The method of the present invention further comprises a step S06 of controlling the hook cutter to hook up the cut head of the upper thread and hold the head in the upper thread clamp. The hook knife hooks the upper thread end of the right waist line segment and accommodates the upper thread clamp.
As shown in fig. 2, the present invention also provides a thread trimming control device with a controllable thread end of an embroidery machine, which is implemented based on the above method. The device is arranged in the existing embroidery machine and drives the existing mechanism in the embroidery machine to execute the intelligent thread cutting action. The device comprises a facial line holding module, a facial line length control module and a thread trimming module. The upper thread holding module is used for controlling the rotating shuttle to drive the upper thread to rotate and controlling the thread buckling retainer to hang the upper thread which is separated from the rotating shuttle on the thread buckling retainer so as to realize the holding of the upper thread. The upper thread length control module is used for controlling the moving stroke of the frame with the embroidery material according to the required upper thread cutting length so as to obtain the lengths of the upper thread ends with different lengths. The thread cutting module is used for controlling the movable cutter to hook the bottom thread and the upper thread to the position of the defined bottom thread and the position of the upper thread after controlling the frame with the embroidery material to move to the required length of the upper thread to cut the thread, and controlling the thread cutting cutter to cut the bottom thread and the upper thread after controlling the frame with the embroidery material to move to the original position.
The upper thread holding module also controls the upper thread release of the thread buckling holder. And the timing of the upper thread release can be set as desired. For example, the upper thread releasing step of the thread catcher may be performed after the thread cutting movable knife grabs the lower thread and the upper thread to the position of the loop lower thread and the upper thread. For another example, the step of releasing the upper thread by the thread catcher may be performed after the upper thread is cut by the thread cutter. The device also comprises a storage module which is used for storing the required facial line trimming length and the moving stroke of the frame with the embroidery material, which is in one-to-one correspondence with the required facial line trimming length. The storage module is also used for storing actions of the thread trimmer in different time periods, such as the time periods of opening, returning, pausing and closing of the thread trimmer, and even the angles of opening, returning, pausing and returning. The device also comprises a thread hooking module which is used for controlling the hooking knife to hook up the cut thread end of the upper thread and hold the thread end in the upper thread clamp.
It will be appreciated by persons skilled in the art that the embodiments of the invention described above and shown in the drawings are given by way of example only and are not limiting of the invention. The objects of the present invention have been fully and effectively accomplished. The functional and structural principles of the present invention have been shown and described in the examples, and any variations or modifications of the embodiments of the present invention may be made without departing from the principles.

Claims (17)

1. A thread trimming control method with controllable length of a thread end of a face thread of an embroidery machine is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step S01, controlling the rotating shuttle to drive the upper thread to rotate, and controlling the thread-fastening retainer to hang the upper thread which is pulled out of the rotating shuttle on the thread-fastening retainer so as to realize the retention of the upper thread;
step S02, controlling the moving stroke of the frame with embroidery material according to the required thread cutting length of the upper thread to obtain thread ends of the upper thread with different lengths;
step S03, controlling the thread cutting movable knife to hook the bottom thread and the upper thread to the position of the coiling bottom thread and the upper thread;
step S04, controlling the frame with embroidery material to move to the original position;
and step S05, controlling the thread cutter to cut the bottom thread and the upper thread.
2. The thread trimming control method for controlling the length of the thread end of an embroidery machine face according to claim 1, wherein the steps S03 and S04 are performed simultaneously; alternatively, step S03 is performed after step S04.
3. The thread trimming control method of an embroidery machine face thread end length controllable according to claim 1, further comprising: before the step S01, the required facial thread cutting length and the moving stroke of the frame with embroidery material corresponding to the required facial thread cutting length one by one are stored in advance.
4. The method for controlling trimming of an embroidery machine with a length-controllable thread end of a face thread according to claim 1, wherein the lower thread and the upper thread are hooked to a position where the lower thread is looped and are confined to a space defined by the movable trimming blade and the stationary trimming blade.
5. The thread cutting control method of an embroidery machine face thread end length controllable according to claim 1, wherein the step S02 includes: and controlling the moving stroke of the belt embroidery frame moving in the Y-axis direction according to the required length of the thread trimming of the upper thread.
6. The trimming control method according to claim 5, wherein a moving stroke of the embroidery frame in the Y-axis direction is a negative moving stroke.
7. The thread cutting control method according to claim 1, wherein the controlling of the movement of the frame with the embroidery to elongate the thread end of the upper thread in step S02 is performed after the main shaft driving rotary hook picks up the thread and before the main shaft driving rotary hook picks up the upper thread and the main shaft hooked on the thread holder reaches the parking position; or after the main shaft drives the rotating shuttle to take the thread and before the main shaft stops waiting for thread cutting.
8. The thread cutting control method according to claim 7, wherein the controlling of the movement of the frame with the embroidery to elongate the thread end of the upper thread in step S02 is performed after the main shaft driving rotary hook picks up the thread and before or when the main shaft driving rotary hook picks up the upper thread and is hooked on the thread take-up holder reaches the highest position of the thread take-up lever.
9. The thread trimming control method according to claim 1, wherein the operation of controlling the frame with the embroidery material to move to the home position in step S04 is performed in a state where the main shaft is stopped or idled.
10. The thread trimmer controlling method according to claim 1, further comprising the step of releasing the upper thread by the thread catcher; the step of releasing the upper thread by the thread-clasping retainer is carried out after the thread-cutting movable cutter hooks the bottom thread and the upper thread to the positions of the coiling bottom thread and the upper thread; or the step of releasing the upper thread by the thread catcher is carried out after the cutting blade cuts the upper thread.
11. The thread cutting control method of an embroidery machine upper thread end controllable in length according to claim 1, further comprising a step S06 of controlling the hooking cutter to hook and receive the cut upper thread end in the upper thread clamp.

the upper thread holding module is used for controlling the rotating shuttle to drive the upper thread to rotate and controlling the thread buckling holder to hang the upper thread which is separated from the rotating shuttle on the thread buckling holder so as to realize the holding of the upper thread;
the upper thread length control module is used for controlling the moving stroke of the frame with the embroidery material according to the required upper thread cutting length so as to obtain the lengths of upper thread ends with different lengths;
and the thread cutting module is used for controlling the movable cutter to hook the bottom thread and the upper thread to the position of the defined bottom thread and the position of the upper thread after controlling the frame with the embroidery material to move to the required upper thread cutting length, and controlling the thread cutting cutter to cut the bottom thread and the upper thread after controlling the frame with the embroidery material to move to the original position.
13. The thread cutting control device as claimed in claim 11, further comprising a storage module for storing a desired upper thread cutting length and a moving stroke of the frame with the embroidery material in one-to-one correspondence with the desired upper thread cutting length.

The thread trimming control apparatus for controlling the length of the thread end of the upper thread in the embroidery machine as claimed in claim 11, further comprising a thread hooking module for controlling the hooking knife to hook and receive the cut thread end of the upper thread in the upper thread clamp.
15. The thread trimmer control device according to claim 11, wherein the upper thread length control module controls the movement of the frame with the embroidery to lengthen the thread end, and is provided after the main shaft driving rotary shuttle picks up the thread and before the main shaft driving rotary shuttle picks up the upper thread and hangs on the thread take-up holder reaches the parking position; or after the main shaft drives the rotating shuttle to take the thread and before the main shaft stops waiting for thread cutting.
16. The thread cutting control apparatus according to claim 11, wherein the operation of the thread cutting module for controlling the frame with the embroidery material to move to the home position is performed in a state where the main shaft is stopped or idled.
17. The apparatus of claim 11, wherein the moving stroke is a negative moving stroke of the embroidery frame moving in the Y-axis direction.
