1. A method of applying a belt steel cord to an all-steel radial tire, characterized by comprising the steps of:
s1: preparing materials, namely preparing corresponding sizing materials according to the planned requirement of cord fabric calendering, checking and checking that sizing material cards meet the quality requirement, and keeping using the sizing materials according to the production sequence; the thickness of the strip-passing film accords with the specification of 10 mm;
s2: carrying out rubber material hot refining, wherein the hot refining time of the rubber material on an open mill is controlled to be 3-3.5 minutes; the refining machine station needs to keep close connection with the glue supply machine station and the heat refining machine station, and the glue pouring operation is continued so that the glue materials are fully refined and mixed to achieve a good refining degree; the reasonable rubber material buffer storage is controlled to prevent the over-refining of the rubber material and control the temperature rise; the cooling water flow is controlled to keep the roller and the sizing material to be fully cooled, so that the excessive temperature of the sizing material is avoided;
s3: the glue supply machine station controls reasonable glue stock buffer storage to prevent over-smelting of glue stock and control temperature rise; the cooling water cooling loop keeps the open state to fully cool the sizing material; the glue supply temperature of the glue material is 85 +/-5 ℃ within a control range;
s4: the method comprises the following steps of rolling the cord fabric, detecting the tension adjustment condition on the steel cord fabric by using the existing load sensor, wherein the display quantity of a tension adjustment signal is 600-1200 Kg, and the return water of a cooling roller needs to be kept between the ambient temperature of a workshop and less than or equal to 40 ℃ so as to prevent moisture from condensing on the cooling drum and achieve a good cooling effect, controlling the pressure of a pressure roller oil cylinder, ensuring that the pressure is 40Kgf at the minimum under the condition of uniform cord thread density, and rolling speed: starting the vehicle for 0-7 m/min, and normally for 7-30 m/min;
s5: preparing a belted steel wire cord, namely adjusting the original 3+9+15 multiplied by 0.22+0.15W common closed structure of the steel radial tire belted layer steel wire cord into a 3+8 multiplied by 0.33HT high-strength open structure, adjusting the rolling density from 48 pieces/100 mm to 45 pieces/100 mm, adjusting the diameter of the 3+8 multiplied by 0.33HT high-strength open steel wire cord to be small, properly reducing the rolling thickness of the steel cord fabric, and adjusting the rolling thickness of the steel cord fabric from 2.4mm to 2.2 mm.
2. Method of applying belt steel cords to all-steel radial tires according to claim 1, characterized in that: in the third step, the temperature of the cooling water is 20 plus or minus 5 ℃ (the annual fluctuation range is less than or equal to 3 ℃).
