Abstract

Technical Field
The invention relates to an intelligent noise reduction method for a range hood.
Background
The existing range hood is generally high in noise, and the national standard provides that the A-level sound power level is 72dB (A). But under this noise level, the conversation quality of the user in the kitchen is still affected. Many users reflect an inability to communicate with others pleasantly while cooking in the kitchen due to the fact that kitchen noise is loud and affects the quality of the conversation between the family members. With the increase of the living quality requirements of users, the requirements on kitchen noise are more and more strict.
The existing range hood adaptive to user scenes has the following defects in noise reduction treatment:
1. when the range hood is used, due to high noise, a user can have a conversation in a kitchen, and the speaking content of the other party cannot be heard clearly.
2. The rotating speed of the range hood is adjusted by detecting the resistance of the flue independently, but the firepower of the cooker is not considered; when the resistance of the flue is small, if the firepower is large, the actions of stir-frying and the like are performed by the user, and the rotating speed is reduced at the moment, so that the use condition of the user is not met;
3. the rotating speed of the range hood is adjusted by detecting the firepower independently, but the flue resistance is not considered; when the smoke-discharging device is used in a centralized high-rise building, smoke is difficult to discharge, so that a large rotating speed is still needed, and static pressure cannot be reduced;
in conclusion, the noise development of the current range hood does not guarantee the effect of meeting the conversation quality of the user.

The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing an intelligent noise reduction method for a range hood aiming at the prior art, which can meet the requirements of a user on the oil smoke absorption performance of the range hood under the condition of improving the conversation quality of the user.

step 2, obtaining a sound pressure value of a user sound signal in the real-time sound signal and a background noise sound pressure value including the sound of a fan of the range hood;
step 3, subtracting the background noise sound pressure value from the sound pressure value of the user sound signal, if the background noise sound pressure value subtracted from the sound pressure value of the user sound signal is smaller than or equal to a preset threshold value, indicating that the noise of the range hood affects the user conversation, and entering step 4; if the sound pressure value of the background noise subtracted from the sound pressure value of the user sound signal is larger than a preset threshold value, it is indicated that the noise of the range hood does not influence the user conversation, and the range hood normally operates according to the current state;
step 4, detecting resistance in a flue communicated with an exhaust port of the range hood and firepower of the stove, and entering step 5 if the resistance in the flue is smaller than or equal to a preset resistance threshold and the firepower of the stove is smaller than or equal to a preset firepower threshold; if the resistance in the flue is larger than a preset resistance threshold value or the firepower of the cooker is larger than a preset firepower threshold value, the range hood normally operates according to the current state;
and 5, reducing the rotating speed of the fan of the range hood, delaying the preset time, returning to the step 1 until the sound pressure value of the user sound signal minus the background noise sound pressure value is greater than a preset threshold value, stopping adjusting the rotating speed of the range hood, and then returning to the step 1 again.
As an improvement, in the step 5, firstly, the rotation speed of the fan is reduced in the current operation gear range of the range hood, if the current operation gear range is operated according to the lowest fan rotation speed in the current operation gear range, the current operation gear of the range hood is reduced until the value obtained by subtracting the background noise sound pressure value from the sound pressure value of the user sound signal is larger than the preset threshold value, and then the rotation speed of the range hood is stopped being adjusted.

The intelligent noise reduction method for the range hood as shown in fig. 1 comprises the following steps:
step 1, collecting real-time sound signals in the running process of the range hood, judging whether the collected real-time sound signals contain the sound signals of people, entering step 2, and if the collected real-time sound signals do not contain the sound signals of people, normally running the range hood according to the current state; because the voice frequency of the speaking of a person is different from the voice frequency of a fan when the range hood runs, the sound pressure value of the voice of the user and the sound pressure value of background noise can be respectively extracted through filtering processing and Fourier transform, wherein in the filtering processing process, the background noise signal in the range of 80-1200 hz is filtered, and if the detected sound pressure value is more than 60db, the voice of the person can be basically judged; the process of sound processing is the conventional technology;
step 2, obtaining a sound pressure value of a user sound signal in the real-time sound signal and a background noise sound pressure value including the sound of a fan of the range hood;
step 3, subtracting the background noise sound pressure value from the sound pressure value of the user sound signal, if the background noise sound pressure value subtracted from the sound pressure value of the user sound signal is smaller than or equal to a preset threshold value, indicating that the noise of the range hood affects the user conversation, and entering step 4; here the preset threshold is 8 db; if the sound pressure value of the background noise subtracted from the sound pressure value of the user sound signal is larger than a preset threshold value, it is indicated that the noise of the range hood does not influence the user conversation, and the range hood normally operates according to the current state;
step 4, detecting resistance in a flue communicated with an exhaust port of the range hood and firepower of the stove, and entering step 5 if the resistance in the flue is smaller than or equal to a preset resistance threshold and the firepower of the stove is smaller than or equal to a preset firepower threshold; if the resistance in the flue is larger than a preset resistance threshold value or the firepower of the cooker is larger than a preset firepower threshold value, the range hood normally operates according to the current state;
and 5, reducing the rotating speed of the fan of the range hood, delaying the preset time, returning to the step 1 until the sound pressure value of the user sound signal minus the background noise sound pressure value is greater than a preset threshold value, stopping adjusting the rotating speed of the range hood, and then returning to the step 1 again.
In step 5, firstly, the rotating speed of the fan is reduced in the range of the current operation gear of the range hood, if the rotating speed of the fan is the lowest in the range of the current operation gear, the current operation gear of the range hood is adjusted to be lower if the sound pressure value of the user sound signal minus the background noise sound pressure value is still smaller than or equal to the preset threshold value, if the current operation gear is 4, the current operation gear is reduced to be 3, until the sound pressure value of the user sound signal minus the background noise sound pressure value is larger than the preset threshold value, and then the rotating speed of the range hood is stopped.

step 2, obtaining a sound pressure value of a user sound signal in the real-time sound signal and a background noise sound pressure value including the sound of a fan of the range hood;
step 3, subtracting the background noise sound pressure value from the sound pressure value of the user sound signal, if the background noise sound pressure value subtracted from the sound pressure value of the user sound signal is smaller than or equal to a preset threshold value, indicating that the noise of the range hood affects the user conversation, and entering step 4; if the sound pressure value of the background noise subtracted from the sound pressure value of the user sound signal is larger than a preset threshold value, it is indicated that the noise of the range hood does not influence the user conversation, and the range hood normally operates according to the current state;
