Abstract
The application discloses a management report data processing method, which comprises the following steps: integrating the report data acquired according to the preset time interval to obtain managed report data; judging whether the change report data appears in the managed report data; and when the changed report data appears, determining data updating operation according to the type of the changed report data, and executing the data updating operation on the managed report data according to the changed report data to obtain new managed report data. Description
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of computer technologies, and in particular, to a management report data processing method, a management report data processing apparatus, a server, and a computer-readable storage medium.
Background
In the data service technology of enterprise management, a management report is often used as management data for reference. Claims (10)
1. A management report data processing method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
integrating the report data acquired according to the preset time interval to obtain managed report data;
judging whether the change report data appears in the managed report data;
and when the changed report data appears, determining data updating operation according to the type of the changed report data, and executing the data updating operation on the managed report data according to the changed report data to obtain new managed report data.
2. The managed report data processing method according to claim 1, wherein integrating the report data acquired at the preset time interval to obtain the managed report data comprises:
acquiring the report data from an ERP system, an OMS system and data input equipment according to the preset time interval;
and cleaning and converting the report data to obtain the managed report data.
3. The managed report data processing method according to claim 1, further comprising:
and when the change report data does not appear, displaying the management report data through a preset display template.
4. The managed reporting data processing method of claim 1, wherein when the changed reporting data occurs, determining a data update operation according to the type of the changed reporting data, and performing the data update operation on the managed reporting data according to the changed reporting data to obtain new managed reporting data, comprises:
when the change report data appears and the change report data is expense data, deleting data corresponding to the time of the change report data in the management report data to obtain to-be-supplemented data;
grouping the change report data according to a preset category to obtain new report data;
and inserting the new report data into the data to be supplemented to obtain the new managed report data.
5. The managed reporting data processing method of claim 1, wherein when the changed reporting data occurs, determining a data update operation according to the type of the changed reporting data, and performing the data update operation on the managed reporting data according to the changed reporting data to obtain new managed reporting data, comprises:
when the change report data appears and the change report data is sales data, deleting data corresponding to the time and subject of the change report data in the management report data to obtain to-be-supplemented data;
grouping the change report data according to a preset category to obtain new report data;
and inserting the new report data into the data to be supplemented to obtain the new managed report data.
6. The managed reporting data processing method of claim 1, wherein when the changed reporting data occurs, determining a data update operation according to the type of the changed reporting data, and performing the data update operation on the managed reporting data according to the changed reporting data to obtain new managed reporting data, comprises:
when the change report data appears and the change report data is the apportioned population data, deleting data corresponding to the time and the subjects of the change report data in the management report data to obtain to-be-supplemented data;
calculating expenses according to the data of the number of the shared persons to obtain labor cost data;
grouping the labor cost data according to a preset category to obtain new report data;
and inserting the new report data into the data to be supplemented to obtain the new managed report data.
7. The managed report data processing method according to claim 1, further comprising:
and displaying the new managed report data according to the authority information.
8. A managed report data processing apparatus, comprising:
the report data acquisition module is used for integrating the report data acquired according to the preset time interval to obtain managed report data;
the report change monitoring module is used for judging whether the report change data occurs in the managed report data;
and the report change processing module is used for determining data updating operation according to the type of the changed report data when the changed report data appears, and executing the data updating operation on the managed report data according to the changed report data to obtain new managed report data.
9. A server, comprising:
a memory for storing a computer program;
processor for implementing the steps of the managed report data processing method according to any of claims 1 to 7 when executing said computer program.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer-readable storage medium has stored thereon a computer program which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the managed report data processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
