When the pipeline interface on the fixed pipeline disc 1 is a pipeline interface 2b structure which is arranged on the extension line of the rotating axis of the movable reversing disc and is in butt joint with the inner end of the corner interface on the rotating axis of the movable reversing disc, no matter the corresponding movable reversing disc rotates to a new position and is still connected and matched with the fixed pipeline disc 1 through the original waterproof sealing piece 4 and the fixing device, the inner end of the corner interface on the movable reversing disc is in sealing connection with the original corresponding pipeline interface 2 of the fixed pipeline disc 1.
When the fixed pipeline disc 1 is a pipeline interface 2a structure of an annular pipeline open groove which is butted with an eccentric structure arranged around a rotating axis of the movable reversing disc, the corresponding movable reversing disc can rotate for 360 degrees to be arranged at a new position and is still connected and matched with the fixed pipeline disc 1 through the original waterproof sealing piece 4 and the fixing device, and the inner end of the corner interface is hermetically connected with the original corresponding pipeline interface 2 of the fixed pipeline disc 1.
When the fixed pipeline disc 1 is a pipeline interface structure of an arc-shaped pipeline open groove which is butted with an eccentric structure arranged on the movable reversing disc around a rotating axis, a new position is arranged by the rotation angle of the corresponding movable reversing disc around the rotating axis within the range that the inner end of the corner interface is butted with the arc-shaped pipeline open groove, the new position is still connected and matched with the fixed pipeline disc 1 through the original waterproof sealing piece 4 and the fixing device, and the inner end of the corner interface is hermetically connected with the original corresponding pipeline interface 2 of the fixed pipeline disc 1.
Example 3. On the basis of the embodiment 1, the number of the built-in pipelines and the external corner interfaces of the water purifier provided with the external corner interface reversing device is 2-5; the movable reversing disc rotates along the sealing matching surface and the rotating axis; the inner ends of the corner interfaces are respectively arranged on the position of the rotating axis and the central and eccentric combined structure on the eccentric position deviating from the rotating axis; each pipeline interface 2 on the fixed pipeline disc 1 is a central pipeline interface structure which is arranged in a position corresponding to the inner end of each corner interface of the movable reversing disc provided with a central and eccentric structure, and a fixed disc central and eccentric pipeline interface combined structure which is formed by an annular pipeline open groove structure or an arc pipeline open groove structure.
When the fixed pipeline disc 1 is a fixed disc central and eccentric pipeline interface combined structure formed by a central pipeline interface 2b structure corresponding to the inner end of each corner interface of a movable reversing disc provided with a central and eccentric structure and an annular pipeline open groove structure 2a, the corresponding movable reversing disc can rotate 360 degrees to be provided with a new position and is still connected and matched with the fixed pipeline disc 1 through the original waterproof sealing piece 4 and the fixing device, and the inner end of the corner interface on the movable reversing disc is in sealing connection with the original corresponding pipeline interface 2 of the fixed pipeline disc 1.
The attached drawing shows that each pipeline interface 2 on the fixed pipeline disk 1 is a central pipeline interface 2b structure which is arranged at the inner end of each corner interface of a central and eccentric structure arranged on the movable reversing disk, and a fixed disk central and eccentric pipeline interface combined structure which is composed of an annular pipeline open groove 2a structure or an arc pipeline open groove structure.
When the fixed pipeline disk 1 is a central pipeline interface structure corresponding to the inner ends of the corner interfaces of the movable reversing disk with the central and eccentric structures and a fixed disk central and eccentric pipeline interface combined structure consisting of an arc pipeline open groove structure, the corresponding angle of rotation of the movable reversing disk around the rotation axis sets a new position by taking the range of the butt joint of the inner ends of the corner interfaces with the arc pipeline open groove as a limit, and is still connected and matched with the fixed pipeline disk 1 through the original waterproof sealing piece 4 and the fixing device, and the inner ends of the corner interfaces are in sealing connection with the original corresponding pipeline interfaces 2 of the fixed pipeline disk 1.
Example 4. On the basis of the embodiment 1, the number of the built-in pipelines and the external corner interfaces of the water purifier provided with the external corner interface reversing device is 2-5; the movable reversing disc rotates along the sealing matching surface and the rotating axis; the inner ends of the corner interfaces are eccentric combined structures which are respectively arranged at eccentric positions deviating from the rotation axis; each pipeline interface on the fixed pipeline disc is a fixed disc eccentric pipeline interface combined structure formed by an annular pipeline open groove structure or an arc pipeline open groove structure which is arranged corresponding to the movable reversing disc eccentric combined structure.
When the fixed pipeline disc 1 is a fixed disc eccentric pipeline interface combined structure formed by arranging the inner ends of the corner interfaces of the movable reversing disc with the eccentric combined structure corresponding to the annular pipeline open groove structure 2a, the corresponding movable reversing disc can rotate by 360 degrees to be arranged at a new position and is still connected and matched with the fixed pipeline disc 1 through the original water-resisting sealing piece 4 and the fixing device, and the inner ends of the corner interfaces are hermetically connected with the original corresponding pipeline interfaces 2 of the fixed pipeline disc 1.
When the fixed pipeline plate 1 is a fixed disk eccentric pipeline interface combined structure formed by arranging the inner ends of the corner interfaces of the movable reversing plate with the eccentric combined structure corresponding to the arc-shaped pipeline open groove structure, a new position is arranged by the rotation angle of the corresponding movable reversing plate around the rotation axis within the range of the butt joint of the inner ends of the corner interfaces with the arc-shaped pipeline open groove, the new position is still connected and matched with the fixed pipeline plate 1 through the original waterproof sealing piece 4 and the fixing device, and the inner ends of the corner interfaces are in sealing connection with the original corresponding pipeline interfaces 2 of the fixed pipeline plate 1.
Example 5. On the basis of embodiments 3 and 4, each annular pipeline open groove structure or circular arc pipeline open groove structure on the fixed pipeline disc is a multilayer structure with different radial sizes; the inner ends of the corner interfaces of the movable reversing disc are respectively and correspondingly communicated with the exposed groove structures of the annular pipelines or the exposed groove structures of the circular arc pipelines.
Example 6. On the basis of embodiments 3, 4 and 5, the fixed pipeline disc and the movable reversing disc are provided with radial limiting structures which are matched with each other. As shown in the attached drawings, an annular concave or convex structure 3 of the fixed pipeline disk 1 is in contact fit with an annular convex or concave structure at the corresponding position of the movable reversing disk (not shown), so that the direction of the movable reversing disk is changed, the orientation of a corner interface is changed, the movable reversing disk can still be connected and matched with the fixed pipeline disk 1 through an original waterproof sealing piece 4 and a fixing device, and the inner end of the corner interface is in sealing connection with an original corresponding pipeline interface 2 of the fixed pipeline disk 1.
Example 7. On the basis of the above embodiment, the fixed pipeline disk is provided with a corner pipeline interface structure 6 with pipeline interfaces at the inner end and the outer end; the corner pipeline interfaces of the corner pipeline interface structure 6 are positioned at the inner end and the outer end of the two connecting matching surfaces and are respectively communicated with the built-in pipeline corresponding to the machine base and the corner interfaces of the movable reversing disc. The pipeline interface 2 is a corner pipeline interface provided with an inner end 2b and an outer end 2 c; the inner end 2b and the outer end 2c of the corner pipeline interface are respectively communicated with the built-in pipeline corresponding to the engine base and the corner interface of the movable reversing disc.

As an improvement, a rigid water passing pipeline is arranged on the machine base, for example, 1-5 built-in pipelines externally connected with external hoses are arranged as the rigid pipeline on the machine base. Example 8. On the basis of embodiments 1, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7, the base comprises an upper base provided with an external corner interface reversing device, an external water passing control component and a water passing pipeline, a U-shaped filter container bin provided with a filter container fastening device and used for fixing a vertically placed filter container, and a loose joint device provided with an upper fixing device and an upper fixing structure; the movable joint device is a swing locking device or a locking hook device or an elastic buckling device or a device with a rotary clamping structure or a threaded structure; the upper engine base is provided with a control module or a flip upper control cabin. Each filter container is connected and fixed on the U-shaped filter container bin from top to bottom through a fastening device, and is connected with the filter container and the water passing control component through a water passing pipeline fixed on the engine base, and 1-5 built-in pipelines externally connected with external hoses form the filter device for normal operation of each filter container. The filter liner is provided with a closed shell or an open shell with a cylinder cover; the filter container fastening device is either a threaded connection structure, a rotating connection structure or a standard component connection structure. The upper machine base is in up-and-down insertion fit with the U-shaped filter container bin and is connected with a loose joint device formed by loose joint fit of an upper fixing device arranged on the upper control bin and an upper fixing structure of the U-shaped filter container bin to form a whole; the upper machine base provided with the external corner interface reversing device and connected with the external hose is separated from the U-shaped filter container bin after the loose joint device is disconnected.
As an improvement, a rigid water pipeline is arranged on the upper engine base, for example, 1 to 5 built-in pipelines externally connected with external hoses are arranged as the rigid pipeline on the upper engine base. The corner pipeline interfaces of the corner pipeline interface structure 6 in the embodiment 7 are connected and fixed with the upper machine base into a whole, and the inner ends of the corresponding 1-5 interfaces on the corner pipeline interface structure 6 are hermetically connected with the corresponding built-in pipelines of the upper machine base.
As a further improvement, the fixed pipeline disc 1 provided with 1-5 connectors and corner pipeline connector structures 6 at the inner end and the outer end can be integrated with the upper engine base in a one-piece injection molding mode.
As a further improvement, 1-5 built-in pipelines externally connected with external hoses of the engine base are arranged into an assembled rigid pipeline, and on the basis, a fixed pipeline disc 1 provided with 1-5 connectors and corner pipeline connector structures 6 arranged at the inner end and the outer end is integrally formed with the 1-5 built-in pipelines arranged into the assembled rigid pipeline on the upper engine base in an injection molding mode.
In this embodiment, the filter cartridge, the loose joint device, the filter cartridge fastening device, the overhead control module or the overhead control cabin provided with the flip cover all belong to the common general knowledge in the field, and are not described in detail.
Example 9. Example 9 is the most preferred example. On the basis of the embodiments 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8, the fixing device is a threaded connection structure; the fixed pipeline disc and the movable reversing disc are respectively provided with a thread structure 5 and a through hole (not shown) structure and are connected and matched into a whole through a fastening standard part. The direction of the movable reversing disc is changed to change the orientation of the corner interface, the movable reversing disc is still connected and matched with the fixed pipeline disc 1 through the original waterproof sealing piece 4 and the fastening standard piece, and the inner end of the corner interface is in sealing connection with the original corresponding pipeline interface 2 of the fixed pipeline disc 1. Such as the structure shown in the drawings. And (3) separating the original fastening standard component, rotating the movable reversing disc provided with the through hole by an angle along the radial concave-convex limiting structure, such as 45 degrees or integral multiples of 90 degrees, and connecting and matching the original fastening standard component with the fixed pipeline disc 1 and the fixed pipeline disc 1 through the through hole on the movable reversing disc. In addition, the direction of the movable reversing disc can be changed at any angle, and then the orientation of the corner interface is changed.
Example 10. On the basis of the embodiments 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9, the fixing device is a pressure plate connecting structure; the pressure plate connecting structure is connected with the fixed pipeline disc into a whole through a fastening standard part, and the movable reversing disc and the fixed pipeline disc which are limited to be arranged in the pressure plate connecting structure are connected and matched with each other through a sealing matching surface into a whole.
As an improvement, in order to prevent the movable reversing disc from rotating along the sealing matching surface and the rotating axis, the butt joint matching position of the set movable reversing disc and the fixed pipeline disc is positioned.
Example 11. On the basis of embodiments 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10, the fixing device is a lateral insertion structure which is connected with the fixed pipeline disc to form a whole, and the lateral insertion structure is either a lateral flat insertion structure or a lateral rotary insertion structure; the movable reversing disc is laterally inserted into the lateral insertion structure or is rotatably inserted into the lateral insertion structure around a rotating axis and is connected and matched with the fixed pipeline disc to form a whole.
In the above embodiments, the fixed pipeline disk may be connected and fixed to the base by fastening a standard component, or the fixed pipeline disk and the base may be integrally formed by injection molding.
In a similar way, the corner interface can be connected and fixed on the movable reversing disc through the fastening standard component, and the corner interface and the movable reversing disc can be integrally formed through one-piece injection molding.
The plurality of corner interfaces on the movable reversing disc can be arranged in a straight line, and also can be arranged in a simple geometric shape formed by a plurality of corresponding points (corresponding to the number of the corner interfaces) according to the number of the corner interfaces.
The number of the corner interfaces is one and corresponds to one external hose, or two and corresponds to two external hoses, or three and corresponds to three external hoses, or four and corresponds to four external hoses, or five and corresponds to five external hoses. On the basis, a plurality of built-in pipelines which are externally connected with external hoses and are originally arranged on the engine base can be combined with corresponding external hoses, for example, an external concentrated water discharge pipeline and an external pure water pipeline or an external pure water pipeline and an external pure water pipeline are combined into an external pipeline, so that the aim of fully utilizing concentrated water discharge or being matched with a waterway switcher to display and discharge backflushing impurities is fulfilled, and the quantity of external corner interfaces and external pipelines is reduced.
The external corner interface reversing device is preferably arranged at the upper position of the center line of the rear side vertical face of the machine base or the upper machine base, the distance between the left side and the right side of the external corner interface reversing device and the vertical face of the left side and the right side of the external corner interface reversing device of the machine base or the upper machine base is about 200 mm respectively, and the distance far exceeds the radius size of the general external hose bending along the rear side vertical face, so that the external hose can realize bending reversing behind.
On the basis of the above embodiments, the protection scope of the present application includes, but is not limited to, the above embodiments. The technical means and principles disclosed in the above embodiments may be recombined to derive new embodiments as required, and are also within the scope of the present application.
Claims (10)
1. A water purifier provided with an external corner interface reversing device comprises a base provided with a filter liner, a water passing control part and a water passing pipeline; the water passing pipeline fixed on the machine base is connected with the filter containers and the water passing control part, and 1-5 built-in pipelines externally connected with external hoses form the filter device for normal operation of each filter container, and the filter device is characterized by also comprising an external corner interface reversing device; the external corner interface reversing device comprises a fixed pipeline disc provided with pipeline interfaces, a movable reversing disc connected with the corner interfaces of 1-5 external pipelines, a waterproof sealing element and a fixing device; the movable reversing disc is connected and matched with the fixed pipeline disc through a water-resisting sealing piece and a fixing device by a sealing matching surface to form a whole, the fixed pipeline disc is fixed on the machine base, and 1-5 pipeline interfaces of the fixed pipeline disc are correspondingly connected with 1-5 built-in pipelines of an external hose; the inner end of the corner interface of the movable reversing disc is hermetically communicated with a pipeline interface of a fixed pipeline disc which is butted with a pipeline arranged in the machine base; the direction of the movable reversing disc is changed to change the orientation of the corner interface, the movable reversing disc is connected and matched with the fixed pipeline disc through the original water-proof sealing piece and the fixing device, and the inner end of the corner interface is in sealing connection with the original corresponding pipeline interface of the fixed pipeline disc.
2. The water purifier provided with the external corner interface reversing device according to claim 1, wherein the number of the built-in pipelines and the external corner interfaces is 1; the movable reversing disc rotates along the sealing matching surface and the rotating axis; the inner end of the corner interface is arranged on a structure on the rotation axis or an eccentric structure deviating from the rotation axis; the pipeline interface on the fixed pipeline disk is an interface structure which is arranged on an extension line of the rotating axis of the movable reversing disk and is in butt joint with the inner end of the corner interface on the rotating axis of the movable reversing disk, or an interface structure which is arranged in an annular pipeline open groove or an arc-shaped pipeline open groove in butt joint with an eccentric structure arranged around the rotating axis of the movable reversing disk.
3. The water purifier with the external corner interface reversing device according to claim 1, wherein the number of the built-in pipelines and the external corner interfaces is 2-5; the movable reversing disc rotates along the sealing matching surface and the rotating axis; the inner ends of the corner interfaces are respectively arranged on the position of the rotating axis and the central and eccentric combined structure on the eccentric position deviating from the rotating axis; the pipeline interfaces on the fixed pipeline disk are a central pipeline interface structure which is arranged at the inner end of each corner interface of the movable reversing disk with a central and eccentric combined structure, and a fixed disk central and eccentric pipeline interface combined structure which is composed of an annular pipeline open groove structure or an arc pipeline open groove structure.
4. The water purifier with the external corner interface reversing device according to claim 1, wherein the number of the built-in pipelines and the external corner interfaces is 2-5; the movable reversing disc rotates along the sealing matching surface and the rotating axis; the inner ends of the corner interfaces are eccentric combined structures which are respectively arranged at eccentric positions deviating from the rotation axis; each pipeline interface on the fixed pipeline disc is a fixed disc eccentric pipeline interface combined structure formed by an annular pipeline open groove structure or an arc pipeline open groove structure which is arranged corresponding to the movable reversing disc eccentric combined structure.
5. The water purifier provided with the external corner interface reversing device according to claim 3 or 4, wherein each annular pipeline open groove structure or each circular arc pipeline open groove structure on the fixed pipeline disc is a multilayer structure with different radial dimensions; the inner ends of the corner interfaces of the movable reversing disc are respectively and correspondingly communicated with the exposed groove structures of the annular pipelines or the exposed groove structures of the circular arc pipelines.
6. The water purifier provided with the external corner interface reversing device according to claim 2, 3 or 4, wherein the fixed pipeline disc and the movable reversing disc are provided with radial limiting structures which are matched with each other.

The water purifier provided with an external corner interface reversing device according to claim 1, 2, 3 or 4, wherein the fixed pipeline disc is provided with a corner pipeline interface structure 6 with pipeline interfaces at the inner end and the outer end; the corner pipeline interfaces of the corner pipeline interface structure 6 are positioned at the inner end and the outer end of the two connecting matching surfaces and are respectively communicated with the built-in pipeline corresponding to the machine base and the corner interfaces of the movable reversing disc.

The water purifier with the external corner interface reversing device according to claim 1, 2, 3 or 4, wherein the base comprises an upper base with the external corner interface reversing device, an external water passing control component and a water passing pipeline, a U-shaped filter container bin with a filter container fastening device and used for fixing a vertically placed filter container, and a loose joint device with an upper fixing device and an upper fixing structure; the movable joint device is a swing locking device or a locking hook device or an elastic buckling device or a device with a rotary clamping structure or a threaded structure; the upper engine base or the upper control module or the upper control cabin provided with the turnover cover is arranged; each filter container is connected and fixed on the U-shaped filter container bin from top to bottom through a fastening device, and is connected with the filter container and the water passing control component through a water passing pipeline fixed on the base, and 1-5 built-in pipelines externally connected with external hoses form the filter device for normal operation of each filter container; the filter liner is provided with a closed shell or an open shell with a cylinder cover; the filter container fastening device is of a threaded connection structure, a rotating connection structure or a standard component connection structure; the upper machine base is in up-and-down insertion fit with the U-shaped filter container bin and is connected with a loose joint device formed by loose joint fit of an upper fixing device arranged on the upper control bin and an upper fixing structure of the U-shaped filter container bin to form a whole; the upper machine base provided with the external corner interface reversing device and connected with the external hose is separated from the U-shaped filter container bin after the loose joint device is disconnected.

The water purifier provided with the external corner interface reversing device according to claim 1, 2, 3 or 4, wherein the fixing device is a threaded connection structure; the fixed pipeline disc and the movable reversing disc are respectively provided with a thread structure and a through hole structure and are connected and matched into a whole through a fastening standard part.

The water purifier with the external corner interface reversing device as claimed in claim 1, 2, 3 or 4, wherein the fixing device is either a pressing plate connecting structure or a side plug-in structure, wherein when the fixing device is the pressing plate connecting structure, the pressing plate connecting structure is connected with the fixed pipeline disk into a whole through a fastening standard component, and the movable reversing disk and the fixed pipeline disk which are limited and arranged in the pressing plate connecting structure are connected and matched with each other through a sealing matching surface into a whole; when the fixing device is a lateral inserting structure, the fixing device and the fixed pipeline disk are connected to form an integral lateral inserting structure, or a lateral flat inserting structure or a lateral rotary inserting structure; the movable reversing disc is inserted into the lateral insertion structure in a lateral direction or is inserted into the lateral insertion structure in a rotating mode and is connected and matched with the fixed pipeline disc to form a whole.
