Example 2
Referring to fig. 1, 2, 4 and 5, a batch assembler for terminals for wire harnesses is disclosed, which is different from embodiment 1 in that the batch assembler further includes a placement mechanism 10, the placement mechanism 10 includes a fixing rod 101, an arc rod 102, an arc sleeve 103, a stop rod 104, a frame 105, a sliding frame 106, a fifth spring 107 and a sixth spring 108, the fixing rod 101 is fixedly connected to the middle of the outer top of the placement frame 2, the arc rod 102 is fixedly connected to the right end of the fixing rod 101, the arc sleeve 103 is slidably arranged at the lower portion of the arc rod 102, the sixth spring 108 is connected between the inner bottom of the arc sleeve 103 and the bottom of the arc rod 102, the frame 105 is fixedly connected to the outer side of the lower portion of the arc sleeve 103, the bottom of the frame 105 is located at the right side of the stop mechanism 9, the sliding frame 106 is slidably arranged in the frame 105, the fifth spring 107 is connected between the inner bottom of the sliding frame 106 and the inner top of the frame, the stop lever 104 is located on the right side of the hollow cylinder 81 in contact therewith.
Initially, the sixth spring 108 is in a compressed state, after the terminal is placed, an operator can place the wiring harness into the sliding frame 106, push the sliding frame 106 to move downwards to drive the wiring harness to move downwards into the terminal, stretch the fifth spring 107, pull the holding rod 82 to rotate reversely, and further when the hollow cylinder 81 rotates reversely and does not contact with the stop lever 104, due to the effect of the sixth spring 108, the arc-shaped sleeve 103 moves upwards to drive the frame body 105 to swing backwards, the frame body 105 moves backwards to drive the sliding frame 106 to swing backwards, when the sliding frame 106 swings backwards and is separated from the wiring harness, the operator releases the sliding frame 106, and due to the effect of the fifth spring 107, the sliding frame 106 moves upwards to reset. When the terminal is assembled on the wire harness, an operator pulls the holding rod 82 to rotate forwardly and reset, the hollow cylinder 81 rotates forwardly to drive the stop lever 104 to move downwards, the stop lever 104 moves downwards to drive the arc-shaped sleeve 103 to move downwards and reset, the sixth spring 108 stretches, and the arc-shaped sleeve 103 moves downwards to drive the frame body 105 to move downwards and reset. Therefore, the wiring harness does not need to be held by an operator and is placed into the terminal, and the terminal is more convenient and labor-saving.

Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 6, the present embodiment is different from embodiments 1 and 2 in that the present embodiment further includes a movable rod 11, a seventh spring 12 and an insertion rod 131, the middle portion of the rear side of the holding rod 82 is hinged to the movable rod 11, the seventh spring 12 is connected between the upper portion of the front side of the movable rod 11 and the inner front side of the holding rod 82, the lower portion of the front side of the movable rod 11 is fixedly connected to the insertion rod 131, the upper portion of the outer rear side of the hollow cylinder 81 is provided with a slot 13 engaged with the insertion rod 131, and the insertion rod 131 is located in the slot 13.

Thus, the handle 82 is prevented from moving when swinging forward to drive the push rod 83.
When placing the frame 2 and putting the right amount of terminal in, operating personnel can pull carriage 15 and swing left, and eighth spring 17 compresses, and carriage 15 swings left and drives spheroid 16 and swing left, and spheroid 16 swings left to suitable position, loosens carriage 15, because of eighth spring 17's effect, carriage 15 swings right and drives spheroid 16 and swing right, and spheroid 16 swings right and beats placing frame 2, and then shakes placing the terminal in the frame 2. Thus, the influence of the clamping of the terminal in the placing frame 2 on the assembly can be avoided.
