Abstract
The invention discloses a fabric-touch-like polypropylene composite material for an automobile. The composite material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100-120 parts of polypropylene, 10-15 parts of polyester fiber, 5-10 parts of chitosan gel, 1-3 parts of K resin, 1-3 parts of magnesium stearate, 0.5-1.5 parts of dispersing agent and 1-3 parts of silane coupling agent. The polypropylene composite material disclosed by the invention takes polypropylene as a main raw material, two main additives of polyester fiber and chitosan gel are added in an auxiliary manner, and four secondary additives of K resin, magnesium stearate, polyethylene glycol and a silane coupling agent are added, so that the prepared material has a fabric-like touch feeling and also has good impact resistance.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a fabric-touch-like polypropylene composite material for an automobile, and belongs to the technical field of composite materials.
Background
Due to the excellent characteristics of the plastic, a large amount of plastic is adopted in automobile design, so that the lightweight design of an automobile structure can be realized, and the requirements on the design performance of the automobile, namely lightweight, safety, corrosion resistance, shape, comfort and the like, can be comprehensively reflected. In addition, the method is favorable for reducing the cost and saving material resources.
With the improvement of life quality, the quality requirements of consumers on automotive interiors, accessories and household appliances are higher and higher, taking an automotive interior instrument panel as an example, a hard instrument panel is often adopted in an economic vehicle type or a hard SUV (sports utility vehicle) type, namely PP (polypropylene) injection molding, the material has strong plastic feeling, cannot give people soft texture, and cannot meet the warm and luxurious decoration style, and in order to achieve the effect of soft touch, the prior art is also realized by using a high-elasticity coating, but the method can cause the increase of cost and has greater pollution to the environment.
The 'fabric-like touch feeling' is a property of a plastic part, and certain softness is felt when the surface of the part is touched by hands. There is a need for a fabric-like tactile polypropylene composite for automobiles.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a fabric-touch-like polypropylene composite material for automobiles.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the fabric-touch-like polypropylene composite material for the automobile comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100-120 parts of polypropylene, 10-15 parts of polyester fiber, 5-10 parts of chitosan gel, 1-3 parts of K resin, 1-3 parts of magnesium stearate, 0.5-1.5 parts of dispersing agent and 1-3 parts of silane coupling agent.
The polypropylene composite material with the simulated fabric touch feeling for the automobile is prepared by the following steps: mixing chitosan with an acidic solution, sequentially adding polypropylene, a cross-linking agent and a thickening agent under a heating condition, and obtaining chitosan gel after reaction.
The fabric-touch-like polypropylene composite material for the automobile is prepared from 10 parts by weight of chitosan, wherein the polypropylene, the cross-linking agent and the thickening agent are respectively as follows: 20 to 25 portions, 0.3 to 0.6 portion and 0.5 to 1.2 portions.
The fabric-touch-like polypropylene composite material for the automobile is characterized in that the cross-linking agent is dicumyl peroxide.
The fabric-touch-imitating polypropylene composite material for the automobile is characterized in that the thickening agent is pectin, agar or gelatin.
The polypropylene composite material with the imitated fabric touch feeling for the automobile is characterized in that the acid solution is an acetic acid solution with the mass fraction of 3-6%.
The fabric-touch-like polypropylene composite material for the automobile is characterized in that the dispersant is polyethylene glycol.
The polypropylene composite material with the imitated fabric touch feeling for the automobile is obtained by the following steps:
(1) fully mixing polypropylene, chitosan gel, magnesium stearate, a dispersing agent and a silane coupling agent to obtain a mixed material A;
(2) fully mixing polyester fibers and K resin to obtain a mixed material B;
(3) and placing the mixed material A in a main material port of a double-screw extruder, placing the mixed material B in a side material port of the double-screw extruder, and performing extrusion granulation to obtain a product, wherein the temperature of the first zone is 200-plus-210 ℃, the temperature of the second zone is 210-plus-220 ℃, the temperature of the third zone is 220-plus-230 ℃, the temperature of the fourth zone is 230-plus-240 ℃, the temperature of a nozzle is 260 ℃, and the mold temperature is 70 ℃.
The invention achieves the following beneficial effects:
the polypropylene composite material disclosed by the invention takes polypropylene as a main raw material, two main additives of polyester fiber and chitosan gel are added in an auxiliary manner, and four secondary additives of K resin, magnesium stearate, polyethylene glycol and a silane coupling agent are added, so that the prepared material has a fabric-like touch feeling and also has good impact resistance.
The chitosan gel is prepared by crosslinking chitosan and polypropylene, has good elasticity, is easy to be compounded with other materials, and can be matched with other raw materials to ensure that the whole material has a fabric-like touch feeling.

Example 1
The fabric-touch-like polypropylene composite material for the automobile comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 120 parts of polypropylene, 15 parts of polyester fiber, 10 parts of chitosan gel, 3 parts of K resin, 3 parts of magnesium stearate, 1.5 parts of polyethylene glycol and 3 parts of silane coupling agent.
The chitosan gel is obtained by the following steps: mixing chitosan with an acidic solution, sequentially adding polypropylene, a cross-linking agent and a thickening agent under a heating condition, and obtaining chitosan gel after reaction.
Wherein, the weight portions of the polypropylene, the cross-linking agent and the thickening agent are respectively 10 portions of chitosan: 25 parts, 0.6 part and 1.2 parts. The cross-linking agent is dicumyl peroxide. The thickener is pectin, agar or gelatin. The acid solution is an acetic acid solution with the mass fraction of 3%.
The polypropylene composite material with the imitated fabric touch feeling for the automobile is obtained by the following steps:
(1) fully mixing polypropylene, chitosan gel, magnesium stearate, a dispersing agent and a silane coupling agent to obtain a mixed material A;
(2) fully mixing polyester fibers and K resin to obtain a mixed material B;
(3) and placing the mixed material A in a main material port of a double-screw extruder, placing the mixed material B in a side material port of the double-screw extruder, and performing extrusion granulation to obtain a product, wherein the temperature of the first zone is 200-plus-210 ℃, the temperature of the second zone is 210-plus-220 ℃, the temperature of the third zone is 220-plus-230 ℃, the temperature of the fourth zone is 230-plus-240 ℃, the temperature of a nozzle is 260 ℃, and the mold temperature is 70 ℃.
Example 2
The fabric-touch-like polypropylene composite material for the automobile comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of polypropylene, 10 parts of polyester fiber, 5 parts of chitosan gel, 1 part of K resin, 1 part of magnesium stearate, 0.5 part of polyethylene glycol and 1 part of silane coupling agent.
The chitosan gel is obtained by the following steps: mixing chitosan with an acidic solution, sequentially adding polypropylene, a cross-linking agent and a thickening agent under a heating condition, and obtaining chitosan gel after reaction.
Wherein, the weight portions of the polypropylene, the cross-linking agent and the thickening agent are respectively 10 portions of chitosan: 20 parts, 0.3 part and 0.5 part. (3) and placing the mixed material A in a main material port of a double-screw extruder, placing the mixed material B in a side material port of the double-screw extruder, and performing extrusion granulation to obtain a product, wherein the temperature of the first zone is 200-plus-210 ℃, the temperature of the second zone is 210-plus-220 ℃, the temperature of the third zone is 220-plus-230 ℃, the temperature of the fourth zone is 230-plus-240 ℃, the temperature of a nozzle is 260 ℃, and the mold temperature is 70 ℃.
Example 3
The fabric-touch-like polypropylene composite material for the automobile comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 110 parts of polypropylene, 12 parts of polyester fiber, 8 parts of chitosan gel, 2 parts of K resin, 2 parts of magnesium stearate, 1 part of polyethylene glycol and 2 parts of silane coupling agent.
The chitosan gel is obtained by the following steps: mixing chitosan with an acidic solution, sequentially adding polypropylene, a cross-linking agent and a thickening agent under a heating condition, and obtaining chitosan gel after reaction.
Wherein, the weight portions of the polypropylene, the cross-linking agent and the thickening agent are respectively 10 portions of chitosan: 22 parts, 0.5 part and 0.8 part. The cross-linking agent is dicumyl peroxide. The thickener is pectin, agar or gelatin. The acid solution is an acetic acid solution with the mass fraction of 5%.
The polypropylene composite material with the imitated fabric touch feeling for the automobile is obtained by the following steps:
(1) fully mixing polypropylene, chitosan gel, magnesium stearate, a dispersing agent and a silane coupling agent to obtain a mixed material A;
(2) fully mixing polyester fibers and K resin to obtain a mixed material B;
(3) and placing the mixed material A in a main material port of a double-screw extruder, placing the mixed material B in a side material port of the double-screw extruder, and performing extrusion granulation to obtain a product, wherein the temperature of the first zone is 200-plus-210 ℃, the temperature of the second zone is 210-plus-220 ℃, the temperature of the third zone is 220-plus-230 ℃, the temperature of the fourth zone is 230-plus-240 ℃, the temperature of a nozzle is 260 ℃, and the mold temperature is 70 ℃.
Comparative example 1
The fabric-touch-like polypropylene composite material for the automobile comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 110 parts of polypropylene, 8 parts of chitosan gel, 2 parts of K resin, 2 parts of magnesium stearate, 1 part of polyethylene glycol and 2 parts of silane coupling agent. The rest is the same as in example 3.
Comparative example 2
The fabric-touch-like polypropylene composite material for the automobile comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 110 parts of polypropylene, 12 parts of polyester fiber, 2 parts of K resin, 2 parts of magnesium stearate, 1 part of polyethylene glycol and 2 parts of silane coupling agent. The rest is the same as in example 3.
The composites of each example and comparative example were tested for mechanical properties and the results are shown in the following table.

As can be seen from the above examples and comparative examples, the polypropylene composite materials (examples 1-3) prepared by the present invention with the addition of polyester fiber have higher mechanical properties, especially excellent impact strength, compared to comparative example 1. Compared with the comparative example 2, the chitosan gel is added, and the prepared polypropylene composite material (examples 1-3) has higher mechanical properties, especially good touch and low warping rate.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, several modifications and variations can be made without departing from the technical principle of the present invention, and these modifications and variations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (8)
1. The fabric-touch-like polypropylene composite material for the automobile is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100-120 parts of polypropylene, 10-15 parts of polyester fiber, 5-10 parts of chitosan gel, 1-3 parts of K resin, 1-3 parts of magnesium stearate, 0.5-1.5 parts of dispersing agent and 1-3 parts of silane coupling agent.
2. The imitation fabric touch polypropylene composite for an automobile according to claim 1, wherein the chitosan gel is obtained by: mixing chitosan with an acidic solution, sequentially adding polypropylene, a cross-linking agent and a thickening agent under a heating condition, and obtaining chitosan gel after reaction.
3. The automobile fabric-touch-like polypropylene composite material as claimed in claim 2, wherein the weight parts of the polypropylene, the cross-linking agent and the thickening agent are respectively 10 parts by weight of chitosan: 20 to 25 portions, 0.3 to 0.6 portion and 0.5 to 1.2 portions.
4. The automotive fabric-touch-like polypropylene composite according to claim 3, wherein the crosslinking agent is dicumyl peroxide.
5. The automotive fabric-touch-like polypropylene composite according to claim 3, wherein the thickener is pectin, agar or gelatin.
6. The imitation fabric touch polypropylene composite material for the automobile as claimed in claim 3, wherein the acidic solution is an acetic acid solution with a mass fraction of 3-6%.
7. The automotive fabric-touch-like polypropylene composite according to claim 1, wherein the dispersant is polyethylene glycol.
8. The imitation fabric touch polypropylene composite for an automobile according to any one of claims 1 to 7, which is obtained by:
(1) fully mixing polypropylene, chitosan gel, magnesium stearate, a dispersing agent and a silane coupling agent to obtain a mixed material A;
(2) fully mixing polyester fibers and K resin to obtain a mixed material B;
(3) and placing the mixed material A in a main material port of a double-screw extruder, placing the mixed material B in a side material port of the double-screw extruder, and performing extrusion granulation to obtain a product, wherein the temperature of the first zone is 200-plus-210 ℃, the temperature of the second zone is 210-plus-220 ℃, the temperature of the third zone is 220-plus-230 ℃, the temperature of the fourth zone is 230-plus-240 ℃, the temperature of a nozzle is 260 ℃, and the mold temperature is 70 ℃.
