the number of the adjusting mechanisms is two, two ends of the cleaning roller are respectively limited in the two adjusting mechanisms, and the adjusting mechanisms are used for adjusting the pressing force of the cleaning roller and the working roller; the adjusting mechanism comprises a fixed seat, a bearing seat assembly, a cylinder seat, an adjusting cylinder, a damping piece and a connecting rod, wherein the cylinder seat is fixed on the fixed seat, the adjusting cylinder is fixed on the cylinder seat, a piston rod of the adjusting cylinder is hinged to a first hinged point with the connecting rod, one end of the damping piece is fixed on the cylinder seat, the other end of the damping piece is hinged to a second hinged point with the connecting rod and used for tensioning the connecting rod, two ends of the cleaning roller are limited in the bearing seat assembly, the bearing seat assembly is hinged to a third hinged point with the cleaning roller, and the first hinged point is located between the second hinged point and the third hinged point;
the shifting mechanism is connected with the cleaning roller and is used for driving the cleaning roller to axially move; the shifting mechanism comprises a shell assembly, a universal shaft, a sliding body and a shifting shaft, the shell assembly is fixed on the fixed seat, the shifting shaft and the universal shaft are positioned in the shell assembly, one end of the universal shaft is connected with the shifting shaft, the other end of the universal shaft is connected with the cleaning roller, the sliding body is sleeved on the shifting shaft, an oil cavity is formed between the sliding body and the shell assembly, and the shell assembly is provided with an oil inlet and an oil outlet which are communicated with the oil cavity;
the quick-change mechanism comprises a fixed part and a movable part which are matched, the movable part is connected with the adjusting mechanism and the shifting mechanism, and the movable part and the fixed part are engaged in an axially movable manner; the movable part comprises a fixed shaft, a flange sleeve, a drum-tooth-shaped flange and a spline housing, the fixed part comprises a support and a telescopic connecting shaft, the fixed shaft is fixed on the shell assembly, the flange sleeve is fixed on the fixed shaft through a baffle plate, the drum-tooth-shaped flange is connected with the flange sleeve, one end of the spline housing is meshed with the drum-tooth-shaped flange and is connected with the drum-tooth-shaped flange through an elastic piece, the other end of the spline housing is meshed with the telescopic connecting shaft and can axially move along the axial direction of the telescopic connecting shaft, the telescopic connecting shaft is fixed on the support, and the support is fixed on a fixed seat;
the follow-up mechanism is rotatably arranged on the transmission connecting shaft of the working roll, and a driving piece is arranged in the follow-up mechanism; the servo mechanism comprises a motor, a base, an anti-rotation support and a bearing assembly, the bearing assembly is sleeved on a transmission connecting shaft of the working roller, the base is fixed on the bearing assembly, the anti-rotation support is connected with the base and used for fixing the base, the motor is fixed on the base, and an output shaft of the motor is connected with the telescopic connecting shaft.
