Claims (10)

1. Elastic cotton self-adhesion elastic bandage, its characterized in that: the front and back surfaces of the base material are coated with self-adhesive glue layers, and the base material comprises pure cotton gauze and spandex filaments stitched on the pure cotton gauze.
2. The elastic cotton self-adhesive elastic bandage of claim 1, wherein: the pure cotton gauze has the yarn count of 16S-30S, the warp density of 25-35 yarns/2.54 cm and the weft density of 24-32 yarns/2.54 cm.
3. The elastic cotton self-adhesive elastic bandage of claim 2, wherein: the pure cotton gauze has 21S yarn count, 30 warp density/2.54 cm and 28 weft density/2.54 cm.
4. The elastic cotton self-adhesive elastic bandage of claim 1, wherein: the spandex silk is 60-150D.
5. The elastic cotton self-adhesive elastic bandage of claim 4, wherein: the spandex filament is 70D spandex filament.
6. The elastic cotton self-adhesive elastic bandage of claim 1, wherein: the stitch-bonding distance of the spandex filaments is 6-12 threads/2.54 cm.
7. A method of making an elastic cotton self-adhesive elastic bandage according to claim 1, characterised in that:
selecting pure cotton gauze with yarn count of 16S-30S, warp density of 25-35 pieces/2.54 cm and weft density of 24-32 pieces/2.54 cm; the number of the spandex filaments for stitch bonding is 60-150D;
stitching spandex filaments on the pure cotton gauze, wherein the stitching distance is 6-12 threads/2.54 cm;
and (3) coating self-adhesive glue on the front and back surfaces of the pure cotton gauze for stitch-knitting the spandex filaments, and drying and curing the pure cotton gauze by using an oven.
8. The method of making an elastic cotton self-adhesive elastic bandage of claim 7, wherein: the dosage of the self-adhesive glue is 20-40 g/square meter.
9. The method of making an elastic cotton self-adhesive elastic bandage according to claim 7 or 8, characterized in that: the self-adhesive glue comprises the following components in parts by weight: natural latex: 100 parts of tackifying resin: 3-20 parts, 8-30 parts of white oil, an emulsifier MOA-3: 0.5-3.5 parts of potassium sorbate: 0.1-1 part of water and 20-60 parts of water;
the preparation process of the self-adhesive glue comprises the following steps: mixing white oil and an emulsifier MOA-3, and uniformly stirring; then adding water, and continuously stirring until the mixture is uniform to obtain a mixed solution A;
taking 100 parts of natural latex, adding the mixed solution A, and stirring uniformly to obtain a mixed solution B;
and adding tackifying resin and potassium sorbate into the mixed solution B, and stirring uniformly to obtain the self-adhesive glue.
10. The method of making an elastic cotton self-adhesive elastic bandage of claim 9, wherein: the tackifying resin is water-based terpene tackifying resin.
