LNG vehicle air conditioner belongs to energy-efficient technical field, and it has fully utilized the cold volume that LNG car liquefied natural gas produced in gasification for the refrigeration on the car. The LNG automobile requires that natural gas enters an engine in a gaseous state, so that a large amount of cold energy can be generated in the gasification process of the liquefied natural gas.

LNG vehicle air conditioner belongs to energy-efficient technical field, and it has fully utilized the cold volume that liquefied natural gas produced in gasification for the refrigeration on the car.
Background
At present, a lot of large-scale vehicles adopt LNG as energy, LNG automobiles require natural gas to enter an engine in a gaseous state, but the cold energy generated during evaporation of liquefied natural gas is not utilized, and a vehicle-mounted air conditioner is still in a compressor refrigeration mode, so that a large amount of energy is wasted.
Disclosure of Invention
LNG vehicles require natural gas to enter the engine in a gaseous state, and therefore, liquefied natural gas generates a large amount of cold during the gasification process. The LNG automobile air conditioner fully utilizes the cold energy generated by liquefied natural gas in the gasification process through a pressure reducing and stabilizing throttling device, an evaporator, an energy storage heat exchanger, a circulating pump, a fan coil and the like, and is used for refrigeration on automobiles.

The following description of the embodiments refers to the accompanying drawings:
the commercial pipes are used as the materials of the liquefied natural gas conduit 1, the liquefied natural gas conduit 3, the engine connecting pipe 4, the evaporator 5 and the refrigerant liquid circulating conduit 9. The evaporator 5 is arranged in the energy storage heat exchanger 6, and the liquefied natural gas conduit 1, the pressure reducing and stabilizing throttling device 2, the liquefied natural gas conduit 3, the evaporator 5 and the engine connecting pipe 4 are sequentially connected in series. The refrigerating fluid circulating conduit 9 is respectively connected with the corresponding inlet and outlet of the energy storage heat exchanger 6 and the fan coil 8, and the circulating pump 7 is arranged on the refrigerating fluid circulating conduit 9. The cavities of the refrigerating fluid circulating conduit 9, the energy storage heat exchanger 6, the fan coil 8 and the circulating pump 7 are filled with antifreeze.
After the engine is started, the liquefied natural gas enters the evaporator 5 through the pressure reducing and stabilizing throttling device 2 to evaporate and absorb heat, so that the temperature of the anti-freezing solution in the energy storage heat exchanger 6 is reduced, the low-temperature anti-freezing solution enters the fan coil 8 through the circulating power provided by the circulating pump 7 and then returns to the energy storage heat exchanger 6 to form circulation, and therefore, the cold energy generated by the evaporation of the liquefied natural gas is continuously provided for the fan coil 8 to refrigerate on the automobile, and a complete LNG automobile air conditioner is formed.
Claims (4)
- The LNG automobile air conditioner is characterized in that a liquefied natural gas conduit (1), a pressure reducing and stabilizing throttling device (2), a liquefied natural gas conduit (3), an evaporator (5) and an engine connecting pipe (4) are sequentially connected in series.
- 2. The LNG vehicle air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein an energy storage heat exchanger (6) is installed outside the evaporator (5), and an inlet and an outlet of the energy storage heat exchanger (6) are correspondingly connected with an inlet and an outlet of the fan coil (8) through a refrigerant fluid circulation conduit (9).
- 3. An LNG car air conditioner according to claim 1, characterized in that a circulation pump (7) is installed on the refrigerant liquid circulation conduit (9).
- 4. The LNG vehicle air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein the cavities of the refrigerant fluid circulation conduit (9), the energy storage heat exchanger (6), the fan coil (8) and the circulation pump (7) are filled with an anti-freezing fluid.
