matching the keywords of the scientific and technological requirements with the standardized data in the database;
and pre-docking the scientific and technological requirements according to the matching result, and changing the scientific and technological requirements into actual requirements according to the matching result.

The method for pre-docking and directing scientific and technological requirements according to claim 1, wherein the step of pre-processing the keywords corresponding to the scientific and technological requirements input by the enterprise and searching the database corresponding to the scientific and technological requirements comprises:
acquiring words and sentences to be processed with specific marks in the keywords;
performing single word segmentation on the words and sentences to be processed, and determining the actual meaning of each character in the words and sentences to be processed;
determining entity identifications in the words and sentences to be processed according to a character training model which is trained in advance, and determining identification sequences of the words and sentences to be processed;
and extracting words from the identification sequence, and determining the entity data type corresponding to the identification sequence and the database corresponding to the identification sequence according to the word extraction result.
3. The method of pre-docking and directing scientific requirements according to claim 2 wherein the step of matching keywords of the scientific requirements with standardized data in the database comprises:
performing hash calculation on the keywords of the scientific and technological requirements by using a hash function to obtain hash index information;
and matching the keywords of the scientific and technological requirements with historical characters in a database corresponding to the Hash index information.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein the step of matching the keyword of the scientific requirement with the historical character in the database corresponding to the hash index information comprises:
converting the keywords of the scientific and technological requirements into characters through a lexical analyzer, and matching the converted characters with historical characters in a database corresponding to the Hash index information.
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein the steps of pre-docking the scientific and technological requirements according to the matching result and changing the scientific and technological requirements to actual requirements according to the matching result specifically include:
when the characters which are the same as the converted characters are matched, pushing scientific and technological achievements corresponding to requirements corresponding to the matched characters to enterprises;
when the characters which are the same as the converted characters are not matched, but at least one similar result exists, pushing at least one alternative scientific and technological achievement to the enterprise;
and when the characters which are the same as the converted characters are not matched and a similar result does not exist, prompting the user to re-input the technological requirement.

The method of pre-docking and directing scientific requirements according to claim 1, further comprising: the scientific and technological requirements are reported by guiding the enterprise through the scientific and technological requirement guiding module, so that the enterprise finds the relevant recommended and suggested scientific and technological achievements of the required scientific and technological requirements.
