In an embodiment of the present invention, before obtaining CA (electronic authentication service) digital certificates corresponding to a submitting user of the first cross-border banking transaction node and a target user of the first cross-border banking transaction node, the method further includes: a submitting user of the first cross-border bank transaction node and a target user of the first cross-border bank transaction node respectively send CA digital certificate acquisition requests to an authority server, wherein the CA digital certificate acquisition requests contain user identity information, so that the authority server can perform KYC (Know your customer, namely a customer who knows your details) audit on the user according to the user identity information; and the submitting user of the first cross-border bank transaction node and the target user of the first cross-border bank transaction node receive the CA digital certificate sent by the authority server, wherein the CA digital certificate comprises user identity information, and the CA digital certificate is a certificate which passes KYC verification.
And if the CA digital certificates corresponding to the submitting user of the first cross-border bank transaction node and the target user of the first cross-border bank transaction node are authenticated, respectively acquiring user identity information respectively contained by the submitting user of the first cross-border bank transaction node and the target user of the first cross-border bank transaction node. And verifying whether the user identity information of the submitting user of the first cross-border bank transaction node and the target user of the first cross-border bank transaction node is successful. Specifically, whether the user identity information passes the verification can be determined by checking whether the user identity information is in a preset white list, that is, if the user identity information is in the preset white list, the user identity information passes the verification; and if the user identity information is not in the preset white list, the user identity information can be confirmed to be not verified. The preset white list stores the identity information of the trusted user.
It should be understood that, the sequence numbers of the steps in the foregoing embodiments do not imply an execution sequence, and the execution sequence of each process should be determined by its function and inherent logic, and should not constitute any limitation to the implementation process of the embodiments of the present invention.
In an embodiment of the present invention, a block chain-based cross-border transaction apparatus is provided, where the block chain-based cross-border transaction apparatus corresponds to the block chain-based cross-border transaction method in the above embodiments one to one. As shown in fig. 3, the device is applied to a cross-border transaction node in a blockchain system, the blockchain system also corresponds to a plurality of cross-border banking transaction nodes, and the cross-border transaction device based on the blockchain includes an obtaining module 10, a determining module 20, and an executing module 30. The functional modules are explained in detail as follows:
the acquiring module 10 is configured to acquire a transaction submitting country, a target transaction country, a submitting user, a target user, and a country transaction amount in the cross-border transaction intelligent contract after receiving a request for executing a cross-border transaction intelligent contract sent by a first cross-border bank transaction node; and a second cross-border banking transaction node corresponding to the first cross-border banking transaction node;
a determining module 20, configured to determine an intermediate currency amount corresponding to the transaction amount of the submitting country according to an exchange rate between the submitting country and the intermediate currency in an exchange rate conversion table at the current time, where exchange rates corresponding to the intermediate currency in different countries are stored in the exchange rate conversion table;
the determining module 20 is further configured to determine a target country transaction amount corresponding to the intermediate currency amount according to an exchange rate between the target country and the intermediate currency in an exchange table of an exchange rate at the current time;
an executing module 30, configured to send a deduction request to the first cross-border banking transaction node, so that the first cross-border banking transaction node deducts the transaction amount of the submitted country from an account of the submitting user of the submitted transaction country; sending a remittance request to the second cross-border banking transaction node to cause the second cross-border banking transaction node to perform remittance of the target country transaction amount to a target user of the target transaction country;
the determining module 20 is further configured to determine that the execution of the cross-border transaction intelligent contract is successful and upload the cross-border transaction information of the submitting user and the target user to the blockchain system when receiving information that the first cross-border banking transaction node sends a deduction success and receiving information that the second cross-border banking transaction node sends a remittance success.
Further, the apparatus further comprises:
a receiving module 40, configured to receive a cross-border transaction application sent by the first cross-border banking transaction node and the second cross-border banking transaction node, where the cross-border transaction application includes a cross-border transaction user and a user transaction amount corresponding to the cross-border transaction user;
a verification module 50, configured to verify whether a user transaction amount corresponding to the cross-border transaction user passes;
the storage module 60 is configured to, if the user transaction amount corresponding to the cross-border transaction user passes verification, store the user transaction amount corresponding to the cross-border transaction user and the corresponding cross-border bank transaction node in a user cross-border transaction limit table, where the user cross-border transaction limit table stores user transaction amounts corresponding to users in multiple countries respectively.
Further, the apparatus further comprises:
the query module 70 is configured to query a user transaction amount of a submitting user of a first cross-border bank transaction node in the user cross-border transaction quota table;
the verification module 50 is further configured to determine whether the user transaction amount is greater than or equal to the submitted national transaction amount;
the determining module 20 is further configured to determine, if the user transaction amount is greater than or equal to the transaction amount of the submitting country, an exchange rate between the submitting country and an intermediate currency according to an exchange rate conversion table at the current time, and determine an intermediate currency amount corresponding to the transaction amount of the submitting country.
The query module 70 is further configured to query a user transaction amount of a target user of a second cross-border bank transaction node in the user cross-border transaction quota table;
the verification module 50 is further configured to determine whether the user transaction amount is greater than or equal to the target country transaction amount;
the executing module 30 is further configured to send a deduction request to the first cross-border bank transaction node if the user transaction amount is greater than or equal to the target country transaction amount, so that the first cross-border bank transaction node deducts the submitted country transaction amount from an account of the submitting user of the submitted transaction country; sending a remittance request to the second cross-border banking transaction node to cause the second cross-border banking transaction node to perform remittance of the target country transaction amount to a target user of the target transaction country.
The obtaining module 10 is further configured to obtain CA digital certificates corresponding to the submitting user of the first cross-border banking transaction node and the target user of the first cross-border banking transaction node respectively; verifying whether CA digital certificates corresponding to a submitting user of the first cross-border bank transaction node and a target user of the first cross-border bank transaction node are authenticated or not;
the obtaining module 10 is further configured to obtain user identity information included in the submitting user of the first cross-border bank transaction node and user identity information included in the target user of the first cross-border bank transaction node, respectively, if the CA digital certificates corresponding to the submitting user of the first cross-border bank transaction node and the target user of the first cross-border bank transaction node are authenticated;
the verification module 50 is further configured to verify whether user identity information corresponding to the submitting user of the first cross-border banking transaction node and the target user of the first cross-border banking transaction node is successful;
the sending module 80 is further configured to send a deduction request to the first cross-border bank transaction node when both the user identity information of the submitting user of the first cross-border bank transaction node and the user identity information of the target user of the first cross-border bank transaction node are successfully verified; and sending a remittance request to the second cross-border banking transaction node.
For specific definition of the block chain based cross-border transaction device, reference may be made to the above definition of the block chain based cross-border transaction method, which is not described herein again. The modules in the above block chain based cross-border transaction apparatus can be implemented in whole or in part by software, hardware, and a combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a server, the internal structure of which may be as shown in fig. 4. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, a network interface, and a database connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, a computer program, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a blockchain based cross-border transaction method.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, comprising a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the processor implementing the following steps when executing the computer program:
after receiving a request for executing a cross-border transaction intelligent contract sent by a first cross-border bank transaction node, acquiring a transaction submitting country, a target transaction country, a submitting user, a target user and a country submitting transaction amount in the cross-border transaction intelligent contract; and a second cross-border banking transaction node corresponding to the first cross-border banking transaction node;
determining the intermediate currency amount corresponding to the transaction amount of the submitted country according to the exchange rate of the submitted transaction country and the intermediate currency in an exchange rate conversion table at the current time, wherein the exchange rate conversion table stores the exchange rates of different countries respectively corresponding to the intermediate currency;
determining the target country transaction amount corresponding to the intermediate currency amount according to the exchange rate of the target transaction country and the intermediate currency in the exchange rate table of the current time;
sending a deduction request to the first cross-border banking transaction node so that the first cross-border banking transaction node deducts the transaction amount of the submitted country from the account number of the submitting user of the submitted transaction country; sending a remittance request to the second cross-border banking transaction node to cause the second cross-border banking transaction node to perform remittance of the target country transaction amount to a target user of the target transaction country;
and when receiving information that the first cross-border bank transaction node sends a deduction success and receiving information that the second cross-border bank transaction node sends a remittance success, determining that the cross-border transaction intelligent contract is successfully executed, and uploading cross-border transaction information of the submitting user and the target user to the block chain system.
In one embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, having a computer program stored thereon, which when executed by a processor, performs the steps of:
after receiving a request for executing a cross-border transaction intelligent contract sent by a first cross-border bank transaction node, acquiring a transaction submitting country, a target transaction country, a submitting user, a target user and a country submitting transaction amount in the cross-border transaction intelligent contract; and a second cross-border banking transaction node corresponding to the first cross-border banking transaction node;
determining the intermediate currency amount corresponding to the transaction amount of the submitted country according to the exchange rate of the submitted transaction country and the intermediate currency in an exchange rate conversion table at the current time, wherein the exchange rate conversion table stores the exchange rates of different countries respectively corresponding to the intermediate currency;
determining the target country transaction amount corresponding to the intermediate currency amount according to the exchange rate of the target transaction country and the intermediate currency in the exchange rate table of the current time;
sending a deduction request to the first cross-border banking transaction node so that the first cross-border banking transaction node deducts the transaction amount of the submitted country from the account number of the submitting user of the submitted transaction country; sending a remittance request to the second cross-border banking transaction node to cause the second cross-border banking transaction node to perform remittance of the target country transaction amount to a target user of the target transaction country;
and when receiving information that the first cross-border bank transaction node sends a deduction success and receiving information that the second cross-border bank transaction node sends a remittance success, determining that the cross-border transaction intelligent contract is successfully executed, and uploading cross-border transaction information of the submitting user and the target user to the block chain system.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein may include non-volatile and/or volatile memory, among others. Non-volatile memory can include read-only memory (ROM), Programmable ROM (PROM), Electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. Volatile memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM is available in a variety of forms such as Static RAM (SRAM), Dynamic RAM (DRAM), Synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), Double Data Rate SDRAM (DDRSDRAM), Enhanced SDRAM (ESDRAM), Synchronous Link DRAM (SLDRAM), Rambus Direct RAM (RDRAM), direct bus dynamic RAM (DRDRAM), and memory bus dynamic RAM (RDRAM).
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, only the above-mentioned division of the functional units and modules is illustrated, and in practical applications, the above-mentioned function distribution may be performed by different functional units and modules according to needs, that is, the internal structure of the apparatus is divided into different functional units or modules to perform all or part of the above-mentioned functions.
The above examples are only intended to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, but not to limit it; although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some technical features may be equivalently replaced; such modifications and substitutions do not substantially depart from the spirit and scope of the embodiments of the present invention, and are intended to be included within the scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A block chain-based cross-border transaction method is applied to cross-border transaction nodes in a block chain system, the block chain system is also corresponding to a plurality of cross-border bank transaction nodes, and the method comprises the following steps:
after receiving a request for executing a cross-border transaction intelligent contract sent by a first cross-border bank transaction node, acquiring a transaction submitting country, a target transaction country, a submitting user, a target user and a country submitting transaction amount in the cross-border transaction intelligent contract; and a second cross-border banking transaction node corresponding to the first cross-border banking transaction node;
determining the intermediate currency amount corresponding to the transaction amount of the submitted country according to the exchange rate of the submitted transaction country and the intermediate currency in an exchange rate conversion table at the current time, wherein the exchange rate conversion table stores the exchange rates of different countries respectively corresponding to the intermediate currency;
determining the target country transaction amount corresponding to the intermediate currency amount according to the exchange rate of the target transaction country and the intermediate currency in the exchange rate table of the current time;
sending a deduction request to the first cross-border banking transaction node so that the first cross-border banking transaction node deducts the transaction amount of the submitted country from the account number of the submitting user of the submitted transaction country; sending a remittance request to the second cross-border banking transaction node to cause the second cross-border banking transaction node to perform remittance of the target country transaction amount to a target user of the target transaction country;
and when receiving information that the first cross-border bank transaction node sends a deduction success and receiving information that the second cross-border bank transaction node sends a remittance success, determining that the cross-border transaction intelligent contract is successfully executed, and uploading cross-border transaction information of the submitting user and the target user to the block chain system.
2. The blockchain-based cross-border transaction method of claim 1, further comprising:
receiving cross-border transaction applications sent by the first cross-border bank transaction node and the second cross-border bank transaction node, wherein the cross-border transaction applications comprise cross-border transaction users and user transaction amounts corresponding to the cross-border transaction users;
verifying whether a user transaction amount corresponding to the cross-border transaction user passes;
and if the user transaction amount corresponding to the cross-border transaction user passes the verification, storing the user transaction amount corresponding to the cross-border transaction user and the corresponding cross-border bank transaction node into a user cross-border transaction limit table, wherein the user cross-border transaction limit table stores user transaction amounts corresponding to users in a plurality of countries respectively.
3. The blockchain-based cross-border transaction method of claim 2, wherein before determining an exchange rate of the submitting country to an intermediate currency according to an exchange rate table at a current time, determining an intermediate currency amount corresponding to the submitting country transaction amount, the method further comprises:
inquiring the user transaction amount of a submitting user of the first cross-border bank transaction node in the user cross-border transaction limit table;
judging whether the user transaction amount is larger than or equal to the submitted national transaction amount;
and if the user transaction amount is larger than or equal to the transaction amount of the submitted country, determining the exchange rate of the submitted transaction country and the intermediate currency according to an exchange rate conversion table at the current time, and determining the intermediate currency amount corresponding to the transaction amount of the submitted country.
4. The blockchain-based cross-border transaction method according to claim 2 or 3, wherein after determining an exchange rate of the target transaction country with an intermediate currency according to an exchange rate table at a current time, determining a target country transaction amount corresponding to the intermediate currency amount, the method further comprises:
inquiring the user transaction amount of a target user of a second cross-border bank transaction node in the user cross-border transaction limit table;
judging whether the user transaction amount is larger than or equal to the target country transaction amount;
if the user transaction amount is larger than or equal to the target country transaction amount, sending a deduction request to the first cross-border bank transaction node so that the first cross-border bank transaction node deducts the submitted country transaction amount from an account number of a submitting user of the submitted transaction country; sending a remittance request to the second cross-border banking transaction node to cause the second cross-border banking transaction node to perform remittance of the target country transaction amount to a target user of the target transaction country.
5. The blockchain-based cross-border transaction method according to claim 1, wherein a deduction request is sent to the first cross-border banking transaction node; and before sending a remittance request to the second cross-border banking transaction node, the method further comprises:
acquiring CA digital certificates corresponding to a submitting user of the first cross-border bank transaction node and a target user of the first cross-border bank transaction node respectively; verifying whether CA digital certificates corresponding to a submitting user of the first cross-border bank transaction node and a target user of the first cross-border bank transaction node are authenticated or not;
if the CA digital certificates corresponding to the submitting user of the first cross-border bank transaction node and the target user of the first cross-border bank transaction node are authenticated, respectively acquiring user identity information respectively contained by the submitting user of the first cross-border bank transaction node and the target user of the first cross-border bank transaction node;
verifying whether user identity information respectively corresponding to a submitting user of the first cross-border bank transaction node and a target user of the first cross-border bank transaction node is successful;
when the user identity information of the submitting user of the first cross-border bank transaction node and the user identity information of the target user of the first cross-border bank transaction node are verified successfully, sending a deduction request to the first cross-border bank transaction node; and sending a remittance request to the second cross-border banking transaction node.
6. A block chain-based cross-border transaction device is applied to a cross-border transaction node in a block chain system, the block chain system is also corresponding to a plurality of cross-border bank transaction nodes, and the device comprises:
the acquiring module is used for acquiring a transaction submitting country, a target transaction country, a submitting user, a target user and a country transaction amount in the cross-border transaction intelligent contract after receiving a request for executing the cross-border transaction intelligent contract sent by a first cross-border bank transaction node; and a second cross-border banking transaction node corresponding to the first cross-border banking transaction node;
the determining module is used for determining the intermediate currency amount corresponding to the transaction amount of the submitted country according to the exchange rate of the submitted transaction country and the intermediate currency in an exchange rate conversion table at the current time, wherein the exchange rate conversion table stores the exchange rates of different countries respectively corresponding to the intermediate currency;
the determining module is further used for determining the target country transaction amount corresponding to the intermediate currency amount according to the exchange rate of the target transaction country and the intermediate currency in the exchange rate table of the current time;
the execution module is used for sending a deduction request to the first cross-border bank transaction node so that the first cross-border bank transaction node deducts the transaction amount of the submitted country from the account number of the submitting user of the submitted transaction country; sending a remittance request to the second cross-border banking transaction node to cause the second cross-border banking transaction node to perform remittance of the target country transaction amount to a target user of the target transaction country;
the determining module is further configured to determine that the execution of the cross-border transaction intelligent contract is successful and upload cross-border transaction information of the submitting user and the target user to the blockchain system when receiving information that the first cross-border bank transaction node sends a deduction success and receiving information that the second cross-border bank transaction node sends a remittance success.
7. The blockchain-based cross-border transaction device of claim 6, further comprising:
the receiving module is used for receiving cross-border transaction applications sent by the first cross-border bank transaction node and the second cross-border bank transaction node, wherein the cross-border transaction applications comprise cross-border transaction users and user transaction amounts corresponding to the cross-border transaction users;
the verification module is used for verifying whether the user transaction amount corresponding to the cross-border transaction user passes or not;
and the storage module is used for storing the user transaction amount corresponding to the cross-border transaction user and the corresponding cross-border bank transaction node into a user cross-border transaction limit table if the user transaction amount corresponding to the cross-border transaction user passes verification, and the user cross-border transaction limit table stores user transaction amounts corresponding to users in a plurality of countries respectively.
8. The blockchain-based cross-border transaction device of claim 7, further comprising:
the query module is used for querying the user transaction amount of the submitting user of the first cross-border bank transaction node in the user cross-border transaction quota table;
the verification module is also used for judging whether the user transaction amount is larger than or equal to the submitted national transaction amount;
the determining module is further configured to determine, if the user transaction amount is greater than or equal to the transaction amount of the submitting country, an exchange rate between the submitting transaction country and an intermediate currency according to an exchange rate conversion table at the current time, and determine an intermediate currency amount corresponding to the transaction amount of the submitting country.
9. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor when executing the computer program implements the blockchain based cross-border transaction method according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
10. A computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program, wherein the computer program when executed by a processor implements the blockchain based cross-border transaction method according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
