Abstract

The large forging equipment uses liquid as a working medium and utilizes different dies to forge and form under hydrostatic pressure. The forging press mainly comprises a frame, a hydraulic cylinder, a movable cross beam, a movable workbench and the like. Wherein, the lower mould is installed on the movable worktable, the upper mould is installed on the movable cross beam, and the hydraulic cylinder pushes the movable cross beam to be formed by die assembly and forging of the upper and lower moulds.

Referring to fig. 1, the present embodiment is a quick die change device for a forging press, and the quick die change device is composed of a lower backing plate 1, a movable rail 2, a first oil cylinder 3, a roller 4, a fixed rail 5, a rail bracket 6, a first guide strip 7, a second oil cylinder 8, a plunger extension block 9, a rail side baffle 10 and a rail upper baffle 11. The lower part of the forging press is provided with a semicircular beam, and the upper part of the semicircular beam is provided with a workbench.
An upper padding plate 1 is installed on a workbench, four first hydraulic cylinders 3 (shown in figure 2) are installed between the upper padding plate 1 and the workbench, the first hydraulic cylinders 3 are multistage ultrathin jacks, the first hydraulic cylinders 3 are respectively positioned at four corners of the upper padding plate 1, round oil cylinder holes 1-1 are machined at the four corners of the first hydraulic cylinders 3, the first hydraulic cylinders 3 are embedded in the oil cylinder holes 1-1 of the upper padding plate 1, and cylinder bodies of the first hydraulic cylinders 3 are connected with the workbench through bolts. The upper padding plate 1 is provided with a circular plunger piston hole 1-2, the plunger piston hole 1-2 is concentric with the oil cylinder hole 1-1, the plunger piston hole 1-2 is communicated with the oil cylinder hole 1-1, the plunger piston hole 1-2 and the oil cylinder hole 1-1 form a stepped hole, a plunger piston extension block 9 is installed in the plunger piston hole 1-2, the plunger piston extension block 9 is fixedly connected with the upper padding plate 1, and the upper end face of the plunger piston extension block 9 is flush with the upper plane of the upper padding plate 1. Longitudinal guide grooves 1-3 are processed on two sides of the upper portion of the upper backing plate 1, first guide strips 7 are installed in the guide grooves 1-3, and the upper surfaces of the guide strips 7 are higher than the upper surface of the upper backing plate 1. The movable table is placed on the upper portion of the upper mat 1. The upper backing plate 1 is provided with a positioning pin hole and is positioned with a workbench of the semicircular beam at the bottom of the frame through a positioning pin. When the lifting mechanism is used, high-pressure oil is introduced into the first hydraulic cylinder 3, the first hydraulic cylinder 3 returns under the action of the internal spring, and the falling speed is limited by the throttle valve.

The movable track 2 is a rectangular box structure with an open upper end, the movable track 2 is composed of a bottom plate 2-1, a left side plate 2-2, a right side plate (not shown in the figure), a front end plate 2-3 and a rear end plate 2-4, two ends of the bottom plate 2-1 of the movable track 2 respectively extend out of the front end plate 2-3 and the rear end plate 2-4, and two ends of the bottom plate 2-1 are arranged below the upper baffle plate 11. The upper parts of the two ends of the movable rail 2 are welded with lug seats 2-5, the lug seats 2-5 are hinged with a piston rod of a second oil cylinder 8 through a pin shaft, the second oil cylinder 8 is transversely arranged, and the cylinder body end of the second oil cylinder 8 is hinged with an upright post of the forging press. The movable rail 2 moves transversely along two transverse guide rails under the driving of the second oil cylinder 8. A plurality of roller shaft grooves are symmetrically processed on the upper portions of the left side plate 2-2 and the right side plate 2-3, the rollers 4 are installed in the roller shaft grooves, the rollers 4 and the wheel shafts are integrally formed by processing round steel, and the abrasion resistance is increased by local quenching of the middle tread. The roller 4 is convenient for the moving workbench to move back and forth along the direction of the first guide strip 7 under the support of the roller 4, and the moving workbench can enter and move out of the forging position of the lower base plate 1.
Two parallel fixed rails 5 (shown in fig. 5) are arranged outside the front end of the upper backing plate 1, the fixed rails 5 and the movable rails 2 are the same in structure, the bottom plates of the fixed rails 5 extend inwards, a plurality of transverse rollers 4 are mounted on the upper portions of the fixed rails 5, and the heights of the upper rims of the rollers 4 of the fixed rails 5 and the upper rims of the rollers 4 of the movable rails 2 are equal. The fixed track 5 corresponds to the movable track 2 in the working position, the fixed track 5 is installed on a track support 6, and the track support 6 is installed on a foundation through embedded foundation bolts. The inner side of the bottom plate of the fixed rail 5 is provided with a longitudinal groove, a second guide strip 12 is arranged in the groove, and the second guide strip 12 is connected with the bottom plate through a bolt. The second guide strip 12 of the fixed rail 5 corresponds to the first guide strip 7 of the upper backing plate 1 and is arranged in a clinging manner, so that seamless butt joint is realized.
A die changing method of a quick die changing device of a forging press comprises the following steps:
A. starting a hydraulic system, and jacking the lower base plate 1 by the first hydraulic cylinder 3 to enable the movable workbench to be lifted and exceed the upper rim of the roller 4;
B. the second hydraulic cylinder 8 pushes the movable rail 2 to the position where the two sides of the lower base plate 1 are attached along the transverse guide rail, namely the working position, the first hydraulic cylinder 3 unloads to drop the movable workbench on the roller 4 of the movable rail 2, at the moment, the movable rail 2 and the fixed rail 5 form a complete running rail of the movable workbench, the movable workbench is pulled out of the lower base plate 1 through a traction device, and a mold on the movable workbench is replaced;
C. after the mould of the movable workbench is replaced, the movable workbench is pushed back to the upper part of the upper base plate 1 through the traction device, the movable rail 2 is pulled away from the position attached to the lower base plate 1 along the direction of the transverse guide rail through the second oil cylinder 8, the movable workbench falls on the lower base plate 1 through unloading of the first hydraulic cylinder 3, and the mould replacing action of the movable workbench is completed.
