The working principle is as follows: in the invention, a resident fills in maintenance articles and approximate loss conditions through a fault maintenance application unit 21 for collecting the fault maintenance application information of the resident, and uploads the fault maintenance application information to a server through an uploading result unit 22; the maintenance articles are classified through the classification unit 23, and tasks are distributed to maintenance personnel through the task execution unit 24; the approval result 31 unit can approve the task result of the maintenance personnel, and the feedback unit 32 can evaluate the service of the maintenance personnel and grade the service quality of the maintenance personnel, so that the maintenance personnel can be urged to maintain with ease, and the service quality is improved; in addition, the maintenance articles are classified through the classification unit 23, so that the task distribution is performed conveniently according to the maintenance types which are good for maintenance personnel, the distribution efficiency is high, and the maintenance effect is good.
