Background
In the late 20 th century and 50 s, double-T panels developed in various countries throughout the world. China began to use for factory roofs and floors since 1958. The dual-T plate is adopted in the countries of Canada, Federal Germany, Finland, UK, Japan, Poland Romania and the like, and the Federal Germany also has a complete set of special equipment for manufacturing the dual-T plate. In single, multi-story and high-rise buildings, the double T-slabs may be laid directly on a frame, beam or load-bearing wall as a storey or roof structure. In single-layer industrial plants, double-T slabs are used as roof slabs, which can be placed transversely on joists or bearing walls, or longitudinally on roof truss girders. Because the double T-shaped plates are suitable for large span, the factory can select large span or column net, thereby obtaining better technical and economic effects.
In the process of processing concrete members, a cleaning device is indispensable equipment, and most of cleaning devices on the market have the problems of poor cleaning effect of the device, incapability of cleaning various members and incapability of controlling the inner cavity of the device.
In order to solve the problems, a concrete member cleaning device is provided for improving the cleaning effect of the cleaning device, cleaning various members and controlling the inner cavity of the device.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a concrete member cleaning device, which comprises a main cleaning box, an auxiliary cleaning box and a spray pipe box, wherein cleaning liquid enters an inner cavity of the device through a water inlet port, the pressure of the cleaning liquid is controlled by a pressure controller, the cleaning liquid enters the auxiliary cleaning box through an auxiliary connecting cavity block, a concrete member can be placed in the inner cavity of the auxiliary box body, the cleaning liquid in the cavity is driven by a rotating fan to be stirred in an auxiliary manner, the cleaning liquid is vibrated by a vibrator, the temperature of the cleaning liquid in the cavity is adjusted by a temperature adjusting device, so that the cleaning efficiency is improved, a smaller concrete member can be placed in the inner cavity of the cleaning cavity and is washed by using an auxiliary spray pipe, so that the cleaning effect is achieved, a super-large concrete member can be sprayed and cleaned by the spray pipe, the cleaning effect is improved, the cleaning effect is achieved, the cleaning of various members is performed, and the inner cavity of the device is controlled, the problems in the background art are solved.

Furthermore, the inlet tube comprises a water inlet port, a four-port communicating tube, a water service pipe, an auxiliary connection cavity block, a serial pipe, a nozzle connection cavity block and a pressure controller, the water service pipe is installed at the right end of the water inlet port, the four-port communicating tube is installed at the left end of the water service pipe, the auxiliary connection cavity block is installed at the upper end of the four-port communicating tube, the serial pipe is installed at the right end of the four-port communicating tube, the nozzle connection cavity block is installed at the upper end of the serial pipe, and the pressure controller is installed at the edge of the serial pipe.
Further, the spray pipe comprises a fixed ring, a telescopic water hose, a connecting shell, a fixed side rod, a protective sleeve, a pressure cavity and a nozzle, wherein the telescopic water hose is installed at the upper end of the fixed ring, the connecting shell is installed at the upper end of the telescopic water hose, the telescopic water hose is fixedly connected with the connecting shell through the fixed side rod, the protective sleeve is installed at the upper end of the connecting shell, the pressure cavity is installed at the upper end of the protective sleeve, and the nozzle is installed at the upper end of the pressure cavity.
Furthermore, the auxiliary box body is movably connected with the cover plate through the hinge strip, the cover plate can be opened upwards, and the opening angle is 180 degrees.
Further, the telescopic water hose is a component made of rubber materials.

2. According to the concrete member cleaning device provided by the invention, a smaller concrete member can be placed in the inner cavity of the cleaning cavity and washed by the auxiliary spray pipe, so that the cleaning effect is achieved, and a super-huge concrete member can be sprayed and cleaned by the spray pipe, so that the member can be cleaned without dead angles, and the cleaning effect is achieved.

In summary, the following steps: according to the concrete member cleaning device provided by the invention, cleaning liquid enters the inner cavity of the device through the water inlet port 151, the pressure intensity of the cleaning liquid is controlled through the pressure controller 157, the cleaning liquid enters the cleaning auxiliary box 2 through the auxiliary connecting cavity block 154, a concrete member can be placed in the inner cavity of the auxiliary box body 21, the cleaning liquid in the cavity is driven to be stirred in an auxiliary mode through the rotating fan 23, the cleaning liquid is vibrated through the vibrator 24, the temperature of the cleaning liquid in the cavity is adjusted through the temperature adjusting device 25, the cleaning efficiency is improved, a smaller concrete member can be placed in the inner cavity of the cleaning cavity 13 and is washed through the auxiliary spray pipe 14, the cleaning effect is achieved, the extra-large concrete member can be sprayed and cleaned through the spray pipe 34, the member can be cleaned without dead angles, and the cleaning effect is achieved.
