the alarm module provides uniform alarm service through a resident process, after receiving alarm messages sent by each application, the alarm module obtains corresponding alarm behaviors according to the alarm types of the alarm messages, then searches alarm actions contained in the behaviors in alarm behavior definitions and finally sends messages to an alarm client; the alarm client end completes the corresponding alarm action after receiving the message; alarm recording and classification are carried out; generating alarms for switch deflection, self-checking, alarms, action and fault recording events of the safety and stability control device, and automatically storing the alarms into a historical database, wherein the alarm types comprise general events, device action, fault waveforms and the like; and provides a plurality of alarm means, including real-time alarm window prompt, image flash alarm, accident image push, voice alarm and sound alarm; a user selects alarm behaviors and alarm modes corresponding to different alarm types through an alarm definition interface;
meanwhile, alarm condition query is provided, and historical events can be retrieved, displayed and printed according to time, stations and devices; historical alarm information generated by the device in a certain time period can be inquired; the alarm types, the plant stations and the devices can be used as screening conditions, and can be inquired according to the time range of the occurrence of the alarm or according to the number of records of the latest occurrence of the alarm; the examination and query result is exported and stored as a text file, and the text file can be imported and displayed in an Excel or extensible markup language xml format;
the safety control management subsystem calls and inquires running information of safety and stability control devices in all the substations; checking device parameters, device descriptions, device fixed values, device soft pressing plates, device hard pressing plates and operation states, and checking a waveform file list and a waveform file; the circuit of the safety and stability control device and the equipment operation information of the main transformer can be called regularly, the operation information comprises frequency, voltage, current, power, active power, reactive power, section load flow, load-shedding unit quantity required and load-shedding/unit quantity which can be cut, and the operation information can be displayed and printed through dynamic data or curves of pictures;
