The embodiments and the features of the embodiments can be combined without conflict, and the technical solutions formed are all within the scope of the present invention.
A method of preventing input command blocking, comprising: prestoring a plurality of user information, wherein the user information comprises grades and voice identification information corresponding to the grades, and the grades correspond to the voice identification information, so that the grades of the users can be conveniently obtained after the voice identification information is determined; receiving a plurality of voice commands, wherein the voice commands can be control instructions for controlling the intelligent voice system; matching each voice command in the plurality of voice commands with the pre-stored voice recognition information to determine the respective corresponding grade of each voice command so as to obtain first grade information, wherein the first grade information can indicate the priority of the plurality of voice commands; and sequentially outputting target information corresponding to the voice commands according to the first grade information, sequentially executing the voice commands according to the priorities of the voice commands, and sequentially outputting the corresponding target information. According to the method for preventing the input command from being blocked, the grades correspond to the voice recognition information, the voice commands are matched with the voice recognition information, so that the priorities of the voice commands are obtained, the voice commands are executed according to the priority sequence, corresponding target information is output, the input command can be prevented from being blocked, and the problem of voice command input conflict is solved.
The intelligent voice system can be an intelligent kitchen appliance or an intelligent household device, and can be controlled through a voice command sent by a user. For example, when the smart home device is a smart air conditioner, the smart air conditioner adjusts the temperature to 25 ℃ according to a voice command by receiving the voice command indicating that the temperature is adjusted to 25 ℃. When the intelligent household equipment is the intelligent television, the intelligent television is tuned to the CCTV-1 according to the voice command when the voice command for tuning to the CCTV-1 is received. When the intelligent household equipment is intelligent kitchen equipment, the intelligent kitchen equipment outputs the 'Tungbao diced menu' according to the voice command by receiving the voice command representing the 'Tungbao diced menu'. Because these intelligent voice systems can all be used by multiple users, when receiving multiple voice commands at the same time, the intelligent voice systems will have a command blocking state, and at this moment, the voice commands executed by the intelligent voice systems will have randomness. The above problems can be solved by applying the method of the present application.
The invention is further illustrated by the following specific examples.
Fig. 1 shows a method for preventing input command blocking according to an embodiment of the present invention, which is applied to an intelligent voice system. The method comprises the following steps:
s1, pre-storing a plurality of user information, wherein the user information comprises grades and voice identification information corresponding to the grades;
the grade and the sound identification information can be collected through an input module of the intelligent voice system, and can also be obtained through the connection of the intelligent voice system and other equipment and the reception of information transmitted by other equipment. For example, a keyboard and a microphone may be included in the smart speech system, the ratings may be obtained through keyboard input, and the voice recognition information may be obtained through microphone input.
The rank indicates the priority at which the user is located. Preferably, the plurality of users may be respectively set to different priorities as needed. For example, in an intelligent kitchen facility in a restaurant, a chef manager may be ranked high, a main kitchen may be ranked medium, and a cook chef may be ranked low. The priority of the chef master, the main kitchen and the cooking chef is reduced in sequence. In addition, in each of the different priorities, a plurality of users may be set. For example, in the high level, names or avatars of multiple chefs or other information characterizing the individual identities of multiple chefs are set.
The voice identification information is information indicating a voice characteristic of the user, such as voiceprint information of the user.
The level corresponds to the voice recognition information, meaning that the level of each user corresponds to the voice recognition information of each user. If a plurality of users are set in the same priority, or in other words, when a plurality of users are in the same priority, it is necessary to input voice recognition information of each user separately.
For example, A, B, C three users are located at three priorities: high, medium and low, the voice recognition information of three users corresponding to the three priority inputs A, B, C, respectively, is required. When the level is input, in order to better distinguish the users, the identity information of the users and the level can be respectively input correspondingly, for example, a user a corresponds to a high level, B user corresponds to a medium level, and C user corresponds to a low level. Similarly, when each priority corresponds to a plurality of users, the identity information of the users and the levels may be respectively input correspondingly, for example, a1 user corresponds to a high level, a2 user corresponds to a high level, A3 user corresponds to a high level, B1 user corresponds to a medium level, B2 user corresponds to a medium level, and C user corresponds to a low level, which indicates that there are three users corresponding to the high level, two users corresponding to the medium level, and one user corresponding to the low level.
In order to subsequently facilitate matching using a plurality of user information, the plurality of user information needs to be stored. The intelligent voice system may include a storage module to store a plurality of user information. Of course, the storage module for storing the information of the plurality of users can also be arranged at the cloud end, and when the intelligent voice system is connected with the cloud end, the data stored by the storage module can be obtained.
S2, receiving a plurality of voice commands;
the plurality of voice commands represent voice instructions for a plurality of users to operate the intelligent voice system. When a plurality of voice commands exist, the prior art cannot judge which voice command is executed first, so that the input command is blocked, and the intelligent voice system can randomly execute the voice command, so that the result expected by a user cannot be obtained. In the scheme of the application, the input information is determined to comprise the voice commands, and the voice commands are matched with the voice recognition information, so that the levels where the voice commands are located can be known, and the intelligent voice system can conveniently execute the voice commands in sequence according to the levels.
S3, matching each voice command in the voice commands with pre-stored voice recognition information to determine the corresponding grade of each voice command, thereby obtaining information for determining the first grade;
when a plurality of voice commands are determined, matching is performed according to the pre-stored voice recognition information, and it can be determined to which levels the plurality of voice commands belong respectively. For example, when A, B, C three users input voice commands to the smart voice system, respectively, the smart voice system may determine A, B, C that the three voice commands belong to a high level, a middle level, and a low level, respectively, based on the stored A, B, C voice recognition information of the three users. The first ranking information may be, for example, that the priority of the a user is high, the priority of the B user is medium, and the priority of the C user is low.
Preferably, matching the plurality of voice commands with pre-stored voice recognition information includes: and matching the plurality of voice commands with pre-stored voice recognition information by utilizing a voiceprint recognition technology.
When the stored voice recognition information includes the voiceprint feature, the plurality of voice commands may be matched with the voice recognition information, that is, the voiceprint features of the plurality of voice commands are matched with the voiceprint feature of the voice recognition information, and the level corresponding to each voice command is determined according to the level of the voice recognition information, so as to determine the first level information.
S4, sequentially outputting target information corresponding to the plurality of voice commands based on the first ranking information.
The priority of the voice commands can be determined according to the first-level information, the voice commands are sequentially executed according to the priority, and target information corresponding to the voice commands is output.
According to the scheme, when a plurality of voice commands are received at the same time, the voice commands can be executed according to the expectation of a user, and the voice commands cannot be randomly executed, so that the input command is prevented from being blocked, and the problem of input voice command conflict is solved.
In another embodiment, in order to better detect the user's grade information, the method for preventing the input command from being blocked is different from the above scheme in that: the user information further includes image identification information corresponding to the grade;
the method further comprises the following steps:
acquiring a plurality of image information corresponding to a plurality of voice commands one by one;
matching each voice command in the voice commands and each image information in the image information with prestored voice recognition information and image recognition information respectively to obtain second-level information;
and sequentially outputting target information corresponding to the plurality of voice commands according to the second-level information.
In one embodiment, acquiring a plurality of image information in one-to-one correspondence with a plurality of voice commands includes:
when each voice command in the plurality of voice commands is collected, each image information of the plurality of image information is triggered to be collected, and the plurality of voice commands are in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of image information.
When the intelligent voice system collects the voice command, the image collection module of the intelligent voice system is triggered to collect the image information, and the voice command and the image information are correspondingly stored. For example, when the intelligent voice system collects a first voice command, the camera is triggered to start collecting first image information, and the first voice command and the first image information are correspondingly stored; when the intelligent voice system collects the second voice command, the camera is triggered to start collecting second image information, and the second voice command and the second image information are correspondingly stored.
The voice commands are matched with the pre-stored voice recognition information, for example, the voice print characteristic is recognized through the voice print recognition technology, users of which levels the voice commands are from are determined, and the image characteristics are matched with the pre-stored image recognition information through the image recognition algorithm, for example, the levels of which the users are located are determined. This may increase the accuracy of identifying the user.
The image identification information may be facial feature information of the user, iris information of the user, or fingerprint information of the user. Accordingly, the plurality of image information is also face feature information of the user, iris information of the user, or fingerprint information of the user. The intelligent voice system can be correspondingly provided with a camera and a fingerprint sensor as an input module.
In yet another embodiment, the method of preventing blocking of input commands differs from the first scheme in that: the user information further includes image identification information corresponding to the grade;
the method further comprises the following steps:
acquiring a plurality of image information;
matching each piece of image information in the plurality of pieces of image information with pre-stored image identification information to determine a grade corresponding to each piece of image information, so as to obtain third grade information;
and sequentially outputting target information corresponding to the plurality of voice commands according to the third-level information.
And receiving a plurality of voice commands, and triggering the intelligent voice system to acquire a plurality of image information. The image information may be obtained from one or more images, and the collected image information includes features of users, such as facial features, iris features or fingerprint features of users.
The matching of the plurality of image information with the pre-stored image identification information may determine priorities of the plurality of image information, and further determine third-level information, where the third-level information may include identity information of the plurality of users and priorities of the plurality of users. The level corresponds to the voice recognition information, so that the priority of the voice commands can be determined, the voice commands are sequentially executed according to the priority of the voice commands, and the target information corresponding to the voice commands is output.
Preferably, matching the plurality of image information with pre-stored image recognition information includes:
and matching the plurality of image information with the pre-stored image identification information by using an image identification algorithm.
For example, the image recognition algorithm may be a Fast R-CNN object detection model. The Fast R-CNN target detection model has the principle that an image is input, the image is divided into convolution stacks, the convolution stacks are subjected to full-connection operation to form full-connection layers, and user information contained in the image is output.
In the above embodiment, the method for preventing blocking of the input command further includes:
receiving a single voice command; and outputting target information corresponding to the single voice command.
When a single voice command is received, the input command can not be blocked, the single voice command can be executed according to the single voice command, the specific grade of the single voice command does not need to be judged, and the corresponding target information is directly output according to the voice command. When the voice command is judged to be a single voice command or a plurality of voice commands, whether the voiceprint of the voice command belongs to the same user can be judged, if yes, the voice command is determined to be the single voice command, and if not, the voice command is determined to be the plurality of voice commands. When it is determined that the voice command is the plurality of voice commands, the levels of the plurality of voice commands can be further determined according to the above embodiment, and the plurality of voice commands are executed according to the levels, thereby avoiding the input command blocking.
When the input information is determined to be a single voice command, the speed of executing the voice command can be increased because the single voice command is directly executed without judging the grades of a plurality of voice commands.
In the above embodiment of the method for preventing blocking of input commands, storing a plurality of user information includes:
and storing the user information according to the data format of the plurality of user information.
The information of the plurality of users can comprise grade, voice identification information and image identification information, and the information can be stored according to different data formats due to different data formats, so that the storage space can be reduced, and the searching is convenient. Optionally, the plurality of user information may be stored in the form of a data packet, and the data packet is stored in a database of the smart voice system or a cloud database connected to the smart voice system.
In the above embodiment of the method for preventing the input command from being blocked, outputting the target information corresponding to the plurality of voice commands includes:
determining a corresponding network information interface according to the contents of the voice commands;
target information corresponding to the plurality of voice commands is output through the network information interface.
For example, the content of the voice commands is a plurality of menu names, a related network information interface is obtained according to the menu names, and menus corresponding to the menu names are output through the network information interface.
In the above embodiment of the method for preventing input command blocking, the target information is output in at least one of a voice output mode, a text display mode and a picture display mode.
For example, the menu is output by at least one of a voice output mode, a text display mode and a picture display mode.
The intelligent voice system may include a speaker or a display through which the target information is output. Of course, the intelligent voice system may also be connected to these output devices to transmit the target information to the output devices, which then output the target information.
