The invention provides the special protective adhesive for chemical milling of acidic media such as titanium alloy, stainless steel and the like, which has the advantages of good adhesion with substrates such as titanium alloy, stainless steel and the like, good compactness of a paint film, good long-term acid resistance, and small change of tensile strength and elongation of the paint film after long-term acid resistance, and can meet the requirement of secondary chemical milling by coating once. The adhesive force of a coating film and a base material is further increased by introducing maleic anhydride grafted SEBS resin, the compatibility of each component is improved by introducing SIS resin containing side chain methyl, the adhesive force has the performance of high temperature and low cold by optimizing the proportion of the styrene-butadiene-styrene copolymer resin matched with coumarone resin for improving initial adhesion, the styrene-butadiene-styrene copolymer resin is matched with SEBS resin with good acid resistance, high temperature resistance and aging resistance in a certain proportion, the protective adhesive can still have good flexibility and excellent adhesive force in the long-time chemical milling process, and the use requirements in the chemical milling process under different conditions are met.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a protective adhesive special for chemical milling of acidic media such as titanium alloy, stainless steel and the like, which has good long-time performance of resisting acidic solution, can not fall off and be dissolved in the acidic solution to pollute the acidic solution, and has good manual strippability after chemical milling is finished. The etching ratio of the processing area is well controlled, the phenomena of 'edge running, poor straightness' and the like are avoided, and the requirements of chemical milling process specifications are completely met.
Background
Chemical milling (chemical milling for short) is a processing technique of uniform corrosion of metal materials by means of chemical solution, i.e. a workpiece is processed by means of chemical corrosion. At present, most of chemical milling protective adhesives for titanium alloys, stainless steels and the like at home and abroad are AC-850 of American AC Products, Inc., the Products are alkaline chemical milling solutions and acidic chemical milling solution universal chemical milling protective adhesives, and when the protective adhesives are used for acidic chemical milling protection, the problems of poor adhesion, poor long-time acid resistance, serious reduction of tensile strength and elongation of a paint film after long-time acid resistance, inconvenience for manual stripping removal after chemical milling, need for recoating of chemical milling protective adhesives for secondary chemical milling when intermittent operation downtime is long and the like exist, and the development of the protective adhesives special for chemical milling of acidic media such as titanium alloys, stainless steels and the like is urgently needed.

The invention aims to provide the special protective adhesive for chemical milling of acidic media such as titanium alloy, stainless steel and the like, which has the advantages of good adhesion with substrates such as titanium alloy, stainless steel and the like, good compactness of a paint film, good long-term acid resistance, and small change of tensile strength and elongation of the paint film after long-term acid resistance, and can meet the requirement of secondary chemical milling by one-time coating.

dissolving 1, 2, 3 and 4 with part 9 completely, adding 5, 6, 7 and 8 under stirring, mixing the above materials with high speed stirrer, grinding with sand mill to fineness of 35 μm or less, adjusting solid content and viscosity with the rest part 9, filtering, and packaging to obtain the final product.
The SEBS resin is a triblock copolymer of a polyethylene-butylene elastic block which takes polystyrene as a terminal segment and polybutadiene hydrogenation. The molecular weight is 120000-150000.
The maleic anhydride grafted SEBS resin is a triblock copolymer of a polyethylene-butylene elastic block which is modified by maleic anhydride, takes polystyrene as a terminal block and is hydrogenated by polybutadiene. The molecular weight is 100000-120000.
The SIS resin is a styrene-isoprene block copolymer, and the molecular weight is 80000-100000.
The mixed solvent is toluene: xylene-3: 2.
The pigment is titanium dioxide: phthalocyanine green-5: 1.
The filler is white carbon black and at least one or more of talcum powder, kaolin, mica powder and precipitated barium sulfate.
The auxiliary agents are defoaming agents BYK-085, rheological auxiliary agents BYK-110, BYK-306 and BYK-103.
The antioxidant is 1010: 168-1: 1.
The invention further increases the adhesive force of the coating film and the base material by introducing maleic anhydride grafted SEBS resin, improves the compatibility of each component by introducing SIS resin containing side chain methyl, ensures that the coating film has the performance of high temperature and low temperature of adhesive force by optimizing the proportion of the styrene-butadiene-styrene (SIS) resin matched with coumarone resin for improving initial adhesive force, can keep good flexibility and excellent adhesive force of the protective adhesive in the long-time chemical milling process by matching the protective adhesive with SEBS resin with good acid resistance, high temperature resistance and aging resistance in a certain proportion, and meets the use requirements in the chemical milling process under different conditions.
