Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of garment processing, in particular to citric acid non-ironing finishing liquid for flax garments and a non-ironing finishing method.
Background
As the linen fabric is used as a natural fiber garment fabric, the linen fabric can absorb 20% of water equivalent to self weight, has high moisture absorption rate and good heat dissipation performance, meets the requirement of people on wearing comfort in summer, but cannot meet the requirement of people on garment smoothness in various occasions because the anti-wrinkle performance of the linen fabric is inferior to that of chemical fibers.
The requirement for keeping the clothes smooth is that the clothes have wrinkle resistance in the wearing process, and can keep good smooth state or pleated and stable form without ironing after washing, namely the function of no-iron of the clothes. At present, the domestic non-ironing technology mainly comprises liquid ammonia finishing, resin treatment and the like. However, due to the danger of the liquid ammonia, the enterprise generally does not adopt the technology any more. In the resin non-ironing treatment, the common finishing agent can generate chemical reaction on the surface of the fabric, and a small amount of formaldehyde can be released when the fabric is worn, so that the pursuit of modern people on health and environmental protection can not be met.
