Abstract

The invention discloses a fabric-touch-like polypropylene composite material for an automobile. The composite material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100-120 parts of polypropylene, 10-15 parts of polyester fiber, 5-10 parts of chitosan gel, 1-3 parts of K resin, 1-3 parts of magnesium stearate, 0.5-1.5 parts of dispersing agent and 1-3 parts of silane coupling agent. The polypropylene composite material disclosed by the invention takes polypropylene as a main raw material, two main additives of polyester fiber and chitosan gel are added in an auxiliary manner, and four secondary additives of K resin, magnesium stearate, polyethylene glycol and a silane coupling agent are added, so that the prepared material has a fabric-like touch feeling and also has good impact resistance.

The chitosan gel is obtained by the following steps: mixing chitosan with an acidic solution, sequentially adding polypropylene, a cross-linking agent and a thickening agent under a heating condition, and obtaining chitosan gel after reaction.
Wherein, the weight portions of the polypropylene, the cross-linking agent and the thickening agent are respectively 10 portions of chitosan: 25 parts, 0.6 part and 1.2 parts. The cross-linking agent is dicumyl peroxide. The thickener is pectin, agar or gelatin. The acid solution is an acetic acid solution with the mass fraction of 3%.

(1) fully mixing polypropylene, chitosan gel, magnesium stearate, a dispersing agent and a silane coupling agent to obtain a mixed material A;

(1) fully mixing polypropylene, chitosan gel, magnesium stearate, a dispersing agent and a silane coupling agent to obtain a mixed material A;
(2) fully mixing polyester fibers and K resin to obtain a mixed material B;

The fabric-touch-like polypropylene composite material for the automobile comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 110 parts of polypropylene, 12 parts of polyester fiber, 2 parts of K resin, 2 parts of magnesium stearate, 1 part of polyethylene glycol and 2 parts of silane coupling agent. The rest is the same as in example 3.
The composites of each example and comparative example were tested for mechanical properties and the results are shown in the following table.

As can be seen from the above examples and comparative examples, the polypropylene composite materials (examples 1-3) prepared by the present invention with the addition of polyester fiber have higher mechanical properties, especially excellent impact strength, compared to comparative example 1. Compared with the comparative example 2, the chitosan gel is added, and the prepared polypropylene composite material (examples 1-3) has higher mechanical properties, especially good touch and low warping rate.
