The invention discloses an intelligent differential pressure transmitter calibration system which comprises an air source conveying device, a differential pressure transmitter and a pressure calibration device, wherein the air source conveying device consists of an air compressor and an air main pipeline with an air source switch pressure reducing valve, a three-way valve is arranged on the air pipeline, the air main pipeline is divided into a high-pressure conveying pipeline and a low-pressure conveying pipeline by the three-way valve, a pressure valuator and a pressure calibration instrument are respectively arranged on the high-pressure conveying pipeline and the low-pressure conveying pipeline, and the tail ends of the high-pressure conveying pipeline and the low-pressure conveying pipeline are respectively connected with a high-pressure input port and a low-pressure input.
