Abstract
The invention discloses a water tank welding device which comprises a tank body, and a welding mechanism, a material spraying mechanism and a connecting mechanism which are arranged in the tank body; the upper end of the box body is provided with an opening, and a welding area is arranged in the box body; the welding mechanism is arranged in the welding area and can move in the welding area; the spraying mechanism comprises a spraying part, a rotating part and a lifting part, the spraying part is connected with the rotating part and can be driven by the rotating part to horizontally rotate, and the spraying part has a preset distance from the side wall of the box body; the lifting part is connected with the rotating part and is used for driving the rotating part and the material spraying part to lift; the connecting mechanism is used for connecting the water tank. When the welding device is used, the water tank to be welded is inverted in the tank body, the position of the water tank is fixed through the connecting mechanism, and the welding operation is carried out on the water tank through the rotating lifting of the material spraying part and the movement of the welding mechanism, so that the welding efficiency and the welding effect are improved, and the service life of the water tank is ensured.

Background
Most of cooling media of cooling equipment such as machine tool coolers are mainly aqueous media, so the welding quality of a water tank directly influences the work of the cooling equipment. The existing water tank welding generally adopts manual welding, but the water tank is large in size, the manual welding is low in welding efficiency, the welding effect is poor, and the service life of the water tank is influenced.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the present embodiment provides a water tank welding device, which includes a tank 1, and a welding mechanism 2, a material spraying mechanism 3, a connecting mechanism 4, and the like, installed in the tank 1.
The case 1 of the present embodiment is of an open or open structure at the upper end, a welding area is provided in the case 1, the welding area is not a specific structure, but is only an area in the case 1, the welding mechanism 2 of the present embodiment is mounted in the welding area and can move in the welding area, and the position of the welding area of the present embodiment is only required to satisfy the welding operation, so the position of the welding area is not unique, and therefore the present embodiment is not illustrated in the drawings.
The material spraying mechanism 3 of this embodiment includes material spraying portion 31, rotation portion 32 and lift portion 33, and material spraying portion 31 is connected with rotation portion 32, or material spraying portion 31 installs on rotation portion 32 to can rotate at the level under the drive of rotation portion 32, and is concrete, and rotation portion 32 of this embodiment can include pivot and driving piece (not shown in the figure), and the driving piece can be structures such as motor, drives the horizontal rotation of material spraying portion 31 through motor and rotation. The coupling mechanism 4 of this embodiment is used for connecting water tank 5, and water tank 5 inverts in box 1 back, connects fixedly through coupling mechanism 4 to water tank 5, prevents that water tank 5 from taking place the off normal in welding process, influences the welding effect.
As shown in the attached drawing 3, the water tank welding equipment with the structure inverts the water tank 5 to be welded in the tank body 1 when in use, then fixes the position of the water tank 5 through the connecting mechanism 4, and performs welding operation on the water tank 5 through the rotation lifting of the material spraying part 31 and the movement of the welding mechanism 2, so that the welding efficiency and the welding effect are improved, and the service life of the water tank 5 is ensured.
Further, the number of welding zones in the present embodiment is plural, the welding means 2 includes plural welding guns, and the plural welding guns are installed in the plural welding zones in one-to-one correspondence, for example, the welding guns are located near four opposite corners of the case 1 in fig. 2, but may be in other positions.
Preferably, the sidewall and/or the bottom wall of the case 1 of the embodiment are provided with a welding zone, and the welding gun of the welding mechanism 2 of the embodiment can move in various manners, for example, the case 1 is provided with a guide rail (not shown), the welding gun moves along the guide rail under the driving of a driving part (not shown), or the welding gun is only connected with the driving part and moves up and down or left and right under the driving of the driving part, specifically, the driving part can also be a structure such as an electric rod or a mechanical arm.
In order to ensure uniform spraying, the spraying mechanism 3 is further improved in the embodiment, the spraying mechanism 3 in the embodiment includes a plurality of spraying portions 31, the spraying portions 31 are distributed on a rotating portion 32 in a fan-blade shape in the horizontal direction, so as to ensure a spraying effect, and in order to adjust the lateral distance between the spraying portions 31 and the side wall of the water tank 5, the spraying portions 31 in the embodiment include a telescopic member (not shown in the figure) and a spraying structure, and the telescopic member is respectively connected with the rotating portion 32 and the spraying structure and is used for driving the spraying structure to be close to or far away from the side wall of the tank body 1; the material spraying structure of this embodiment is provided with a plurality of material spraying openings 311.
Preferably, in the vertical direction, the plurality of material spraying openings 311 of this embodiment are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the material spraying structure, and more preferably, each material spraying opening 311 is arranged at regular intervals, so as to further improve the uniformity of material spraying.
In addition, in order to ensure the supply of the solder shot, the shot mechanism 3 of the present embodiment further includes a solder box 34; the solder box 34 is connected to the ejection portion 31 by piping and is used to supply the ejection portion 31. In order to reduce the installation space, the solder box 34 of the present embodiment is mounted on the bottom wall of the case 1, and the elevating portion 33 is mounted on the solder box 34.
In order to ensure the effect of connecting and fixing the water tank 5 and realize the convenient connection between the connecting mechanism 4 and the water tank 5, the connecting mechanism 4 of the embodiment comprises a negative pressure suction part; the fixation of the water tank 5 is achieved by negative pressure, and the negative pressure suction part of the present embodiment may include a negative pressure machine (not shown in the drawings) and a negative pressure port in the drawings.
And preferably when spouting material portion 31 includes the extensible member and spouts the material structure, and the extensible member is used for driving and spouts the material structure and be close to or keep away from the lateral wall of box 1, negative pressure suction unit and extensible member or with spout material portion 31 and be connected to make negative pressure suction unit can be close to or keep away from the lateral wall of box 1.
