Detailed Description
In order to make the purpose, technical solution and technical effects of the present application clearer and clearer, the present application is further described in detail below, and it should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are only used for explaining the present application and are not used for limiting the present application.
At present, after a receiver receives an email, the most common operation is replying and forwarding, and a small amount of content is often added to a reply email and a forwarding email which are correspondingly generated on the basis of the received email, but when the number of operations of replying and forwarding is large, the number of the corresponding emails is increased, and the occupied storage space is increased, and particularly when the received email occupies a large storage space, even if only few contents are replied, the correspondingly generated reply email occupies a large storage space, thereby causing waste of the storage space. In order to solve the technical problem, the technical scheme adopted by the application is to provide a mail storage method to improve the utilization rate of a mailbox storage space, so that more mails can be stored in the limited storage space.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a mail storage method according to an embodiment of the present application, and a specific flow of the mail storage method may be as follows:
s101: when a new mail is detected, the title of the new mail is acquired.
Wherein, whether a new mail is received or generated can be determined by detecting an outbox, an inbox, a draft box and a trash box in the electronic mailbox, and when the new mail is detected to be received or generated, the title of the new mail is acquired. Specifically, when a user of the electronic mailbox receives a piece of mail, the user is detected to receive a new piece of mail in the inbox, and when the user of the electronic mailbox sends a piece of mail, the user is detected to generate a new piece of mail in the outbox. In addition, the mail may include a title part and a content part, and the title of the new mail may be acquired by distinguishing the title part and the content part of the new mail.
S102: it is determined whether or not there is a stored mail having the same title as the new mail, and if there is a stored mail, S103 is executed, and if not, S104 is executed.
In this embodiment, the condition that the titles of the two mails are the same may include not only the case that the titles of the two mails are completely the same, but also the case that the titles of the two mails are not completely the same, where the case that the titles of the two mails are not completely the same may include the case that the titles of the two mails are not completely the same but originally completely the same, that is, even if the titles of the two mails are not completely the same, the two mails may be regarded as mails with the same title as long as the original titles of the two mails are the same.
Specifically, when the mail is an original mail, the title of the mail is the original title, and when the mail is a reply or forward mail, the title of the reply or forward mail includes the original title and a reply or forward identifier, for example, as shown in fig. 2, the mail 1 is the original mail and the title is "case status table", and when other users reply to the mail, the title of the reply mail 2 becomes "reply: case status table ", in which" reply: "is a reply identifier for indicating that the mail 2 is a reply mail.
The stored mails may be mails stored in an outbox, an inbox, a draft box and a trash box of an electronic mailbox, or mails stored in a preset folder. Specifically, when the stored mails are mails stored in an outbox, an inbox, a draft box and a trash box of an electronic mailbox, the stored mails may be obtained from the outbox, the inbox, the draft box and the trash box of the electronic mailbox, and a header of the corresponding stored mail may be extracted from each stored mail, and then it may be determined whether there is a stored mail having a header identical to that of the new mail.
S103: and taking the stored mail with the same title as the new mail as a target mail to obtain a target mail set, and storing the new mail based on the target mail set, wherein the data volume of the stored data corresponding to the new mail is smaller than that of the new mail.
As shown in fig. 3, the S103 may specifically include:
s1031: and taking the stored mail with the same title as that of the new mail as the target mail to obtain the target mail set.
Specifically, when stored mails with the same title as that of the new mail exist, the stored mails with the same title as that of the new mail are used as target mails, wherein the number of the target mails is at least one, and the at least one target mail constitutes a target mail set.
S1032: the similarity between the new mail and each of the target mails in the set of target mails is compared.
The similarity comparison refers to full-text similarity comparison between a new mail and a target mail, specifically, the full text of the mail may include contents such as a sender, a receiver, a title, and a text of the mail, and in addition, the similarity comparison may be performed by using a similarity analysis algorithm such as an edit distance algorithm, a coverage calculation method, or a cosine distance algorithm.
S1033: and taking the target mail with the highest similarity obtained by comparison as a first basic mail.
Wherein, the first basic E-mail is the target E-mail with the highest similarity between the full-text data of the target E-mail set and the full-text data of the new E-mail, for example, the full-text data of the new E-mail is 12EEE, the target E-mail set includes three target E-mails, wherein, the full-text data of the first target E-mail is 12EE, the full-text data of the second target E-mail is 12EEF, and the full-text data of the third target E-mail is 12EEFCD, then the first target E-mail in the target E-mail set can be compared to be closest to the new E-mail, that is, the first target E-mail in the target E-mail set can be selected as the first basic E-mail of the new E-mail, in addition, although there is only one character difference between the first target E-mail and the second target E-mail, it only needs to add the character "E" to the new E "on the, on the basis of the second target mail, the character "F" is firstly removed and then the character "E" is added to obtain a new mail, so when the number of the target mails with the highest similarity obtained by comparison is not unique, the target mail with the smallest data size can be preferably used as the first base mail.
S1034: the new mail is stored based on the first base mail.
Wherein, S1034 may specifically include:
s1-1: first difference data between the new mail and the first base mail is determined.
When the new e-mail is a reply or forwarded e-mail of the first basic e-mail, the first difference data may be new contents of the new e-mail relative to the first basic e-mail, such as reply contents in the reply e-mail, such as "received", "confirmed" and the like, or contents of a sender, a receiver and the like in the forwarded e-mail.
S1-2: and storing the new mail based on the identification code of the first basic mail and the first difference data, and generating a unique identification code of the new mail.
In this embodiment, each of the stored mails may correspond to a unique identification code, and the unique identification code is used to refer to the corresponding stored mail. Specifically, when the new mail is stored, the identification code and the first difference data of the first basic mail corresponding to the new mail can be used as the storage data of the new mail, so that the identification code and the first difference data of the first basic mail are used for storing instead of the full-text data content of the new mail, the data volume of the storage data corresponding to the new mail can be greatly reduced, and the utilization rate of the mailbox storage space is further improved.
In addition, when the new mail is stored, a unique identification code of the new mail is generated, so that the stored new mail can be referred by the unique identification code when the new mail which is subsequently received or generated is stored.
S104: the new mail is directly stored.
Specifically, when there is no stored mail having the same title as the new mail, it is described that the new mail is not a reply or forward mail to the stored mail, so that the full-text data content of the new mail can be directly stored. In addition, in this step, when storing the new mail, a unique identification code of the new mail is generated, so that the stored new mail can be referred to by using the unique identification code when storing the new mail which is subsequently received or generated.
In an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, S104 described above may be replaced with S105, S106, and S107 described below to reduce the data amount of stored data corresponding to a new mail when there is no stored mail having the same title as that of the new mail.
S105: and dividing the data content of the new mail into a plurality of data sections, and numbering the data sections in sequence to obtain a numbering value.
In this embodiment, the data content of the new mail refers to full-text data content of the new mail, including data content of a sender, a receiver, a title, a text and the like of the new mail. In some embodiments, in order to avoid the problem that the data string is long due to a large number of mail contents, the binary data string of the new mail may be converted into a hexadecimal or decimal data string, and then the data string may be sequentially divided into a plurality of data segments from one end (for example, a head end) to the other end (for example, a tail end) of the converted data string, and in order to more effectively reduce the data amount of the stored data corresponding to the new mail, when the data string is divided, the digits of two adjacent data segments may be the same or similar.
S106: and for two adjacent data segments, subtracting the data of the previous data segment from the data of the next data segment to obtain difference data, and taking the difference data as the data to be stored of the next data segment.
In this embodiment, each of the data segments corresponds to a unique number value, the two adjacent data segments refer to data segments corresponding to two number values with adjacent sizes, the next data segment refers to a data segment corresponding to a larger number value of the two number values with adjacent sizes, and the previous data segment refers to a data segment corresponding to a smaller number value of the two number values with adjacent sizes.
S107: and storing the data and the corresponding number value of the first data segment, and the data to be stored and the corresponding number value of each remaining data segment to realize the storage of the new mail.
When the latter data segment is a data segment corresponding to a larger number value of two number values adjacent in size, and the former data segment is a data segment corresponding to a smaller number value of the two number values adjacent in size, the first data segment is a data segment corresponding to a minimum number value of all the number values.
In this way, when there is no stored mail having the same title as the new mail, the data content of the new mail is divided into a plurality of data segments, the data of each of the remaining data segments is reduced on the basis of one of the data segments, and then the new mail is stored on the basis of the reduced data segment, so that the data amount of the stored data corresponding to the new mail can be reduced.
In the above embodiment, before the above S12, the method may further include:
s108: and acquiring the storage data corresponding to the stored mails according to the identification codes of the stored mails, wherein the storage data corresponding to the stored mails comprise the identification codes of the second basic mails and the second difference data.
In this embodiment, each of the stored mails corresponds to a unique identification code, and the unique identification code is used to refer to the corresponding stored mail. Specifically, each of the stored mails may be stored in the form of an identification code of a second basic mail and second difference data, wherein the second basic mail on which the stored mail depends and the stored mail have the same original title, the stored mail is generally a reply or forward mail of the second basic mail on which the stored mail depends, and the second difference data is generally an added content of the stored mail relative to the second basic mail on which the stored mail depends.
For example, the storage data of three stored mails may be as follows:
1234567890,,12EE;
1234567891,1234567890,F;
1234567892,1234567891,CD。
the first column of the stored data is the unique identification code of the stored mail, the second column is the identification code of the second basic mail which the stored mail depends on when being stored, and the third column is the newly added content of the stored mail relative to the second basic mail which the stored mail depends on, namely the second difference data.
S109: and determining the corresponding stored mail according to the identification code of the second basic mail and the second difference data.
In this embodiment, when the stored mail is stored in the form of the identification code of the second basic mail and the second difference data, the stored data of the stored mail needs to be restored to obtain the full-text data content of the stored mail, where the full-text data content of the stored mail includes data contents of a sender, a recipient, a title, a text, and the like of the stored mail. Specifically, the above-mentioned stored mail may be obtained by adding corresponding second difference data to the second base mail on which the storage thereof depends.
Wherein, the S109 may specifically include:
s1091: and judging whether the identification code of the second basic mail is empty or not.
S1092: and when the identification code of the second basic mail is empty, taking the second difference data as the corresponding stored mail.
When the identification code of the second basic e-mail in the storage data corresponding to the stored e-mail is empty, it indicates that the storage of the stored e-mail is not dependent on other stored e-mails, and the second difference data in the storage data corresponding to the stored e-mail is the data content of the stored e-mail.
S1093: and when the identification code of the second basic mail is not empty, determining the second basic mail corresponding to the identification code of the second basic mail, and determining the corresponding stored mail based on the second basic mail and the second difference data.
When the identification code of the second basic e-mail in the storage data corresponding to the stored e-mail is not empty, the storage data corresponding to the second basic e-mail may be obtained first, and when the second basic e-mail is also stored in the form of the basic e-mail and the difference data, the second basic e-mail further needs to be restored to obtain the full-text data content of the second basic e-mail, and then the full-text data content of the corresponding stored e-mail may be obtained by adding the corresponding second difference data to the full-text data of the second basic e-mail.
In the previous example, the storage data of three stored mails are as follows:
1234567890,,12EE;
1234567891,1234567890,F;
1234567892,1234567891,CD。
when the three stored mails are restored, the identification code of the second basic mail which is depended by the stored mail with the identification code of 1234567890 is null, so that the stored mail is 12 EE; the stored mail with the identification code of 1234567891 has the identification code of 1234567890 of the second basic mail on which the storage depends, wherein the stored mail with the identification code of 1234567890 is 12EE, so that F, namely 12EEF, is added on the basis that the stored mail with the identification code of 1234567891 is 12 EE; the stored mail with the identification number of 1234567892 has the identification number of 1234567891 of the stored mail on which the storage depends, wherein the stored mail with the identification number of 1234567891 is 12EEF, and thus the above stored mail with the identification number of 1234567892 is added with CD, i.e., 12EEFCD, on the basis of 12 EEF.
S110: and extracting the title from the stored mail to obtain the title of the corresponding stored mail.
Wherein, after the above S110 is performed, the above S12, S13 and S14 may be performed next to complete the storage of the new mail.
Different from the prior art, in the mail storage method in this embodiment, when a new mail is detected, the header of the new mail is obtained, and it is determined whether there is a stored mail with the same header as that of the new mail, and then if there is a stored mail with the same header as that of the new mail, the stored mail with the same header as that of the new mail is taken as a target mail to obtain a target mail set, and the new mail is stored based on the target mail set, where a data amount of storage data corresponding to the new mail is smaller than that of the new mail, so that when the mail is stored, a utilization rate of a mailbox storage space can be increased, and further, a limited storage space can store more mails.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a mail storage device according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 5, the mail storage apparatus 50 includes:
(1) first acquisition module 51
The first obtaining module 51 is used for obtaining the title of the new mail when the new mail is detected.
The first obtaining module 51 may determine whether a new mail is received or generated by detecting an outbox, an inbox, a draft box and a trash box in an electronic mailbox, and obtain a title of the new mail when it is detected that the new mail is received or generated. Specifically, when a user of the electronic mailbox receives a piece of mail, the user is detected to receive a new piece of mail in the inbox, and when the user of the electronic mailbox sends a piece of mail, the user is detected to generate a new piece of mail in the outbox. In addition, the mail may include a title portion and a content portion, and the above-described first obtaining module 51 may obtain the title of the new mail by distinguishing the title portion and the content portion of the new mail.
(2) Judging module 52
The judging module 52 is used for judging whether there is a stored mail with the same title as that of the new mail.
The stored mails may be mails stored in an outbox, an inbox, a draft box and a trash box of an electronic mailbox, or mails stored in a preset folder. Specifically, when the stored mails are mails stored in an outbox, an inbox, a draft box and a trash box of an electronic mailbox, the determining module 52 may first obtain the stored mails from the outbox, the inbox, the draft box and the trash box of the electronic mailbox, extract the titles of the corresponding stored mails from each stored mail, and then determine whether there is a stored mail with the same title as that of the new mail.
(3) First storage module 53
The first storage module 53 is configured to, when there is a stored mail having a same title as that of the new mail, take the stored mail having the same title as that of the new mail as a target mail to obtain a target mail set, and store the new mail based on the target mail set.
The first storage module 53 may be specifically configured to:
s1031: and taking the stored mail with the same title as that of the new mail as the target mail to obtain the target mail set.
In a specific embodiment, the mail storage device 50 may further include:
(4) second memory cell
The second storage module is used for storing the new mail and generating the unique identification code of the new mail when the stored mail with the same title as the new mail does not exist.
Specifically, when there is no stored mail with the same title as the new mail, it indicates that the new mail is not a reply or forward mail of the stored mail, so that the second storage module can directly store the full-text data content of the new mail. In addition, in this step, when storing the new mail, the second storage module also generates a unique identification code of the new mail, so that the stored new mail can be referred to by using the unique identification code when storing the subsequently received or generated new mail.
In an alternative embodiment, when there is no stored mail with the same title as the new mail, the second storage module may specifically include:
(a) partition unit
The separating unit is used for separating the data content of the new mail into a plurality of data sections and numbering the data sections in sequence to obtain a numbering value.
In this embodiment, the data content of the new mail refers to full-text data content of the new mail, including data content of a sender, a receiver, a title, a text and the like of the new mail. In some embodiments, in order to avoid the problem of longer data string due to more mail content, the dividing unit may convert the binary data string of the new mail into a hexadecimal or decimal data string, and then sequentially divide the data string into a plurality of data segments from one end (for example, a head end) to the other end (for example, a tail end) of the converted data string, and in order to more effectively reduce the data amount of the stored data corresponding to the new mail, when the data string is divided, the digits of two adjacent data segments may be the same or similar.
(b) Computing unit
The calculation unit is used for subtracting the data of the previous data segment from the data of the next data segment to obtain difference data for the two adjacent data segments, and the difference data is used as the data to be stored of the next data segment.
(c) Memory cell
The storage unit is used for storing the data and the corresponding number value of the first data segment, and the data to be stored and the corresponding number value of each remaining data segment so as to realize the storage of the new mail.
In the above embodiment, the mail storage apparatus 50 may further include:
(5) second acquisition module
The second obtaining module is used for obtaining the storage data corresponding to the stored mails according to the identification codes of the stored mails, and the storage data corresponding to the stored mails comprise the identification codes of the second basic mails and the second difference data.
(6) Determining module
The determining module is used for determining the corresponding stored mails according to the identification code of the second basic mail and the second difference data.
In this embodiment, when the stored mail is stored in the form of the identification code of the second basic mail and the second difference data, the determining module needs to restore the stored data of the stored mail to obtain the full-text data content of the stored mail, where the full-text data content of the stored mail includes data contents of a sender, a receiver, a title, a text, and the like of the stored mail. Specifically, the above-mentioned stored mail may be obtained by adding corresponding second difference data to the second base mail on which the storage thereof depends.
The determining module may be specifically configured to:
s1091: and judging whether the identification code of the second basic mail is empty or not.
(7) Extraction module
