By controlling the infrared light emitting device to emit infrared light, the photographic equipment for unauthorized recording of the performance content can be disturbed, so that copyrights of the performance content can be further protected.
Referring to fig. 2, there is shown a performance site copyright protection apparatus 20 according to an embodiment of the present invention, including: an acquisition unit 201, an identification unit 202, a candidate audience determination unit 203, a target audience determination unit 204, and a control unit 205, wherein:
an acquisition unit 201 for acquiring an image of a seat of a spectator in a performance place in real time;
an identifying unit 202, configured to identify and analyze the image, and obtain image information of each audience;
a candidate audience determining unit 203, configured to determine a candidate audience of a handheld photographing apparatus according to the image information of each audience, and acquire an angle at which the candidate audience holds the photographing apparatus;
a target audience determining unit 204, configured to determine that the candidate audience is a target audience for which unauthorized recording is possible when it is detected that the angle at which the candidate audience holds the photographing apparatus is within a preset angle range; the preset angle range is as follows: the candidate audience holds the angle range in which the shooting equipment can shoot the performance content;
and the control unit 205 is configured to control the reminding device to output a reminding signal to remind the target audience to stop performing unauthorized recording.
In a specific implementation, the target audience determining unit 204 may be configured to determine that the candidate audience is a target audience that may have unauthorized recording when it is detected that a duration in which an angle at which the candidate audience holds the photographing apparatus is within a preset angle range reaches a preset first duration.
In an implementation manner, the candidate audience determining unit 203 may be configured to obtain current pose information of each audience according to the image information of each audience; determining audience of the handheld object according to the current gesture information of each audience; and acquiring the characteristics of the object, judging whether the object is a photographic device or not, and taking the audience of the handheld photographic device as the candidate audience.
In an implementation, the candidate audience determination unit 203 may be configured to detect whether the item has a reflection phenomenon; and when the object has a reflection phenomenon and the shape of the object is square, determining that the object is the photographic equipment.
In an implementation manner, the candidate audience determining unit 203 may be configured to obtain pose information of each audience according to the image information of each audience; determining behavior information of each audience according to the gesture information of each audience within a preset time length; and determining candidate audiences of the handheld photographic equipment according to the behavior information of each audience.
In an implementation manner, the control unit 205 may be further configured to control the reminding device to output a warning signal to alert the target audience to stop unauthorized recording when it is detected that the target audience is still holding the photographing apparatus and the angle of holding the photographing apparatus is still within the preset angle range.
In an implementation manner, the control unit 205 may be further configured to control the reminding device to output a warning signal to alert the target audience to stop performing unauthorized recording when it is detected that the target audience holds the photographing apparatus again within the second time period and the angle at which the target audience holds the photographing apparatus is still within the preset angle range.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate that all or a portion of the steps in the various methods of the above embodiments may be implemented by a program that instructs related hardware, the program may be stored on a computer readable storage medium, and the storage medium may include: ROM, RAM, magnetic or optical disks, etc.
Although the present invention is disclosed above, the present invention is not limited thereto. Various changes and modifications may be made by one skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention, and the scope of the invention should be assessed accordingly to that of the appended claims.

Claims (9)

1. A method for protecting copyrights in a performance venue, comprising:
acquiring images of seats of spectators in the performance places in real time;
identifying and analyzing the image to acquire image information of each audience;
according to the image information of each audience, determining candidate audiences holding the photographic equipment, and acquiring angles of the candidate audiences holding the photographic equipment;
when the angle of the candidate audience holding the photographic equipment is detected to be within a preset angle range, and the time length reaches a preset first time length, determining the candidate audience as a target audience with unauthorized recording possibility; the preset angle range is as follows: the candidate audience holds the angle range in which the shooting equipment can shoot the performance content;
and controlling the reminding device to output a reminding signal so as to remind the target audience to stop unauthorized recording.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein said determining candidate viewers of the handheld camera device based on said image information of each viewer comprises:
acquiring current posture information of each audience according to the image information of each audience;
determining audience of the handheld object according to the current gesture information of each audience;
and acquiring the characteristics of the object, judging whether the object is a photographic device or not, and taking the audience of the handheld photographic device as the candidate audience.
3. The performance venue copyright protection method of claim 2, wherein the determining whether the item is a photographic device comprises:
detecting whether the article has a reflection phenomenon or not;
and when the object has a reflection phenomenon and the shape of the object is square, determining that the object is the photographic equipment.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein said determining candidate viewers of the handheld camera device based on said image information of each viewer comprises:
acquiring the attitude information of each audience according to the image information of each audience;
determining behavior information of each audience according to the gesture information of each audience within a preset time length;
and determining candidate audiences of the handheld photographic equipment according to the behavior information of each audience.
5. The performance venue copyright protection method of claim 1, further comprising, after controlling the alert device to output the alert signal:
when the target audience is detected to still hold the photographic equipment and the angle of holding the photographic equipment is still within the preset angle range, the reminding device is controlled to output a warning signal so as to warn the target audience to stop unauthorized recording.
6. The performance venue copyright protection method of claim 1, further comprising, after controlling the alert device to output the alert signal:
and when the target audience is detected to hold the photographic equipment again within the second time period and the angle of holding the photographic equipment is still within the preset angle range, controlling the reminding device to output a warning signal so as to warn the target audience to stop unauthorized recording.
7. A performance venue copyright protection device, comprising:
the acquisition unit is used for acquiring images of seats of audience in the performance places in real time; the identification unit is used for identifying and analyzing the images and acquiring image information of each audience;
a candidate audience determining unit, configured to determine a candidate audience of a handheld photographing device according to the image information of each audience, and acquire an angle at which the candidate audience holds the photographing device;
the target audience determining unit is used for determining that the candidate audience is a target audience with the possibility of unauthorized recording when the angle of the candidate audience holding the photographic equipment is detected to be within the preset angle range and the duration reaches the preset first duration; the preset angle range is as follows: the candidate audience holds the angle range in which the shooting equipment can shoot the performance content;
and the control unit is used for controlling the reminding device to output a reminding signal so as to remind the target audience to stop unauthorized recording.
8. A computer readable storage medium, the computer readable storage medium being a non-volatile storage medium or a non-transitory storage medium, having stored thereon computer instructions, wherein the computer instructions, when executed, perform the steps of the performance venue copyright protection method of any of claims 1 to 6.
9. A performance site copyright protection apparatus comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having stored thereon computer instructions executable on the processor, wherein the processor, when executing the computer instructions, performs the steps of the performance site copyright protection method of any one of claims 1 to 6.
