Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings and examples, in order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, in an embodiment, a schematic structural diagram and a timing diagram of a medical diagnosis report sharing system are provided, and the medical diagnosis report sharing system provided by the embodiment of the invention mainly describes a processing flow of medical data obtained after a user performs a medical detection, which is described in detail below.
As shown in fig. 1, in the embodiment of the present invention, the medical diagnosis report sharing system includes a sharing service terminal 110, at least one patient client terminal 120 communicating with the sharing service terminal 110, and at least one medical client terminal 130 communicating with the sharing service terminal 120; wherein the method comprises the steps of
The medical client 130 is configured to send medical information to the sharing server.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the medical information carries a medical diagnosis report, patient identification information and medical identification information associated with the medical client, where the medical diagnosis report may be diagnostic information obtained directly by the patient after performing medical detection, such as a CT scan picture, an electrocardiogram, a blood routine laboratory test report, and the like, or may also be a diagnostic conclusion made by a doctor according to the diagnostic information, and of course, more general cases are a comprehensive report of both the diagnostic information and the diagnostic conclusion.
In an embodiment of the invention, the patient identification information is associated with a patient client.
In the embodiment of the present invention, it may be understood that the medical client refers to a client associated with medical treatment, and the client may refer to a specific terminal device, for example, a mobile phone, a computer, or even a medical detection device with a certain network communication and storage capability, for example, a CT scanner, an electrocardiograph, or the like, and may, of course, refer to a software program running on the terminal device. Taking a specific embodiment as an example, when the electrocardiograph (A) directly outputs an electrocardiogram result after the electrocardiograph (B) patient makes an electrocardiogram detection, the electrocardiograph (A) patient identification information and medical information related to the B hospital cardiology can be packaged and sent to the sharing service end, or after the electrocardiograph (B) patient outputs the electrocardiogram result, the medical client on the computer equipment fills out a corresponding medical diagnosis report, and the medical client packages and uploads the medical information carrying the medical diagnosis report, the A patient identification information and the medical identification information related to the B hospital cardiology to the sharing service end. The invention is not limited to the specific form of the medical client, and any function capable of uploading diagnostic data is within the scope of the invention.
The patient client 120 is configured to send a medical diagnosis report acquisition request to the sharing server; and receiving the medical diagnosis report sent by the sharing server and storing the medical diagnosis report in a local place.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the medical diagnostic report acquisition request carries the patient identification information associated with the patient client.
In the embodiment of the present invention, similar to a medical client, a patient client may be understood as a client associated with a patient, and similarly, may be a specific terminal device, for example, a mobile phone, a computer, or may be a software program running on the terminal device. Further, in combination with the foregoing discussion of the medical client, when the patient a performs a medical examination, the medical examination data is sent to the sharing server by the medical client, and at this time, the patient a may send a medical diagnosis report acquisition request to the sharing server through the patient client to request to acquire the medical diagnosis report and download the medical diagnosis report locally, so as to provide a data source for subsequent medical diagnosis report sharing.
The sharing server 110 is configured to receive the medical information, and establish a correspondence between the medical diagnosis report and the medical client and the patient client according to the medical information; and the medical diagnosis report deleting module is used for returning a medical diagnosis report corresponding to the patient client according to the patient identification information carried by the medical diagnosis report acquiring request after the medical diagnosis report acquiring request is received, and deleting the medical diagnosis report after the medical diagnosis report is sent or after a preset deleting condition is met.
In the embodiment of the invention, the shared server may be an independent physical server or terminal, or may be a server cluster formed by a plurality of physical servers, or may be a cloud server for providing basic cloud computing services such as a cloud server, a cloud database, cloud storage, CDN and the like.
In the embodiment of the present invention, it can be understood that, compared with the existing medical diagnosis report sharing system in which the diagnosis data is uniformly stored in the service side, the medical diagnosis report sharing system provided by the present invention uses the shared service side as an intermediate bridge between the medical client side and the patient client side when transmitting medical information, the medical diagnosis report is not directly stored in the shared service side, but only the medical diagnosis report, the correspondence between the medical client side and the patient client side is stored, and the shared service side deletes the medical diagnosis report after the transmission of the medical diagnosis report is completed or after the preset deletion condition is satisfied, that is, in the example explained by the medical client side 130, the shared service side finally only stores the correspondence between the heart internal medicine and the electrocardiogram (electrocardiogram diagnosis report) of the patient-B hospital, and does not store the specific content of the electrocardiogram (electrocardiogram diagnosis report). At this time, for the whole medical diagnosis report sharing system, the personal medical diagnosis report of the patient is stored on the patient client associated with the patient, and the data storage amount of the server is small, so that the problem that the data storage amount of the server is multiplied is effectively solved. Although there is a delay in the subsequent data sharing process when a certain amount of data is required, after the 5g network is popularized, the data transmission speed is greatly increased, and the delay is significantly reduced.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the process executed by the medical diagnosis report sharing system after a patient performs a medical test is provided, which can be understood as the preparation work before data sharing, and for more convenience in describing the interaction sequence between the structures, a specific timing chart will be referred to fig. 2 and the explanation thereof.
In the medical diagnosis report sharing system provided by the embodiment of the invention, the specific structure of the sharing server is shown in fig. 8 and the explanation thereof.
In order to further describe the flow of the medical diagnosis report sharing system when implementing medical data sharing in the embodiment of the present invention, please refer to fig. 3 and fig. 4, which illustrate a block diagram and a timing chart of the medical diagnosis report sharing system when implementing medical data sharing.
