Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a wet tissue composition.
Background art:
when the water-dispersible nonwoven fabric is applied to wet tissues, the wet strength effect is reduced in the production process, and the water-dispersible nonwoven fabric is easily broken, so that great inconvenience is caused to production. Conventional methods are to increase the entanglement of the water-flushable fibers, or to increase the wet strength properties of the water-flushable wet strength agents, or to increase the fiber length, but with a resulting reduction in the water-flushable effect.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present invention provides a wet towel composition
To achieve the above object, the wet towel composition of the present invention comprises: the outer packaging bag is internally provided with dry cloth for wet tissues and a film sealing bag, and liquid for the wet tissues is filled in the film sealing bag;
wherein, the dry cloth for the wet tissue is non-woven cloth which is easy to degrade and can be dispersed by water.
Further, the easily degradable water-dispersible non-woven fabric is prepared from the following fibers: the fiber comprises a core layer and an outer layer which are coaxially arranged, wherein the outer layer is formed by splicing a first C-shaped structure layer and a second C-shaped structure layer, and the first C-shaped structure layer and the second C-shaped structure layer are made of different materials; wherein, the second C-shaped structural layer is made of polyvinyl alcohol material.
Furthermore, the core layer is made of polyvinyl alcohol material.
Further, the first C-shaped structural layer is made of PET materials.
Further, the liquid is a thin emulsion containing high skin moistening oil.
Further, the outer arc length of the first C-shaped structure layer is larger than that of the second C-shaped structure layer, and the arc angle of the second C-shaped structure layer is 45-90 degrees.
In order to achieve the purpose, the degradable water-dispersible non-woven fabric is prepared from the following fibers: the fiber comprises a core layer and an outer layer which are coaxially arranged, wherein the outer layer is formed by splicing a first C-shaped structure layer and a second C-shaped structure layer, and the first C-shaped structure layer and the second C-shaped structure layer are made of different materials; wherein, the second C-shaped structural layer is made of polyvinyl alcohol material.
In order to achieve the purpose, the fiber for the non-woven fabric, which is easy to degrade and can be dispersed by water, comprises a core layer and an outer layer which are coaxially arranged, wherein the outer layer is formed by splicing a first C-shaped structure layer and a second C-shaped structure layer, and the first C-shaped structure layer and the second C-shaped structure layer are made of different materials; wherein, the second C-shaped structural layer is made of polyvinyl alcohol material.
The invention carries out dry-wet separation by changing the composition structure of the wet tissue, avoids the influence on the production efficiency caused by the weakening of the breaking strength of the traditional flushable wet tissue in a wet state, simultaneously keeps the original characteristics of the wet tissue, is convenient to carry and beneficial to cleaning, and improves the problem of bag expansion and liquid leakage caused by pressure difference and high temperature when the product is placed in a plateau area. Meanwhile, the invention has the characteristics that the wet-state non-woven fabric has certain wet strength within 10min from the beginning of the dry-wet combination, so that the wet tissue is not easy to break when being normally wiped, however, after 10min, the polyvinyl alcohol is dissolved in the liquid, the viscosity of the thermal bonding part is weakened, the polyvinyl alcohol is rapidly dissolved under the washing of a large amount of water, the thermal bonding part is separated, and the effect of water dispersion is achieved.
The liquid is a thin emulsion containing high skin moistening oil. Thus, the water solubility of the polyvinyl alcohol can be controlled to be high, and the time can be controlled.

FIG. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of the present invention.
Detailed Description
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, the easily degradable water-dispersible fiber for non-woven fabric comprises a core layer 1 and an outer layer which are coaxially arranged, wherein the outer layer is formed by splicing a first C-shaped structure layer 2 and a second C-shaped structure layer 3, and the first C-shaped structure layer and the second C-shaped structure layer are made of different materials; the second C-shaped structural layer is made of polyvinyl alcohol material, and the angle is about 90 degrees as shown in fig. 1.
Wherein, the core layer is made of polyvinyl alcohol material. The first C-shaped structural layer is made of PET materials.
The melting point of PET is higher than that of polyvinyl alcohol, the hot rolling temperature is between that of PET and polyvinyl alcohol in the hot rolling process, and good thermal bonding is only carried out on the contact part of the C-shaped opening PVA and the PVA, so that the hot rolling point can be properly controlled, and the subsequent flushability is facilitated.
PET is selected for the C-type structure, so that the influence of PVA on use experience due to gelation can be effectively reduced.
The fiber with the structure is counted from the combination of dry and wet, the wet non-woven fabric has certain wet strength within 10min, so that the wet tissue is not easy to break when being normally wiped, however, after 10min, the polyvinyl alcohol is dissolved in the liquid (the thin emulsion of higher skin moistening grease), the viscosity of the thermal bonding part is weakened, the polyvinyl alcohol is quickly dissolved under the washing of a large amount of water, the thermal bonding part is separated, and the effect that water can be dispersed is achieved.
Example 2
The fiber of the embodiment comprises a core layer 1 and an outer layer which are coaxially arranged, wherein the outer layer is formed by splicing a first C-shaped structural layer 2 and a second C-shaped structural layer 3, and the first C-shaped structural layer and the second C-shaped structural layer are made of different materials; wherein, the second C-shaped structure layer is made of polyvinyl alcohol material, and the angle is about 50 degrees; wherein, the core layer is made of polyvinyl alcohol material. The second C-shaped structural layer polyethylene and the core layer made of polyvinyl alcohol materials can also be integrally manufactured.
The first C-shaped structural layer is made of PET materials.
Example 3
The wet tissue composition of the invention comprises: the outer packing bag is internally provided with dry cloth for wet tissues and a film sealing bag, and liquid for the wet tissues is filled in the film sealing bag, such as: the liquid is thin emulsion containing high skin moistening oil, such as polyglycerol fatty acid ester; the liquid is a thin emulsion containing high skin moistening oil.
Wherein, the dry cloth for the wet tissue is non-woven cloth which is easy to degrade and made of water-dispersible fibers in the embodiment.
