Abstract
The invention provides a door pivot structure, which comprises a lining, a nut and a bolt, wherein the lining is fixed on a door frame plate, the lining is provided with a non-threaded hole, the nut is fixed on a door plate, the nut is provided with a threaded hole, the threaded hole of the nut corresponds to the non-threaded hole of the lining, the bolt penetrates through the door plate and the door frame plate, the bolt is provided with a head part, a threaded shaft part and a non-threaded shaft part which sequentially extend from the head part, the threaded shaft part is screwed in the threaded hole of the nut, and the non-threaded shaft part is rotatably positioned in the non-threaded hole of the lining. The door panel can be easily assembled or disassembled by screwing or unscrewing the single bolt with a screwdriver.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a storage cabinet, in particular to a door pivot structure and an intelligent logistics cabinet with the same.
Background
The storage cabinet usually adopts two door pivot structures, one is a pivot structure with a spring, and the other is a hinge.
The pivot structure with the spring can comprise an accommodating seat, a spring, a rotating shaft cap and a rotating shaft, wherein the accommodating seat is fixed on the door plate in a welding mode, the spring is positioned in the accommodating seat, the rotating shaft cap is fixed on the door frame plate, the rotating shaft can rotatably penetrate through the door plate and the door frame plate, one end of the rotating shaft is positioned in the accommodating seat and abuts against the spring, and the spring can provide elastic force to enable the other end of the rotating shaft to protrude out of the door plate and be positioned in the rotating shaft cap, so that the door plate can pivot relative to the door frame plate. However, the welding quality has high variability, so that the door panel is prone to pivot unsmoothly, and a defective product is formed. In addition, when the door panel is assembled or disassembled, the rotating shaft is pulled to keep the rotating shaft not to protrude out of the door panel, so that the disassembling operation is inconvenient, and the spring keeps compressing to influence the service life of the door panel.
The hinge is fixed between the door plate and the door frame plate in a welding or multiple screw locking mode, so that the door plate can pivot relative to the door frame plate. However, there are also situations where the welding quality variability is high, resulting in the door panel being prone to pivot unsmooth and forming a defective product, and the use of a large number of screws results in complicated dismounting operations.

In view of the above circumstances, the present invention provides a door pivot structure and an intelligent logistics cabinet having the same, which are easy to assemble and disassemble.
The door pivot structure comprises a lining, a nut and a bolt, wherein the lining is fixed on a door frame plate, the lining is provided with a non-threaded hole, the nut is fixed on a door plate and provided with a threaded hole, the threaded hole of the nut corresponds to the non-threaded hole of the lining, the bolt penetrates through the door plate and the door frame plate, the bolt is provided with a head part, a threaded shaft part and a non-threaded shaft part, the threaded shaft part sequentially extends from the head part, the threaded shaft part is screwed in the threaded hole of the nut, and the non-threaded shaft part is rotatably positioned in the non-threaded hole of the lining, so that the door plate.
The intelligent logistics cabinet comprises a cabinet body and a control console, wherein the cabinet body comprises a frame body, a plurality of partition plates are arranged inside the frame body to form a plurality of object placing spaces, a door frame plate is arranged at an opening of each object placing space, a door plate is pivoted on the door frame plate through a door pivot structure, a door lock is arranged on the door plate, the control console is arranged on the frame body of the cabinet body and used for controlling the door lock to be opened or closed, the control console comprises a processor, an input device and a communication module, the input device and the communication module are connected with the processor, and a communication channel is established between the communication module and the door lock.
The door pivot structure and the intelligent logistics cabinet provided by the embodiment of the invention can be used for easily assembling or disassembling the door plate by screwing or unscrewing the single bolt through the screwdriver, are favorable for maintenance, and can be used for avoiding the problem of high welding quality variability due to no welding in the assembling and disassembling operation and the problem caused by failure due to no use of a spring.

Description of the main elements
Detailed Description
The following detailed description will further illustrate the invention in conjunction with the above-described figures.
As shown in fig. 1, the intelligent logistics cabinet 100 according to the embodiment of the invention provides a user with convenience in sending or receiving items. The intelligent logistics cabinet 100 of the embodiment of the invention comprises a main cabinet body 1 and a control console 2.
The main cabinet 1 includes a frame 11, a plurality of partitions 12 are disposed inside the frame 11 to form a plurality of storage spaces 13, a door frame plate 14 is disposed at an opening of each storage space 13, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, a door panel 15 is pivoted on the door frame plate 14 through a door pivot structure 3, an electronic door lock 4 is disposed on the door panel 15, and the door panel 15 can be locked on the door frame plate 14 through the door lock 4.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the door pivot structure 3 includes a bushing 31, a nut 32, and a bolt 33, the bushing 31 is fixed to the door frame plate 14, the bushing 31 has a non-threaded hole 311, the nut 32 is fixed to the door panel 15, the nut 32 has a threaded hole 321, the threaded hole 321 of the nut 32 corresponds to the non-threaded hole 311 of the bushing 31, the bolt 33 penetrates through the door panel 15 and the door frame plate 14, the bolt 33 has a head portion 331, a threaded shaft portion 332 and a non-threaded shaft portion 333 sequentially extending from the head portion 331, the threaded shaft portion 332 is screwed into the threaded hole 321 of the nut 32, the head portion 331 abuts against the nut 32, and the non-threaded shaft portion 333 is rotatably located in the non-threaded hole 311 of the bushing 31, so that the door. The door panel 15 can be easily assembled or disassembled by screwing or unscrewing the single bolt 33 with a screwdriver.
As shown in fig. 1, the console 2 is disposed on the frame 11 of the main cabinet 1, and the console 2 is operated by a user to control the opening or closing of the door lock 4. As shown in fig. 6, the console 2 includes a processor 21, an input device 22 and a communication module 23, the input device 22 and the communication module 23 are both connected to the processor 21, the input device 22 can be a touch screen, and the communication module 23 establishes a communication channel with the door lock 4. When a user wants to send a mail, the user first obtains a mail sending code from the website or app of the logistics provider, and then inputs the mail sending code into the input device 22 of the intelligent logistics cabinet 100, so that the communication module 23 transmits an unlocking signal to the corresponding door lock 4, so that the user can place the article into the corresponding storage space 13. When a user wants to pick up an article, the user first obtains the article picking code from the website or app of the logistics operator, and then inputs the article picking code into the input device 22 of the intelligent logistics cabinet 100, so that the communication module 23 transmits an unlocking signal to the corresponding door lock 4, so that the user can take out the article from the corresponding article placing space 13.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the frame 11 of the main cabinet 1 is rectangular parallelepiped and has a top plate 111, a bottom plate 112, two side plates 113, and a back plate (not shown). A central vertical partition 12a and a plurality of horizontal partitions 12b are provided inside the frame 11 to form a plurality of rectangular parallelepiped housing spaces 13, and a horizontal door frame plate 14 is provided on the upper edge and the lower edge of the opening of each housing space 13. As shown in fig. 3, the door panel 15 has a door panel body 151 and upper and lower cross plates 152 and 153 located at upper and lower edges of the door panel body 151.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the bushing 31 is a press-fit bushing and has a bushing flange 312 and a bushing body 313 extending from the bushing flange 312, and the bushing 31 is riveted to one end of the door frame plate 14 through the bushing flange 312 such that the bushing body 313 protrudes from the top surface of the door frame plate 14. The nut 32 is a clinch nut and has a nut flange 322 and a nut body 323 extending from the nut flange 322, and the nut 32 is clinched to one end of the upper cross plate 152 of the door panel 15 by the nut flange 322 so that the nut body 323 protrudes from the bottom surface of the upper cross plate 152 of the door panel 15. As shown in fig. 3, a shaft hole 154 is formed at one end of the lower cross plate 153 of the door panel 15. After the lower horizontal plate 153 of the door panel 15 is sleeved on the bushing body 313 of the other door frame plate 14 through the shaft hole 154, the bolt 33 is operated to penetrate through the upper horizontal plate 152 of the door panel 15 and the door frame plate 14, so that the door panel 15 is pivotally arranged between the two door frame plates 14. The door frame plate 14, the door panel 15, the bushing 31, the nut 32 and the bolt 33 are made of metal, and the metal member has the advantages of good strength and high durability.
As shown in fig. 5, the upper cross plate 152 of the door panel 15 has an upper door gap G1 with the doorframe plate 14. The door pivot structure 3 further includes a washer 34, the washer 34 is sleeved on the bushing body 313 and located between the door frame plate 14 and the lower transverse plate 153 of the other door panel 15, so that a door lower gap G2 is formed between the lower transverse plate 153 of the door panel 15 and the door frame plate 14. The upper door gap G1 and the lower door gap G2 provide for the door panel 15 to pivot smoothly relative to the two doorframe plates 14.
As shown in fig. 1, the intelligent logistics cabinet 100 of the embodiment of the invention further includes two auxiliary cabinets 5, and the two auxiliary cabinets 5 are respectively disposed at two sides of the main cabinet 1 to provide more storage spaces 13.

The door pivot structure according to claim 1, wherein said bushing is fixed to said door frame plate in a horizontal state, said door panel has a door panel body and upper and lower horizontal plates at upper and lower edges of said door panel body, and said nut is fixed to said upper horizontal plate of said door panel.
3. The door pivot structure of claim 2, wherein the bushing has a bushing flange and a bushing body extending from the bushing flange, the bushing being riveted to one end of the door frame plate by the bushing flange such that the bushing body protrudes from a top surface of the door frame plate.
4. The door pivot structure according to claim 3, wherein the nut has a nut flange and a nut body extending from the nut flange, and the nut is riveted to one end of the upper cross plate of the door panel by the nut flange such that the nut body protrudes from a bottom surface of the upper cross plate of the door panel.
5. The door pivot structure of claim 4 wherein said head of said bolt abuts said nut.
6. The door pivot structure according to claim 5, wherein an axial hole is formed through one end of the lower cross plate of the door panel, and the axial hole is fitted over the bushing body of the other door frame plate.
7. The door pivot structure according to any one of claims 3 to 6, wherein the upper cross plate of the door panel and the door frame plate have an upper door gap therebetween.
8. The door pivot structure of claim 7, further comprising a washer disposed about the bushing body between the doorframe plate and the down web of the other door panel.
9. The door pivot structure of claim 8, wherein the door frame plate, the door panel, the bushing, the nut, and the bolt are all made of metal.
10.
