Referring to fig. 2, a frame insertion groove (120) for coupling a panel (200) is formed at a front vertex of a support frame (100) having a triangular cross section. The frame insertion groove (120) is formed integrally with the support frame body (110). That is, the frame insertion groove (120) is formed in the following structure: the support frame bodies (110) meet each other at the frame insertion groove (120) and are elastically pressed against each other.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a lower end of one side surface of the support frame (100) protrudes to form a hook protrusion (130). The hook protrusion (130) is used for combining with the fixing clamp (300).
The panel (200) includes a panel body (210), a frame insertion portion (220), a plurality of jig fixing grooves (230), a jig engagement portion (240), and a jig engagement auxiliary portion (250).
The panel main body (210) is formed from a quadrangular plate material. The panel is a building material constituting the inner and outer walls of a building or constituting a ceiling. The panel (200) may comprise various materials and types depending on the type of building and the use of the building. The panel main body (210) is fixed to the support frame (100) in front of the support frame (100). As described above, one panel (200) is fixed by a pair of support frames (100). As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the panel body (210) is disposed on a pair of frames provided side by side on both edge back surfaces of the panel body (210).
The frame insertion part (220) is formed to extend in a manner of projecting backward relative to the panel main body (210) and is formed to extend along the length direction of the panel (200). The frame insertion part (220) is inserted into the frame insertion groove (120) of the support frame (100) from the front of the support frame (100). A frame fixing protrusion (221) protruding to the side is formed on the frame insertion part (220). The frame insertion part (220) is not easily separated from the frame insertion groove (120) of the support frame (100) due to the frame fixing protrusion (221).
Referring to fig. 3, a plurality of jig fixing grooves (230) of a panel (200) are formed to the rear surface of a panel main body (210). A plurality of jig fixing grooves (230) are formed at both ends of a pair of support frames (100) arranged at both edges of the back surface of the panel body (210). That is, a total of 4 jig fixing grooves (230) are formed in the vicinity of the corners of the panel (200) per panel (200). The plurality of jig fixing grooves (230) are formed in the following manner: the back surface is opened and also partially opened along the extending direction of the supporting frame (100). The extension parts (320) of the plurality of fixing clamps (300) are inserted into the clamp fixing grooves (230) opened in the way and are embedded.
The clip engaging section (240) is formed on the back surface of the panel body (210). The clamp engaging part (240) is supported in a manner of engaging the fixing clamp (300) inserted into the clamp fixing groove (230). The jig engagement auxiliary section (250) is also formed on the back surface of the panel body (210). The jig engagement auxiliary section (250) is formed as follows: the clamp clamping part (240) is opposite to the fixing clamp (300) inserted in the clamp fixing groove (230).
The plurality of fixing clamps (300) are respectively provided with a support frame sealing part (310), an extension part (320), a panel combining part (330) and a hook (340).
The fixing jig (300) is formed by bending a plate-like material a plurality of times. Referring to fig. 1, in the present embodiment, the supporting frame of the fixing jig (300) is formed by bending between the sealing portion (310) and the extending portion (320) and between the extending portion (320) and the panel combining portion (330). The fixing jig (300) has an elastic force and thus acts in a direction opposite to the pressing direction. That is, the fixing jig (300) acts like a plate spring and has a restoring force to the applied force.
The support frame sealing part (310) is formed in a manner of being tightly contacted with the back surface of the support frame (100), namely the lower surface of the support frame main body (110). The hook (340) is connected to the support frame sealing part (310). The hook (340) is formed in a shape corresponding to the hook protrusion (130) of the support frame (100) to be engaged to the hook protrusion (130) of the support frame (100). The fixing clip (300) is coupled to the support frame (100) by the support frame sealing part (310) and the hook (340).
The extension part (320) extends from the support frame joint part (310) and is connected between the support frame joint part (310) and the panel combination part (330). The extension 320 is inserted into the jig fixing groove 230 of the panel 200. The panel joint section (330) is formed so as to extend in the lateral direction of the panel (200). The lower surface of the panel coupling part (330) is supported by a jig engaging part (240) of the panel (200). That is, the extension part (320) of the fixing clip (300) is inserted into the clip fixing groove (230) of the panel (200), and the lower surface of the panel coupling part (330) of the fixing clip (300) is supported by the clip engaging part (240) of the panel (200), so that the fixing clip (300) is coupled to the panel (200).
Hereinafter, a process of constructing the panel (200) using the panel fixing assembly of the present embodiment configured as described above will be described.
First, a process of installing the panel (200) on the support frame (100) will be described.
The lower surface of the support frame body (110) is fixed to the construction position of the panel (200), and thus the worker previously couples a required number of fixing jigs (300) to the support frame (100) before setting the support frame (100). As described above, the hook (340) of the fixing clip (300) is snapped to the hook protrusion (130) of the support frame (100), whereby the fixing clip (300) is coupled to the support frame (100). There are various methods of fastening the hook (340) of the fixing clip (300) to the hook protrusion (130) of the support frame (100). For example, the fixing clip (300) may be pushed in from the end of the support frame (100) to insert the hook (340) into the hook protrusion (130). After the hook 340 of the fixing clip 300 is fitted into the hook projection 130 of the support frame 100, the fixing clip 300 is pulled so that the frame contact portion 310 of the fixing clip 300 and the lower surface of the support frame body 110 are brought into contact with each other. An elastic force exists between the frame sealing part (310) and the hook (340) of the fixing clamp (300). The operator can secure a space in which the lower surface of the support frame body (110) and the frame contact portion (310) of the fixing jig (300) come into contact by pulling the fixing jig (300) and deforming the fixing jig (300). After the frame sealing part (310) of the fixing jig (300) is tightly attached to the lower surface of the support frame body (110), the operator places the fixing jig (300). The fixing clip (300) is restored by the elastic force of the fixing clip (300), and the fixing clip (300) is coupled to the support frame (100). The fixing clip (300) fitted into the hook protrusion (130) of the support frame (100) in this way is not easily detached forward or backward with respect to the support frame (100), but can slide in the extending direction of the support frame (100). Therefore, the worker can adjust the position of the fixing jig (300) coupled to the support frame (100) in the extending direction of the support frame (100).
After the fixing jig (300) is coupled to the support frame (100), the worker sets and fixes the support frame (100) at a position where the worker wants to perform construction on the panel (200). Since a pair of support frames (100) is required for each panel (200), the operator can configure the support frames (100) in various ways in consideration of the number and arrangement form of the panels (200).
After the support frame (100) is fixed to a desired construction position, the panel (200) is set to the support frame (100). First, the worker inserts the frame insertion portion (220) of the panel (200) into the frame insertion groove (120) of the support frame (100). As described above, the frame insertion groove (120) is formed in such a manner that the support frame body (110) faces and is pressed. After the frame fixing protrusions 221 formed at the frame insertion part 220 are inserted, the supporting frame bodies 110 facing and pressing each other are spread and the width of the frame insertion groove 120 is widened. After the frame fixing protrusions 221 formed at the frame insertion part 220 pass through the frame insertion groove 120, the space between the support frame bodies 110 facing each other and pressed is narrowed again, and the width of the frame insertion groove 120 is narrowed. The frame insertion part (220) is inserted into the frame insertion groove (120) and is pressed by the support frame main body (110), and the frame insertion part (220) is not easy to fall off from the front direction due to the structure of the frame fixing protrusion (221). However, the panel (200) in a state in which only the frame insertion portion (220) is inserted is slidable with respect to the support frame (100) in the extending direction of the support frame (100). The worker slides the panel (200) in the extending direction of the support frame (100) to a position where the panel (200) is to be installed.
After reaching the position where the panel (200) is to be fixed, the worker slides the fixing jig (300) and inserts the extension (320) of the fixing jig into the jig fixing groove (230) of the panel (200). As shown in fig. 2 and 3, since the jig fixing groove (230) of the panel (200) is opened in the extending direction of the support frame (100), the fixing jig (300) can slide along the support frame (100) and the extending portion (320) of the fixing jig (300) is inserted into the jig fixing groove (230) of the panel (200). After the extension part (320) of the fixing jig (300) is inserted into the jig fixing groove (230) of the panel (200), the panel coupling part of the fixing jig (300) is disposed between the jig engaging part (240) of the panel (200) and the jig engaging auxiliary part (250). That is, if the fixing jig (300) slides, the extension part (320) of the fixing jig (300) is inserted into the jig fixing groove (230) of the panel (200), and the panel coupling part (330) of the fixing jig (300) is inserted between the jig engaging part (24) and the jig engaging auxiliary part (250) of the panel. At this time, the extension part 320 is not immediately inserted into the jig fixing groove 230 of the panel 200 due to the length of the panel coupling part 330 of the fixing jig 300. In this case, the worker pushes the panel coupling portion 330 of the fixing clip 300 in the direction of the support frame 100 to be inserted into the clip fixing groove 230 of the panel 200. As described above, the fixing jig (300) has an elastic force and thus can be bent. In addition, referring to fig. 2, since the cross section of the support frame (100) is triangular, there is a sufficient space between the support frame (100) and the fixing jig (300). After the worker pushes the panel coupling portion 330 of the fixing clip 300 in a direction of the support frame 100, the panel coupling portion 330 of the fixing clip 300 approaches the support frame 100, and the extension portion 320 of the fixing clip 300 is inserted into the clip fixing groove 230 of the panel 200. The panel coupling portion (330) of the inserted fixing clip (300) is positioned between the clip engaging portion (240) of the panel (200) and the clip engaging auxiliary portion (250). A panel coupling section (330) of the fixing jig (300) is fixed between the jig engaging section (240) of the panel (200) and the jig engaging auxiliary section (250). The load applied to the panel (200) is offset by a vertical resistance force applied from the clamp engaging portion (240) of the panel (200) to the panel joining portion (330) of the fixing clamp (300), and the clamp engaging auxiliary portion (250) of the panel (200) prevents the panel joining portion (330) of the fixing clamp (300) from being bent.
After the extension part (320) of the fixing jig (300) is inserted into the jig fixing groove (230) of the panel (200) and the panel coupling part (330) of the fixing jig (300) is supported by the jig engaging part (240) and the jig engaging auxiliary part (250) of the panel (200) to couple the fixing jig (300) and the panel (200), the worker repeats the above-described process using another panel (200). The panel (200) is provided on the support frame (100) by the method as described above. As described above, the present invention has an advantage that the panel (200) can be easily installed without an additional work tool. In the process of operation, the positions of the fixing clamp (300) and the panel (200) can be easily changed relative to the supporting frame (100), so that the operation is easier.
The panel (200) provided in this way is stably fixed to the support frame (100) by the fixing jig (300). If the panel coupling part 330 of the fixing clip 300 is inserted into the clip fixing groove 230 of the panel 200, the clip engaging part 240 of the panel 200 supports the lower surface of the panel coupling part 330 of the fixing clip 300 as described above. The vertical resistance force applied from the clamp engaging portion (240) of the panel (200) to the panel coupling portion (330) of the fixing clamp (300) can bear the load on the panel (200). Since there are 4 clip engaging portions (240) per panel (200), the load applied to the panel (200) can be uniformly distributed. In addition, the clamp clamping auxiliary part (250) supports the upper surface of the panel combining part (330) of the fixing clamp (300) and prevents the panel combining part (330) of the fixing clamp (300) from bending, thereby having the effect of improving the durability of the panel fixing component of the invention.
Next, a process of separating the installed panel (200) from the support frame (100) will be described.
The worker removes the fixing clip (300) inserted into the outer clip fixing groove (230) of the panel (200) located at the outermost corner. As described above, the fixing clip (300) is slidable with respect to the support frame (100), and since the side of the clip fixing groove (230) is open, the operator can slide the fixing clip (300) to separate the extension portion (320) of the fixing clip (300) from the clip fixing groove (230) of the panel (200). After removing all the fixing jigs (300) from the outside jig fixing grooves (230), the worker slides the panel (200) to be separated in the same direction as the direction of sliding the fixing jigs (300) in the above. After the panel (200) slides, the fixing clip (300) is removed from the clip fixing groove (230) located at the inner side. After the fixing jig (300) is removed, the panel (200) and the support frame (100) are joined by the frame insertion portion (220) of the panel (200) and the frame insertion groove (120) of the support frame (100). The fastening of the frame insertion section (220) of the panel (200) to the frame insertion groove (120) of the support frame (100) cannot withstand a strong force pulled from the front. Therefore, the worker can pull the panel (200) to separate the panel (200) from the support frame (100). If the process as described above is repeated, all the panels (200) can be separated with respect to the support frame (100).
The panel (200) can be separated from the support frame (100) more quickly as appropriate. The worker grasps the panel (200) and strongly pulls it forward. If the force pulling from the front of the panel (200) exceeds the fixed level, the panel joint part (330) of the fixing clamp (300) bends, and the extension part (320) of the fixing clamp (300) can be separated from the clamp fixing groove (230) of the panel (200). If the process as described above is repeated, all the panels (200) can be more quickly separated with respect to the support frame (100).
The panel fixing assembly of the present invention fixes the panel (200) using the fixing jig (300) having a simple structure, so that the panel (200) can be separated without using an additional tool. In addition, the separation process of the panel (200) is simple, and thus the panel (200) can be rapidly separated with respect to the support frame (100). As described above, the separation process is easy and simple, and thus, it has an effect of saving time and cost required for separating the panel (200).
The present invention has been described above by way of preferred examples, but the scope of the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above and illustrated in the drawings.
For example, although the above description is made for the fixing clip (300) to be coupled to the support frame (100) by fitting the hook (340) of the fixing clip (300) into the hook protrusion (130) of the support frame (100), the fixing clip may be configured not to include a hook. In this case, the support frame may be configured not to include hook projections of the support frame corresponding to hooks of the fixing clip.
In addition, the manner of coupling the fixing jig (300) to the support frame (100) can be configured in various manners. For example, the fixing jig may be screwed to the support frame to couple the fixing jig to the support frame. For this reason, a frame coupling groove may be formed at the support frame tight contact portion of the fixing jig to allow a screw to pass therethrough. In particular, if the fixing jig is coupled to the support frame by the above-described constitution, the panels can be fixed to the support frame in such a manner that a fixed interval is maintained between the panels.
In addition, although the fixing jig (300) is coupled to the support frame (100) before the fixing support frame (100) is provided, the fixing jig (300) may be coupled to the support frame (100) after the support frame (100) is provided. For example, if it is the case that the support frame (100) is provided to be fixed to a frame provided separately, a sufficient space can be secured at the rear of the support frame (100). In this state, even after the support frame (100) is set, the fixing jig (300) can be coupled to the support frame (100).
In the above description, the cross section of the support frame (100) is formed in a triangular shape, but the cross section of the support frame can be formed in various shapes. For example, the cross section of the support frame may be formed in a quadrangular shape.
