The one-step injection-blow molding machine and the rotating mechanism thereof are the prior art, and Chinese patent is applied for, wherein the one-step injection-blow molding machine and the rotating mechanism thereof are named as a shifting device of a plastic injection-blow hollow molding machine with the patent number of 200410054090.9 and an integral rotating tower of the plastic injection-blow hollow molding machine with the patent number of 200410054089.6.
The square plastic bottle of this scheme of adoption production, owing to adopted wall thickness compensation structure and special-shaped plug (traditional plug all is circular, except circular, other all can be called the dysmorphism), combine the die temperature regulation oil groove again and adjust the mould temperature with the runner that adjusts the temperature, make the square plastic bottle wall thickness of machine-shaping even, of high quality, the grade is high.

①, performing preplasticizing, namely heating and stirring the PP plastic raw material to prepare the plastic raw material in a molten state by using an injection device of a one-step injection-blowing molding machine, wherein the heating areas of a charging barrel of the injection device, which are close to a hopper, are four sections 220 ℃, three sections 230 ℃, two sections 240 ℃ and one section 245 ℃ in sequence;
②, injecting, namely injecting the pre-molded molten plastic raw material into a square bottle injection mold cavity (9) through a nozzle opening (15) and a sprue (11) of an injection mold (01) by using an injection device of a one-step injection blow molding machine, wherein the injection pressure is 28 Mpa;
③, injection molding and pressure maintaining molding, wherein the injection mold (01) performs pressure maintaining molding on the injected molten plastic raw material, the pressure of the pressure maintaining is 190Bar, and the pressure maintaining time is 1.5s, so as to obtain a molded square bottle blank primary blank;
