FIG. 2 is a flow diagram illustrating a method for granting resources to a user's account in accordance with an exemplary embodiment. The method for issuing the resource to the account of the user can be applied to a resource issuing system of an electronic commerce platform, wherein a first user terminal, a server and a second user terminal exist in the system, and the method is executed by the server. For example, the system may be a resource issuing system of the e-commerce platform shown in fig. 1, the first user terminal may be the first user terminal 110 shown in fig. 1, the server may be the server 120 shown in fig. 1, and the second user terminal may be the second user terminal 130 shown in fig. 1. As shown in FIG. 2, the method for issuing resources to a user's account may include the steps of:
in step 201, current order information of the first user is obtained, where the current order information includes an order resource amount, and the order resource amount is an amount of resources required for exchanging goods or services corresponding to an order.
In the disclosed embodiment, the first user may refer to a user on the side of creating an order on the e-commerce platform and initiating a payment transaction, and the terminal used by the first user may be the first user terminal.
Optionally, when the first user initiates a payment transaction on the e-commerce platform, the first user terminal sends current order information and a transaction confirmation instruction to the server, and the server determines to perform the transaction and obtains an order resource amount in the current order information.
The resource amount of the order may be an amount of resources required for exchanging goods or services corresponding to the order.
Alternatively, the order resource amount may be used to represent the amount of real currency or the amount of virtual currency.
For example, when a first user conducts a transaction on an e-commerce platform, a Renminbi (RMB) used for purchasing a certain commodity is used for conducting the transaction, and at this time, an order resource amount contained in current order information sent to a server by a first user terminal is used for representing an amount of real money; when the virtual currency used in the e-commerce platform is used for purchasing goods, the order resource amount contained in the current order information sent to the server by the first user terminal at the moment is used for representing the amount of the virtual currency.
In step 202, in response to that the order resource amount is greater than the first threshold, acquiring a return resource amount returned to the first user according to the order resource amount and a resource issuing rule corresponding to the first user level; the resource issuing rule corresponding to the first user level is a rule determined according to the historical order information of the first user.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the server sets a numerical value as a first threshold value in advance, the server compares the order resource amount with the first threshold value, and if the comparison result shows that the order resource amount is greater than the first threshold value, the amount of the return resource that needs to be returned to the first user is determined according to the order resource amount and the resource issuing rule corresponding to the first user level.
The resource issuing rule corresponding to the first user level may be a rule determined according to the historical order information of the first user. The historical order information may be order information for each order that the first user created and paid for successfully on the e-commerce platform before the current order.
Optionally, the historical order information of the first user is stored in a memory of the server, and may be queried.
In step 203, generating an operation link corresponding to the first user, so that the first user shares the operation link to each second user; the operation link is used for accepting a specified operation performed by the second user.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, when the first user terminal receives the sharing operation of the first user, the first user terminal may generate a corresponding operation link according to the address of the second user terminal specified by the sharing operation, and send the operation link to the second user terminal specified by the second user terminal.
The second user may refer to a user who enters the e-commerce platform by receiving and opening the operation link sent by the server, and the second user may be an old user who has transacted on the e-commerce platform or a new user who has not transacted on the e-commerce platform.
In step 204, in response to that the number of users of the operation user is greater than a second threshold, a resource corresponding to the amount of the returned resource is issued to the account of the first user; the operation user is the second user who performs the specified operation on the operation link.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the server sets, in advance, a value corresponding to the resource issuing rule as a second threshold, and when the number of users of the operating user acquired by the server is greater than the second threshold corresponding to the resource issuing rule satisfied by the first user, the server issues the resource corresponding to the returned resource to the account of the first user.
In summary, in the method for issuing resources to an account of a user provided in the embodiment of the present disclosure, current order information of a first user is obtained, where the current order information includes an order resource amount, and the order resource amount is an amount of resources required for redeeming goods or services corresponding to an order, and then, in response to the order resource amount being greater than a first threshold, according to the order resource amount and a resource issuing rule corresponding to a first user level, a return resource amount returned to the first user is obtained, where the resource issuing rule corresponding to the first user level is a rule determined according to historical order information of the first user, then an operation link corresponding to the first user is generated, so that the first user shares the operation link to each second user, the operation link is used to accept a specified operation performed by the second user, and finally, in response to the number of users who operate the user being greater than a second threshold, and issuing a resource corresponding to the returned resource amount to the account of the first user, wherein the operation user is a second user for executing the specified operation on the operation link. By the scheme, the server can realize information transfer in the resource issuing process by generating the operation link and sharing the operation link by the first user when the first user generates the order, and the server does not need to additionally issue information, so that the network bandwidth of the server is saved while the effective transfer of the information is realized.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a method for issuing a resource to an account of a user according to another exemplary embodiment, where the method for issuing a resource to an account of a user may be applied to a resource issuing system of an e-commerce platform, where a first user terminal, a server, and a second user terminal exist, and the method is executed by the server. 3, the method for issuing resources to a user's account may include the steps of:
in step 301, the server obtains current order information of the first user.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, a first user uploads created current order information to a server through a first user terminal, and the server obtains an order resource amount contained in the current order information. The resource amount of the order is the amount of resources required for exchanging the commodity or service corresponding to the order.
For example, the current order information that the server may obtain includes information of goods or services in the order, money amount required for the goods or services in the order, and order placing time information.
In step 302, in response to that the order resource amount is greater than the first threshold, the server obtains a return resource amount returned to the first user according to the order resource amount and the resource issuing rule corresponding to the first user level.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, after the server analyzes the current order information of the first user, the order resource amount of the first user is obtained, the order resource amount is compared with a first threshold value, when the order resource amount is judged to be larger than the first threshold value, a corresponding resource distribution rule is obtained according to the first user grade of the first user, the order resource amount is calculated according to the resource distribution rule, and the server obtains a return resource amount which can be returned to the first user account.
The resource issuing rule can be a rule for determining the amount of the returned resource by distinguishing according to different first user grades and utilizing the order resource amount in the current order information of the first user. The resource issuance rules for different first user classes may be different.
Optionally, in response to that the order resource amount is greater than the first threshold, the server obtains the order placing time of the latest order in the historical order information of the first user.
Optionally, when the order resource amount is greater than the first threshold, the server pushes a first popup to the terminal of the first user.
And the first popup window comprises a forwarding control, and the forwarding control is used for triggering sharing of the operation link. The user can share the page by triggering the forwarding control.
The server can determine the first user level and the resource issuing rule corresponding to the first user level according to the order placing time of the latest order of the first user and the order placing time of the current order.
Optionally, the resource issuing rule is used to indicate a return proportion, and the return proportion is a proportion between the amount of the returned resource and the amount of the resource in the order. The resource issuance rule is also used to indicate an upper and lower limit for the amount of the returned resource.
The steps of judging the first user grades of the first users and the resource distribution rules corresponding to the first user grades are as follows:
1) and responding to the fact that no order exists in the historical order information of the first user, and obtaining the resource issuing rule corresponding to the first user level as a first issuing rule by the server.
When the first user does not have historical order information, the first user grade is judged to be a first order new user, and the resource issuing rule corresponding to the first order new user is a first issuing rule.
2) And in response to the fact that the order exists in the historical order information of the first user and the interval between the order placing time of the last order and the current time is larger than the first time interval, acquiring the resource issuing rule corresponding to the first user grade as a second issuing rule.
When the time interval between the order placing time of the latest order and the order placing time of the current order is larger than the preset first time interval, the first user grade can be judged to be an old user, and the resource issuing rule corresponding to the old user is the second issuing rule.
3) And in response to the fact that the order exists in the historical order information of the first user and the interval between the order placing time of the last order and the current time is not larger than the first time interval, acquiring a resource issuing rule corresponding to the first user level as a third issuing rule.
When the time interval between the order placing time of the latest order and the order placing time of the current order is not larger than the preset first time interval, the first user grade is judged to be a non-first-order new user, and the resource issuing rule corresponding to the non-first-order new user is judged to be a third issuing rule.
The return proportion indicated by the first issuing rule is greater than the return proportion indicated by the second issuing rule, and the return proportion indicated by the second issuing rule is greater than the return proportion indicated by the third issuing rule.
For example, fig. 4 is a flowchart of calculating the amount of the return resource according to the resource issuing rule in the embodiment, and as shown in fig. 4, the step of calculating the amount of the return resource according to the resource issuing rule is as follows:
s401, when a preset first threshold value is 10 yuan, when the current order payment of the first user is successful, judging whether the current order resource amount is larger than the first threshold value by 10 yuan, if the current order resource amount is not larger than the first threshold value by 10 yuan, a window for displaying the cash-out reward is not popped up, and if the current order resource amount is larger than the first threshold value by 10 yuan, a window for displaying the cash-out reward is popped up on a display interface of the first user terminal, wherein the window can include a resource issuing rule and a forwarding control.
S402, when the first user is judged to be the first order new user, the return resource amount can be obtained to be 20% of the order resource amount of the current order according to the first release rule, and the finally obtained return resource amount is not less than 3 yuan and not more than 15 yuan.
S403, when the first user is judged to be a non-first order new user, the amount of the return resource is 10% of the amount of the order resource of the current order according to the second issuing rule, and the finally obtained amount of the return resource is not less than 3 yuan and not more than 15 yuan.
S404, when the first user is judged to be an old user, the return resource amount can be obtained to be 15% of the order resource amount of the current order according to the third issuing rule, and the finally obtained return resource amount is not less than 3 yuan and not more than 15 yuan. The calculated amount of the returned resource is displayed on the cash withdrawal reward window, and the first user can share the resource by triggering the forwarding control on the window.
In step 303, the server generates an operation link corresponding to the first user.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the server receives a link generation instruction sent by the first user terminal, where the link generation instruction is generated by the first user performing a trigger operation on the forwarding control and is sent by the first user terminal, and the link generation instruction may include a connection sending address. And after receiving the link generation instruction, the server generates an operation link corresponding to the first user, and shares the link to the user terminal corresponding to the link sending address through other social platforms according to the link sending address.
Optionally, the first user shares the operation link with each second user; the operation link is used for accepting a specified operation performed by the second user.
After the second user receives the operation link on the second user terminal, the second user terminal can open the operation link to obtain the specified page. The designated page may be created by the server, the designated page including a link specifying a good or service through which the second user may create an order and conduct a payment transaction.
In step 304, in response to the number of users of the operation user being greater than the second threshold, the server issues a resource corresponding to the amount of the returned resource to the account of the first user.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, when the number of the feedbacks received by the server from the operation user is greater than the second threshold, the server issues the calculated resource corresponding to the amount of the returned resource to the account of the first user.
Wherein the operation user is the second user who performs the specified operation on the operation link. When the operation user executes the specified instruction, feedback information is sent to the server, and the feedback information can be used for informing the server that the operation user enters the specified page through the operation link.
Optionally, the second threshold is associated with a first user rating, and the second thresholds corresponding to different first user ratings may be different.
For example, when the first user is a first new user, the second threshold may be set to 3, and when the first user shares the operation link with a plurality of other users, and the server receives feedback information from more than or equal to 3 operation users, the server issues a resource corresponding to the amount of the returned resource to the account of the first user.
In step 305, in response to the number of users of the operating user being greater than a second threshold, the server issues a reward resource to an account of the operating user.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, when the server receives the feedback quantity from the operation user and is larger than the second threshold value, the server issues the reward resource to the account of the operation user.
Optionally, when the operation user opens the operation link and it is determined that the number of the feedbacks received by the server from the operation user is greater than the second threshold, the server may obtain the historical order information of the operation user, obtain a second user level corresponding to the operation user according to the historical order information of the operation user, determine an award resource amount corresponding to the award resource amount according to the second user level, and issue the award resource corresponding to the award resource amount to the account of the operation user.
Wherein the reward resource is a resource for deducting the amount of the order resource in the subsequent order. The historical order information comprises the category information, price interval information, distribution area information and latest order placing time information of the commodities or the services in the second user historical order.
Alternatively, the second user rating may be different from the first user rating in the bounding range.
The second user level can be divided into a plurality of levels according to the interval between the latest ordering time and the current time, and the amount of the reward resources corresponding to each second user level can be different.
For example, when the server does not acquire the historical order information of the second user, it is determined that the second user is a new user with a level of 0, and the amount of the reward resource corresponding to the new user with the level of 0 can be 15 yuan for the payment sum of 30 yuan; when the historical order information of the second user acquired by the server shows that the interval between the latest order placing time of the second user and the current time is within 30 days, judging that the grade of the second user is a 30-day new user, and deducting 10 yuan for the reward resource amount corresponding to the 30-day new user to be 35 yuan full of payment amount; when the historical order information of the second user acquired by the server shows that the interval between the latest ordering time of the second user and the current time is 31 days to 60 days, the grade of the second user is judged to be 60-day old user, and the amount of the reward resource corresponding to the 60-day old user can be deducted by 8 yuan if the payment amount is 45 yuan; when the historical order information of the second user acquired by the server shows that the interval between the latest order placing time of the second user and the current time is 61 days to 90 days, the grade of the second user is judged to be 90-day old user, and the amount of the reward resource corresponding to the 90-day old user can be deducted by 10 yuan if the payment amount is 45 yuan; when the historical order information of the second user acquired by the server shows that the interval between the latest order placing time of the second user and the current time is more than 90 days, the grade of the second user is judged to be the user to be returned, and the reward resource amount corresponding to the user to be returned can be 10 yuan for 30 yuan full of payment.
Optionally, the server may obtain the demand information of the second user by analyzing the historical order information of the second user, where the demand information includes the type information, price interval information, and distribution area information of the goods or services in the order. And the server pushes the commodity or service link recommended according to the second user level and the commodity or service link meeting the requirement information to the terminal of the second user.
The commodity or service link meeting the demand information can be pushed according to the type information, price interval information and distribution area information of the commodity or service in the demand information of the second user.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart of a second user obtaining a recommendation of goods or services on a specific page according to the present embodiment. As shown in fig. 5, according to step S501, first, it is determined whether the second user is a 0-order new user, when it is determined that the second user is the 0-order new user, the background configures recommended goods or services, and pushes the goods or services stored in the distributable range of the second user according to inventory information of the goods or services and distributable range information, where a part of the goods or services is more favorable for the price of the 0-order new user, and the part of the goods or services is referred to as new user configuration; the price of part of goods or services is more favorable for the old user, the part of goods or services is called as old user configuration, and when new user configuration exists, the goods or services configured by the new user and the goods or services randomly recommended by the background are recommended to the appointed page; when no new user configuration exists and an old user configuration exists, recommending commodities or services configured by the old user and commodities or services randomly recommended by the background on a designated page; and when the configuration is not available, the background randomly recommends the goods or services on the specified page. According to step S502, when it is determined that the second user is an old user, it is determined whether the second user has an old user configuration, and if the second user has the old user configuration, the goods or services configured by the old user and the goods or services randomly recommended by the background are recommended on a specified page, and if the second user has no old user configuration, the goods or services randomly recommended by the background are recommended on a specified page.
