A vehicle curtain cloth retracting device comprises a plurality of groups of curtain rod groups which are erected on a vehicle platform and are in a door shape, and curtain cloth three sides cover the outer sides of the curtain rod groups, and the vehicle curtain cloth retracting device is characterized by further comprising a curtain rod moving mechanism, a turnover flat plate and a plurality of curtain rod opening and closing mechanisms, wherein each curtain rod group comprises 2 first curtain rods and 1 second curtain rod arranged in the middle of the 2 first curtain rods, and the second curtain rods are hinged with the adjacent first curtain rods through the curtain rod opening and closing mechanisms respectively; the curtain rod moving mechanisms are respectively arranged at the two lower ends of the first curtain rod and embedded into longitudinal channel steel combinations at the two sides of the vehicle platform; two sides of the lower end of the turnover flat plate are respectively hinged with a tail hinge plate of the hydraulic tail plate, and a first curtain rod positioned at the rear end of the vehicle platform is fixed on one side of the turnover flat plate.

The vehicle curtain cloth retracting device according to claim 1, wherein the curtain rod opening and closing mechanism comprises 4 hinge rods, 2 groups of 4 hinge rods are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the second curtain rod, 2 hinge rods in each group are arranged in parallel up and down, one end of each 2 hinge rod is hinged with the upper end and the lower end of each side of the second curtain rod, the other end of each 2 hinge rod is hinged with the adjacent first curtain rod, and two sides of each second curtain rod and the adjacent first curtain rod form a parallelogram four-rod structure through the hinge rods.

The vehicle curtain cloth retracting device of claim 1, wherein the longitudinal channel assembly comprises a first longitudinal channel and a second longitudinal channel which are connected end to end, and the ratio A/B of the length A of the second longitudinal channel to the length B of the folded multiple curtain rod sets is = 1.05-1.09; the top surface of the second longitudinal channel steel is open.

The vehicle curtain cloth retracting device according to claim 1, wherein the curtain rod moving mechanism comprises a guide rail group, a lower vertical plate, a horizontal wheel group and 2 vertical wheel groups, the lower end of the first curtain rod is fixed at the center of the upper end of the lower vertical plate, the guide rail group is respectively arranged in the longitudinal channel steel groups at two sides of the vehicle platform and comprises an upper inverted L-shaped guide rail and a lower C-shaped guide rail, the upper inverted L-shaped guide rail is fixed at the middle part of the inner side of the longitudinal channel steel group, the lower C-shaped guide rail is fixed between the lower side of the upper inverted L-shaped guide rail and a supporting plate bent into a curved ruler shape, and the lower side of the supporting plate is fixed on the lower side of; the combined end of the horizontal wheel set is fixed on the middle part of the lower vertical plate, and the other end of the horizontal wheel set takes the vertical edge of the inverted L-shaped guide rail as a guide; one end of the vertical wheel combination is symmetrically fixed on two corners of the lower vertical plate, and the other end of the vertical wheel combination is propped against the bottom edge of the lower C-shaped guide rail.

The vehicle curtain cloth retracting device of claim 4, wherein the horizontal wheel assembly comprises a right-angle bracket, a horizontal wheel and a vertical shaft, the vertical side of the right-angle bracket is fixed on the middle part of the lower vertical plate, the upper end of the vertical shaft is fixed in the horizontal side of the right-angle bracket, the lower end of the vertical shaft is hinged with the horizontal wheel, and the horizontal wheel is guided by the vertical side of the inverted L-shaped guide rail.

The vehicle curtain cloth retracting device of claim 4, wherein the vertical wheel assembly comprises a vertical wheel and a horizontal shaft, a bottom plate extending vertically at one end of the horizontal shaft is fixed on two corners of the lower part of the lower vertical plate respectively, the vertical wheel and the other end of the horizontal shaft are hinged, and the vertical wheel is abutted against the lower edge of the lower C-shaped guide rail.

The vehicle curtain retraction device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the front electromagnetic limit stop is fixed to the upper side of the end of the first longitudinal channel adjacent to the front stop of the vehicle platform, and the rear electromagnetic limit stop is fixed to the upper side of the end of the second longitudinal channel adjacent to the first longitudinal channel; when the curtain cloth is pulled open for use, the front electromagnetic limit stop blocks suck the lower vertical plate at the lower side of the first curtain rod group adjacent to the front baffle of the vehicle platform; when the curtain cloth is folded, the lower vertical plate at the lower side of the first curtain rod of the folded first curtain rod group is sucked by the rear electromagnetic limit stop block.

The retracting method of the vehicle curtain retracting device according to claim 1, characterized by comprising the following two working condition steps of A, unfolding the curtain rod group and the curtain to cover the vehicle platform, B, folding the curtain rod group and the curtain and inversely separating the curtain from the vehicle platform:
A. curtain rod group and curtain cloth unfolding covering vehicle platform
A1) Multiple groups of curtain rod groups and curtain lifting and overturning
Starting the hydraulic tail plate through a cab command, wherein firstly, a lifting unit of the hydraulic tail plate acts, and the turnover flat plate carries all the curtain rod groups and the curtain cloth and vertically rises until the turnover flat plate is level with the vehicle platform; then the turning unit of the hydraulic tail plate acts, the turning flat plate carries all the curtain rod groups and the curtain to rotate 90 degrees anticlockwise around the turning hinge center of the tail hinge plate of the hydraulic tail plate to be vertical;
A2) multiple groups of curtain rod groups and curtain cloth move towards the direction of the vehicle head
The curtain rod group and the curtain cloth are unfolded through a CPU in a cab, the rear electromagnetic limit stop block is powered off to unlock the first curtain rod group, the first curtain rod of the first curtain rod group is pushed by hand to drive the curtain cloth to move towards the direction of a vehicle head, a plurality of curtain rod opening and closing mechanisms drive the curtain cloth to be opened in sequence, and the curtain rod moving mechanisms at the lower ends of the plurality of curtain rod groups also move towards the direction of the vehicle head in the longitudinal channel steel group until a lower vertical plate at the lower end of the first curtain rod group abuts against one side of a front baffle of a vehicle platform;
A3) first curtain rod group locked by front electromagnetic limit stop block in electrified way
The front electromagnetic limit stop is electrified to absorb the lower vertical plate which moves forwards to the lower end of the first curtain rod group by issuing a command again through a CPU in the cab, so that the first curtain rod group which moves forwards to the right position is locked, and the curtain rod group and the curtain cloth are unfolded and locked;
B. curtain rod group and curtain folding and falling off vehicle platform
B1) Multiple sets of curtain rod sets move towards the direction departing from the vehicle head
The front electromagnetic limit stop block loses power to unlock the lower vertical plate at the lower end of the first curtain rod group through a CPU (central processing unit) in the cab, the first curtain rod of the first curtain rod group is pushed by hand to drive the curtain cloth to move in the direction away from the vehicle head, the plurality of curtain rod opening and closing mechanisms are closed in sequence, and the curtain cloth is closed accordingly; driven by the plurality of curtain rod groups, the curtain rod moving mechanism in the longitudinal channel steel group also moves towards the direction departing from the vehicle head until the curtain rod groups are mutually closed;
