPC server connected with the slave domain server are different.
Therefore, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method, a master domain server, a slave domain server and a system for switching a communication link, where the master domain server is connected to a first OPC server and a second OPC server, respectively, and the slave domain server is also connected to the first OPC server and the second OPC server, respectively. The main domain server and the slave domain server respectively determine whether to switch the main link according to the link state information of the main domain server and the main link information of the opposite side so as to ensure that the OPC servers connected with the main domain server and the slave domain server are the same, thereby ensuring the consistency of the acquired data.
It should be noted that, in the DCS monitoring system, when both the master domain server and the slave domain server are operating normally, both the master domain server and the slave domain server process data obtained from the OPC server, and the master domain server sends the processing result to other devices in the DCS monitoring system. The slave domain server only processes the data obtained from the OPC server and does not send the processing result to other equipment in the DCS monitoring system.
When the master domain server fails and the slave domain server operates normally, the slave domain server replaces the master domain server to work, namely the slave domain server sends the processing result to other equipment in the DCS monitoring system, so that the normal operation of the DCS monitoring system is ensured.
Referring to fig. 1, a schematic diagram of a connection between a server and an OPC server in a DCS monitoring system according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown. The main domain server and the slave domain server are used as OPC clients and are respectively connected with the OPC servers, and corresponding data are obtained from the OPC servers.
The main domain server is respectively connected with the first OPC server and the second OPC server, a communication link between the main domain server and the first OPC server is a first communication link, and a communication link between the main domain server and the second OPC server is a second communication link. Upon activation of the home domain server, the home domain server selects the first communication link as the primary link for the home domain server.
The slave domain server is respectively connected with the first OPC server and the second OPC server, a communication link between the slave domain server and the first OPC server is a third communication link, and a communication link between the slave domain server and the second OPC server is a fourth communication link. Upon starting the slave domain server, the slave domain server selects the third communication link as the master link of the slave domain server.
The master domain server and the slave domain server are connected and report respective master link information and running state information to each other.
It should be noted that, for the master domain server and the slave domain server, only the data acquired from the master link is processed, and the data acquired from the other link is cached in the memory of the slave domain server. When the main link is switched, the data cached in the memory is sent to an upper application program, and the undisturbed switching of the main link is ensured.
Referring to fig. 2 in conjunction with the content shown in fig. 1, a flowchart of a handover method of a communication link according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, where the handover method includes the following steps:
step S201: the home domain server determines a home link and home domain home link information of a current home domain server based on first link state information of the first communication link and the second communication link.
In the process of implementing step S201, the home domain server obtains first link status information of the first communication link and the second communication link, respectively. And determining whether the communication state of the first communication link is normal according to the first link state information of the first communication link, and determining whether the communication state of the second communication link is normal according to the first link state information of the second communication link, thereby determining the main link and the main domain main link information of the current main domain server. The home domain home link information indicates that a home link of the current home domain server is a first communication link or a second communication link.
Step S202: the master domain server transmits the master domain master link information to the slave domain server.
In the process of implementing step S202 specifically, the master domain server sends the master domain master link information to the slave domain server, so that the slave domain server determines whether to switch the master link according to the master domain master link information.
Step S203: the slave domain server determines master link and slave domain master link information of the current slave domain server based on the master domain master link information and based on second link state information of the third communication link and the fourth communication link.
In the process of implementing step S203 specifically, the second link status information of the third communication link and the fourth communication link is acquired from the domain server. And determining whether the communication state of the fourth communication link is normal according to the second link state information of the third communication link, and determining whether the communication state of the fourth communication link is normal according to the second link state information of the fourth communication link. The master link and slave domain master link information of the current slave domain server are determined in conjunction with the master domain master link information. Wherein the slave domain master link information indicates that the master link of the slave domain server is the third communication link or the fourth communication link.
Step S204: and the slave domain server feeds back the slave domain main link information to the master domain server.
Step S205: the main domain server determines whether the OPC server connected to the main link indicated by the main domain main link information and the sub domain main link information is the same OPC server, if not, step S206 is executed, and if so, step S207 is executed.
In the process of implementing step S205 specifically, the main domain server determines whether the OPC server connected to the main link of the slave domain server and the main link of the main domain server is the same according to the slave domain main link information, and if not, the main domain server determines whether to switch the main link according to the first link state information. If the two links are the same, the main domain server does not switch the main link.
Step S206: the home domain server determines whether to switch the primary link based on the first link state information.
In the process of implementing step S206 specifically, if the OPC server connected to the main link indicated by the sub-domain main link information and the main link indicated by the main domain main link information is not the same OPC server, the main domain server determines whether to switch the main link based on the first link state information as follows:
the master domain server determines that the master link of the slave domain server is a fourth communication link according to the slave domain master link information, the master link of the master domain server is a first communication link, and the master domain server determines whether the communication state of the second communication link is normal. And if the communication state of the second communication link is normal, the main domain server switches the second communication link into the main link of the main domain server. If the communication state of the second communication link is abnormal, the main domain server does not switch the main link.
The main domain server determines that the main link of the slave domain server is a third communication link and the main link of the main domain server is a second communication link according to the slave domain main link information, and the main domain server determines whether the communication state of the first communication link is normal. And if the communication state of the first communication link is normal, the main domain server switches the first communication link into the main link. If the communication state of the first communication link is abnormal, the main domain server does not switch the main link.
Step S207: the home domain server does not switch the primary link.
In the embodiment of the invention, the master domain server determines the current master link and master domain master link information according to the first link state information, and sends the master domain master link information to the slave domain server. And the slave domain server determines the current main link and slave domain main link information according to the main domain main link information and the second link state information, and feeds back the slave domain main link information to the main domain server. The main domain server and the slave domain server respectively determine whether to switch the main link according to the link state information of the main domain server and the main link information of the other side, so that normal communication work is ensured, and the main domain server and the OPC server connected with the slave domain server are ensured to be the same, thereby ensuring the consistency of the acquired data.
The above embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 3, which is a flowchart illustrating a process of determining a main link of a current home domain server, when a first communication link is a main link specified by a home domain server, in step S201 of fig. 2, the process of determining the main link of the current home domain server according to the embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps:
step S301: when the first communication link is a main link designated by the main domain server, the main domain server determines whether the communication states of the first communication link and the second communication link are normal.
In the process of implementing step S301 specifically, the home domain server determines whether the communication state of the first communication link is normal according to the first link state information of the first communication link, and determines whether the communication state of the second communication link is normal according to the first link state information of the second communication link.
Step S302: if the communication state of the first communication link is normal, the main domain server determines that the first communication link is used as the main link of the current main domain server.
Step S303: if the communication state of the first communication link is abnormal and the communication state of the second communication link is normal, the main domain server determines that the second communication link is used as the main link of the current main domain server.
Accordingly, the above-mentioned embodiment of the present invention, referring to the process of determining the primary link of the current home domain server in step S201 of fig. 2, when the second communication link is the primary link designated by the home domain server, referring to fig. 4, shows another flowchart for determining the primary link of the current home domain server provided by the embodiment of the present invention, which includes the following steps:
step S401: when the second communication link is the main link designated by the main domain server, the main domain server determines whether the communication states of the first communication link and the second communication link are normal.
Step S402: if the communication state of the second communication link is normal, the main domain server determines that the second communication link is used as the main link of the current main domain server.
Step S403: if the communication state of the second communication link is abnormal and the communication state of the first communication link is normal, the main domain server determines that the first communication link is used as the main link of the current main domain server.
It should be noted that, if the communication states of the first communication link and the second communication link are both abnormal, the flag signal indicating the communication states of the first communication link and the second communication link is set as the preset information. For example, a flag signal indicating the communication status of the first communication link and the second communication link is set to "BAD". Meanwhile, if the communication states of the first communication link and the second communication link are abnormal, the main domain server is reconnected with the first OPC server and the second OPC server respectively.
In the embodiment of the invention, the main domain server determines whether the communication states of the first communication link and the second communication link are normal or not according to the first link state information of the first communication link and the second communication link, so that the main link of the current main domain server is determined, and the main link selected by the main domain server can ensure that the communication work is normal.
In the above-mentioned embodiment of the present invention, the process of determining the master link of the current slave domain server in step S203 in fig. 2, when the master link of the master domain server is the first communication link, referring to fig. 5, shows a flowchart for determining the master link of the current slave domain server provided in the embodiment of the present invention, and includes the following steps:
step S501: when the main link of the main domain server is the first communication link, the slave domain server determines whether the communication states of the third communication link and the fourth communication link are normal.
As can be seen from the foregoing, the OPC server to which the master link of the master domain server and the slave domain server are connected needs to be the same. Therefore, in the process of implementing step S501 specifically, when the master domain master link information indicates that the master link of the master domain server is the first communication link, the slave domain server determines whether the communication states of the third communication link and the fourth communication link are normal according to the second link state information. And if the communication state of the third communication link is normal, determining that the third communication link is the main link of the current slave domain server. And if the communication state of the third communication link is abnormal and the communication state of the fourth communication link is normal, determining the fourth communication link as the main link of the current slave domain server.
Step S502: and if the communication state of the third communication link is normal, the slave domain server determines that the third communication link is used as the main link of the current slave domain server.
Step S503: and if the communication state of the third communication link is abnormal and the communication state of the fourth communication link is normal, the slave domain server determines the fourth communication link as the main link of the current slave domain server.
Accordingly, in the above-mentioned embodiment of the present invention, the process of determining the master link of the current slave domain server in step S203 in fig. 2, when the master link of the master domain server is the second communication link, referring to fig. 6, shows a flowchart for determining the master link of the current slave domain server provided in the embodiment of the present invention, and includes the following steps:
step S601: and when the main link of the main domain server is the second communication link, the slave domain server determines whether the communication states of the third communication link and the fourth communication link are normal.
Step S602: and if the communication state of the fourth communication link is normal, the slave domain server determines the fourth communication link as the main link of the current slave domain server.
Step S603: and if the communication state of the fourth communication link is abnormal and the communication state of the third communication link is normal, the slave domain server determines the third communication link as the main link of the current slave domain server.
It should be noted that, if the communication states of the third communication link and the fourth communication link are both abnormal, the flag signal indicating the communication states of the third communication link and the fourth communication link is set as the preset information. For example, a flag signal indicating the communication status of the third communication link and the fourth communication link is set to "BAD".
