At this time, the interlayer between the outer cylinder 101 and the inner cylinder 102 forms a negative pressure space under the action of the negative pressure of the centrifugal fan, so that the suction force of the negative pressure of the fan is uniformly applied to each suction hole 102-1 on the inner cylinder 102, and the waste gas emitted from the suction holes 102-1 is sucked into the interlayer, enters the suction pipe 3 through the first communication pipe 6 and is safely discharged. Part of the exhaust gas rises under the action of heat, is captured by the suction hood 2, is sucked into the rotating arm 4 through the second communication pipe 7 and the port of the rotating arm 4 at the sling port 5, enters the suction pipe 3 again, and is discharged safely. Meanwhile, a closed vacuum space is formed between the inner cylinder 102 and the outer cylinder 101 under the action of negative pressure, flame generated when the workpiece is immersed in quenching liquid quickly consumes the original oxygen in the quenching liquid, the flame is extinguished quickly due to no external oxygen supplement, and the hidden danger of fire is reduced to zero by the collecting device.
