Abstract
The invention provides a defoaming graphite composite heat dissipation film, which comprises: a release film, an intermediate heat dissipation layer and a protective film; the release film is compounded on one surface of the middle heat dissipation layer, a plurality of bulges are uniformly distributed on the compounded surface of the release film and the middle heat dissipation layer, and gaps among the bulges are communicated; the middle heat dissipation layer includes: first graphite layer and rather than compound second graphite layer mutually, the protection film includes: the black PET membrane and rather than the silica gel protection film of a facial features complex, the another side of black PET membrane is compound in the another side of middle heat dissipation layer, and the edge of protection film surpasss the edge setting of middle heat dissipation layer. The release film of the defoaming graphite composite heat dissipation film provided by the invention is provided with a plurality of bulges, which are beneficial to eliminating bubbles between the release film and the middle heat dissipation layer. Meanwhile, the defoaming graphite composite heat dissipation film provided by the invention is provided with the double-layer graphite layer, so that the heat dissipation performance is improved, and the requirement on the thickness in use is met.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a film product, in particular to a defoaming graphite composite heat dissipation film.
Background
For electronic products, it is often necessary to arrange functional film products inside the products to achieve corresponding purposes, such as heat dissipation and light reflection. For a notebook, a film product capable of reflecting light, dissipating heat, shielding and the like needs to be arranged on a main board inside the notebook. However, in the conventional heat dissipation film product, since the heat dissipation film product is a composite film, air bubbles are easily generated between the release layer and the intermediate layer. Meanwhile, the thickness of the existing heat dissipation film cannot meet the use requirement. Therefore, it is necessary to provide a further solution to the above problems.

The invention aims to provide a defoaming graphite composite heat dissipation film to overcome the defects in the prior art.

As an improvement of the defoaming graphite composite heat dissipation film, the plurality of protrusions are uniformly distributed in an array form.
As an improvement of the defoaming graphite composite heat dissipation film, the release film is a polyester film, one surface of the release film is provided with the plurality of bulges, and the other surface of the release film is provided with an organic silicon coating.
As an improvement of the defoaming graphite composite heat dissipation film, the edge of the release film is arranged beyond the edges of the middle heat dissipation layer and the protection film.
As an improvement of the defoaming graphite composite heat dissipation film, the release film is compounded on one surface of the middle heat dissipation layer through a double-sided transparent film adhesive layer, and the double-sided transparent film adhesive layer comprises: PET film layer and the acrylic acid viscose layer of coating on its both sides.
As an improvement of the defoaming graphite composite heat dissipation film, the first graphite layer is compounded with the second graphite layer through a double-sided adhesive layer, and the double-sided adhesive layer comprises the following components in sequence: silicone adhesive layer, PET film layer, ya keli glue film.
As an improvement of the defoaming graphite composite heat dissipation film, the other surface of the black PET film is compounded on the other surface of the middle heat dissipation layer through a double-sided adhesive layer, and the double-sided adhesive layer comprises the following components in sequence: silicone adhesive layer, PET film layer, ya keli glue film.
As an improvement of the defoaming graphite composite heat dissipation film of the present invention, the silica gel protective film includes: antistatic transparent PET rete, coat in the silica gel layer of its one side.
As an improvement of the defoaming graphite composite heat dissipation film, one corner of the protection film is also connected with a pull handle, and the pull handle is a strip-shaped PET (polyethylene terephthalate) film and is adhered to the corner through acrylic glue.

Meanwhile, the defoaming graphite composite heat dissipation film provided by the invention is provided with the double-layer graphite layer, so that the heat dissipation performance is improved, and the requirement on the thickness in use is met.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a defoaming graphite composite heat dissipation film according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: release film 1, middle heat dissipation layer 2, protection film 3.
In order to facilitate the attachment of the defoaming graphite composite heat dissipation film of the embodiment, a plurality of positioning holes 5 are further formed in the defoaming graphite composite heat dissipation film. In this embodiment, two positioning holes 51 are opened in the middle region of the defoaming graphite composite heat dissipation film, and the other positioning hole 52 is opened in the edge positions of the middle heat dissipation layer 2 and the protection film 3 through the middle heat dissipation layer 2 and the protection film 3.
The release film 1 is compounded on one surface of the middle heat dissipation layer 2. A plurality of bulges 11 are uniformly distributed on the surface of the release film 1 compounded with the middle heat dissipation layer 2, and gaps among the bulges 11 are communicated. So design, the clearance between a plurality of archs 11 forms and gets rid of the passageway from gaseous between type membrane 1 and the middle heat dissipation membrane to along with from the compounding of type membrane 1 and middle heat dissipation layer 2, can get rid of the gaseous extrusion between the two, realize the effect of good defoaming.
In one embodiment, the protrusions on one side of the release film 1 are uniformly arranged in an array. Specifically, the release film 1 may be a polyester film, one surface of which has a plurality of protrusions, and the other surface of which is provided with an organic silicon coating.
In order to realize compounding between the release film 1 and the middle heat dissipation layer 2, in one embodiment, the release film 1 is compounded on one side of the middle heat dissipation layer 2 through the double-sided transparent film adhesive layer 12, and the double-sided transparent film adhesive layer includes: PET film layer and the acrylic acid viscose layer of coating on its both sides.
Further, the edge of the release film 1 is disposed beyond the edges of the intermediate heat dissipation layer 2 and the protective film 3. Therefore, the peeling of the release film 1 during use is facilitated, and the edges of the middle heat dissipation layer 2 and the protective film 3 can be protected at the same time.
The middle heat dissipation layer 2 is used for realizing the heat dissipation function of the defoaming graphite composite heat dissipation film in the embodiment. The intermediate heat dissipation layer 2 includes: first graphite layer 21 and rather than compound second graphite layer 22 mutually, when improving the thermal diffusivity through setting up double-deck graphite layer, the demand of thickness when still having satisfied the use.
In order to achieve the recombination between the first graphite layer 21 and the second graphite layer 22, in one embodiment, the first graphite layer 21 is recombined with the second graphite layer 22 through a double-sided adhesive layer 23. Wherein, two-sided adhesive layer 23 is including setting gradually: the functional layers that the graphite layer combines of both sides are different because silicone adhesive layer, PET thin layer, ya keli glue film to above-mentioned double-sided adhesive layer 23 adopts silicone adhesive layer and the ya keli glue film that has different viscidity, with the different compound requirement of adaptation both sides graphite layer.
The protective film 3 is compounded on the other side of the intermediate heat dissipation layer 2 to protect it. The protective film 3 includes: a black PET film 31 and a silica gel protective film 32 compounded with one surface thereof. Wherein, the other side of the black PET film 31 is compounded with the other side of the middle heat dissipation layer 2. The silicone protective film 32 includes: antistatic transparent PET rete, coat in the silica gel layer of its one side. The edges of the protective film 3 are arranged beyond the edges of the intermediate heat sink layer 2, thus protecting the edges of the graphite layers in the intermediate heat sink layer 2.
In order to realize the combination between the protective film 3 and the intermediate heat dissipation layer 2, the other side of the black PET film 31 is combined with the other side of the intermediate heat dissipation layer 2 through the double-sided adhesive layer 33. Wherein, two-sided adhesive layer 33 is including setting gradually: silicone adhesive layer, PET film layer, ya keli glue film.
In addition, in order to facilitate the peeling of the protective film 3, a pull tab 6 is connected to one corner of the protective film 3. In one embodiment, the pull cup 6 is a strip of PET film that is adhered to the corners by an acrylic adhesive 61.
In summary, the release film of the defoaming graphite composite heat dissipation film of the present invention has a plurality of protrusions, which is beneficial to eliminating bubbles between the release film and the middle heat dissipation layer. Meanwhile, the defoaming graphite composite heat dissipation film provided by the invention is provided with the double-layer graphite layer, so that the heat dissipation performance is improved, and the requirement on the thickness in use is met.
