The input interface 502, the central processing unit 503, the memory 504, and the output interface 505 are connected to each other through a bus 510, and the input device 501 and the output device 506 are connected to the bus 510 through the input interface 502 and the output interface 505, respectively, and further connected to other components of the computing device 500.
Specifically, the input device 501 receives input information from the outside and transmits the input information to the central processor 503 through the input interface 502; the central processor 503 processes input information based on computer-executable instructions stored in the memory 504 to generate output information, temporarily or permanently stores the output information in the memory 504, and then transmits the output information to the output device 506 through the output interface 505; output device 506 outputs the output information outside of computing device 500 for use by a user.

The mobile management unit MME is used for receiving an E-RAB modification indication message sent by a second communication base station when user equipment migrates from a first communication base station to the second communication base station, wherein the E-RAB modification indication message is provided with a secondary wireless access type usage report field, and the secondary wireless access type usage report field comprises information used for indicating user data plane migration to the second base station.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, where the computer-readable storage medium stores computer program instructions; the computer program instructions, when executed by a processor, implement the method for determining policy and charging control, PCC, policies provided by embodiments of the present invention.
It is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the specific arrangements and instrumentality described above and shown in the drawings. A detailed description of known methods is omitted herein for the sake of brevity. In the above embodiments, several specific steps are described and shown as examples. However, the method processes of the present invention are not limited to the specific steps described and illustrated, and those skilled in the art can make various changes, modifications and additions or change the order between the steps after comprehending the spirit of the present invention.

The code segments may be downloaded via computer networks such as the internet, intranet, etc.
It should also be noted that the exemplary embodiments mentioned in this patent describe some methods or systems based on a series of steps or devices. However, the present invention is not limited to the order of the above-described steps, that is, the steps may be performed in the order mentioned in the embodiments, may be performed in an order different from the order in the embodiments, or may be performed simultaneously.

Claims (13)

1. A method for determining Policy and Charging Control (PCC) policies, applied to a Policy and Charging Rules Function (PCRF) unit, the method comprising:
when user equipment migrates from a first communication base station to a second communication base station, receiving a first message sent by a gateway, wherein the first message comprises first indication information, and the first indication information is used for indicating the user equipment to use the second communication base station for communication;
and sending the PCC strategy corresponding to the second communication base station to the user equipment according to the first indication information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the first communication base station comprises a 4G base station and the second communication base station comprises a 5G base station.
3. The method of claim 1 or 2, wherein the first message comprises a CCR message.
4. A method for determining Policy and Charging Control (PCC) policy, applied to a gateway, is characterized in that the method comprises:
when user equipment migrates from a first communication base station to a second communication base station, receiving a second message sent by a mobility management unit (MME), wherein the second message comprises second indication information, the second indication information is used for indicating a wireless access type of the user equipment, and the wireless access type is used for indicating the user equipment migrates from the first communication base station to the second communication base station;
generating a first message according to the wireless access type, wherein the first message comprises first indication information which is used for indicating the user equipment to use the second communication base station for communication;
and sending the first message to a PCRF unit, so that the PCRF unit determines to send the PCC policy corresponding to the second communication base station to the user equipment according to first indication information in the first message.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the first communication base station comprises a 4G base station and the second communication base station comprises a 5G base station.
6. The method according to claim 4 or 5, wherein the second message comprises a modified Bearer Request Modification Bearer Request message.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the modify bearer request message comprises a secondary radio access type usage report field, and wherein the secondary radio access type usage report field comprises the radio access type.
8. An apparatus for determining policy and charging control, PCC, policies, the apparatus comprising:
a receiving module, configured to receive a first message sent by a gateway when a user equipment migrates from a first communication base station to a second communication base station, where the first message includes first indication information, and the first indication information is used to indicate that the user equipment uses the second communication base station for communication;
a sending module, configured to send, to the user equipment, the PCC policy corresponding to the second communication base station according to the first indication information.
9. An apparatus for determining policy and charging control, PCC, policies, the apparatus comprising:
a receiving module, configured to receive a second message sent by a mobility management unit MME when a user equipment migrates from a first communication base station to a second communication base station, where the second message includes second indication information, where the second indication information is used to indicate a radio access type of the user equipment, and the radio access type is used to indicate that the user equipment migrates from the first communication base station to the second communication base station;
a processing module, configured to generate a first message according to the radio access type, where the first message includes first indication information, and the first indication information is used to indicate the ue to use the second communication base station for communication;
a sending module, configured to send the first message to a PCRF unit, where the PCRF unit determines, according to first indication information in the first message, to send, to the user equipment, a PCC policy corresponding to the second communication base station.
10. An electronic device, characterized in that the electronic device comprises: a processor and a memory storing computer program instructions;
the processor, when executing the computer program instructions, implements a method of determining policy and charging control, PCC, policies according to any of claims 1-3.
11. An electronic device, characterized in that the electronic device comprises: a processor and a memory storing computer program instructions;
the processor, when executing the computer program instructions, implements a method of determining policy and charging control, PCC, policies according to any of claims 4-7.
12. A system for determining policy and charging control, PCC, policies, the system comprising:
a Policy and Charging Rules Function (PCRF) unit, configured to send a PCC policy corresponding to the second communication base station to the user equipment according to the received first indication information;
the gateway is used for generating a first message according to a second message including second indication information and sending the first message to the PCRF unit so that the PCRF unit determines to send a PCC policy corresponding to the second communication base station to the user equipment according to the first indication information in the first message;
the mobile management unit MME is used for receiving an E-RAB modification indication message sent by a second communication base station when user equipment migrates from a first communication base station to the second communication base station, wherein the E-RAB modification indication message is provided with a secondary wireless access type usage report field, and the secondary wireless access type usage report field comprises information used for indicating user data plane migration to the second base station.

A storage medium having stored thereon computer instructions which, when executed by a processor, implement a method for determining policy and charging control, PCC, policy according to any one of claims 1-3, or which, when executed by a processor, implement a method for determining policy and charging control, PCC, policy according to any one of claims 4-7.
