The pressing-down rotating direction of the upper edge of the acetabulum is adjusted through a virtual operation, and a pressing-down distraction guide plate is reversely extracted and manufactured by utilizing a gap after osteotomy pressing-down. Thereby setting the profile parameters of the pressing and spreading guide plate, and finally printing the invention by using a 3D printing technology.
The method comprises the following specific steps:
1. exposing a joint capsule and peripheral bone surfaces above the outer part of the acetabulum, and placing the bone cutting guide plate 1 at mutually matched positions so as to limit the direction, the angle and the depth of a bone cutting plane around the acetabulum;

6. the lower pressure distraction guide plate 4 is removed.
