Description

Hinge type cover and container
Technical Field
The invention relates to a hinge type cover and a container.
Background
As a container for storing a cosmetic with high viscosity, a resin container having a wide-mouth opening portion for taking out the stored cosmetic with a finger is used. This type of container uses a hinge-type cover that connects a cylindrical container body with a bottom and a lid that is attached to a mouth portion of the container body and that closes a wide-mouth opening and an opening, by a hinge. Such a hinge type cover has a problem of poor sealing performance compared to a screw cover in which an opening portion formed with a male screw is closed by a cover having a female screw.
Therefore, as disclosed in japanese patent application laid-open No. 2007-204104, a technique is known in which the lower surface of the ceiling wall of the cover body and the inner peripheral surface of the opening are covered with an annular member formed of an elastic material such as an elastomer, as a hinge-type cover for improving the sealing performance.
Disclosure of Invention
However, the above-described hinge type cover has a problem of high cost because the ring-shaped member for improving the sealing property is formed of a material different from the cover main body. In addition, in the case of taking out the content from the container, after the content is extracted from the opening with a finger, the extracted content is brought into contact with a part of the inner peripheral surface of the opening in order to adjust the amount of the content attached to the finger or the like, thereby reducing the content attached to the finger. However, if the ring member is formed of the same material as the cover member, the touch is not good because it is a relatively hard material, and there is a problem that it is difficult to take out the contents from the container because a finger is caught by the ring member.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a hinge type cover and a container which can be manufactured at low cost, have improved sealing properties, and have excellent removal properties of contents.
According to an aspect of the present invention, a hinged cover includes: a cap body having a cylindrical portion and a seal ring integrally formed with the cylindrical portion, extending downward from the cylindrical portion with a space therebetween, and having a curved chamfered portion formed on an inner peripheral surface of a lower end portion, the cap body being attached to a mouth portion formed at an upper end of a bottomed cylindrical container body; a lid portion having a top plate portion covering the cover main body, and an annular protrusion provided in the top plate portion and closely contacting an inner circumferential surface of the seal ring; a hinge portion integrally formed with the cover main body and the lid portion and connecting the cover main body and the lid portion.
According to an aspect of the invention, a container is provided with: a container body having a mouth portion at an upper end and formed in a bottomed cylindrical shape, and the hinge type cover.
The invention provides a hinge type cover and a container, which can be manufactured at low cost, improve sealing performance and have excellent content taking-out performance.

Detailed Description
Next, a container 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 4.
Fig. 1 is a sectional view showing the structure of a container 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 2 and 3 are views showing the structure of a hinge type cover 11 used for the container 1 in a plan view and a sectional view showing the structure of a seal ring 33 of the hinge type cover 11 in an enlarged manner.
As shown in fig. 1, the container 1 includes a container body 10 and a hinge cover 11. The container 1 contains a liquid, gel or paste having a predetermined viscosity, for example, a highly viscous cosmetic or pharmaceutical product. The container 1 is a so-called can container. Here, a specific example of the article having a predetermined viscosity includes a moisturizing cream applied to fingers, a face, or the like.
The container 1 is used in a posture in which the container body 10 is positioned downward and the hinge cover 11 is positioned upward. In the present embodiment, in the case of describing the container 1 and the hinge cover 11, as shown in fig. 1, the container body 10 side is described as a lower side, and the hinge cover 11 side is described as an upper side.
The container body 10 is formed in a bottomed cylindrical shape. The container body 10 has: a mouth portion 10a having a wide mouth, which is a diameter allowing a user to insert a finger, and a male screw portion 10b formed on the outer peripheral surface of the mouth portion 10 a. The container body 10 including the mouth portion 10a and the male screw portion 10b is a resin molded product.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the hinge cover 11 includes: a cover main body 21 attached to the mouth 10a of the container main body 10, a lid 22 for opening and closing the cover main body 21, and a hinge 23 for connecting the cover main body 21 and the lid 22. The hinge type cover 11 is attached to the container body 10 and constitutes a wide-mouth opening having an inner diameter equal to or slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the container body 10. The hinge type cover 11 is a resin molded product in which the cover main body 21, the lid portion 22, and the hinge portion 23 are integrally molded from the same resin material using a mold.
The cap body 21 is attached to the mouth 10a so as to seal the mouth 10a from the inside so that the content does not leak to the outside from the space between the cap body and the mouth 10a of the container body 10. The cover main body 21 has an opening 21a formed to have a diameter through which a user can insert a finger.
Specifically, the cover main body 21 includes: an outer cylinder 31 fixed to the mouth 10a, an inner cylinder 32 integrally connected to an inner circumference of an upper end of the outer cylinder 31, and a seal ring 33 integrally formed with an inner circumference of an upper end of the inner cylinder 32. The cover main body 21 has an opening 21a formed by the inner cylindrical portion 32, and an opening 21a for taking out the content is formed by an opening portion formed radially inward of an inner peripheral surface of a seal ring 33 formed on the inner cylindrical portion 32.
The outer tube 31 is cylindrical and has an inner diameter equal to or slightly larger than the outer diameter of the mouth 10 a. The outer tube 31 has an internal thread 31a on its inner peripheral surface, which is screwed to the external thread 10b of the container body 10. The internal thread 31a is screwed into the external thread 10b, whereby the outer cylinder 31, i.e., the cap body 21 is fixed to the container body 10.
The inner tube portion 32 is formed in a cylindrical shape. The inner tube portion 32 is integrally formed with the outer tube portion 31 on the inner circumferential surface of the upper end of the outer tube portion 31. The inner tube portion 32 is configured to protrude upward from at least the inner circumferential surface of the upper end of the outer tube portion 31. The inner tube portion 32 is configured to have an outer diameter smaller than that of the outer tube portion 31. The inner tube 32 extends downward from the upper end of the outer tube 31, and has an annular lower projection 32a that comes into close contact with the upper end of the mouth 10a when the outer tube 31 is attached to the mouth 10 a. The inner tube portion 32 has an engagement projection 32b that engages with the lid portion 22 on the outer peripheral surface on the opposite side of the hinge portion 23 across the center of the cover main body 21, that is, on the outer peripheral surface at a position symmetrical to the hinge portion 23 centered on the cover main body 21.
The seal ring 33 is formed integrally with the inner tube portion 32 on the inner circumferential surface of the upper end of the inner tube portion 32. The seal ring 33 is formed in an annular shape extending downward from the upper end of the inner tube portion 32 and the inner circumferential surface of the inner tube portion 32 with a gap therebetween. The inner peripheral surface of the seal ring 33 is in close contact with an annular protrusion 43, described later, of the cover 22.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the seal ring 33 includes: a continuous portion 33a extending in the radial direction from the inner peripheral surface of the upper end of the inner tube portion 32, and a seal portion 33b extending downward from the continuous portion 33 a. In addition, the inner peripheral surface of the upper end portion of the seal ring 33, in other words, the inner peripheral surface of the upper end of the seal portion 33b, in other words, the inner peripheral surface of the ridge portion constituting the continuous portion 33a and the seal portion 33b, is constituted by an annular inclined surface inclined with respect to the axial direction of the seal ring 33. That is, the seal ring 33 has a chamfered portion 33c due to the annular inclined surface at the ridge portion of the continuous portion 33a and the seal portion 33 b.
The inner peripheral surface of the lower end portion of the seal ring 33, in other words, the inner peripheral surface of the lower end of the seal portion 33b, is formed into an annular curved surface. That is, the seal ring 33 has a curved chamfered portion 33d on the inner peripheral surface of the lower end portion. In other words, the vertical cross-sectional shape of the inner circumferential surface of the lower end portion of the seal ring 33 is formed in an arc shape.
As shown in fig. 4, the outer diameter of the seal ring 33 gradually decreases from the lower end to the middle portion, and gradually increases from the middle portion to the upper end. In other words, the seal ring 33 has an annular inclined surface inclined radially inward upward from the lower end portion to the middle portion, and an annular inclined surface inclined radially outward upward from the middle portion to the upper end portion.
That is, the gap generated between the inner circumferential surface of the inner cylindrical portion 32 and the outer circumferential surface of the seal ring 33 is configured to be largest at the middle portion of the seal ring 33, and the gap at the upper end and the lower end of the seal ring 33 is smaller than the gap at the middle portion.
The lid 22 includes: top plate 41, outer peripheral wall 42 extending downward from the outer peripheral edge of top plate 41, and annular projection 43 extending downward from the inner surface of top plate 41 facing cover body 21.
The top plate 41 is formed in a circular plate shape. The top plate 41 covers the upper surface of the cover main body 21 including the opening 21 a. The top plate 41 has a finger hook 41a for a user to hook a finger on an outer peripheral surface of the opposite side of the hinge 23 across the center of the cover body 21, that is, an outer peripheral surface of a position symmetrical to the hinge 23 centered on the cover body 21.
The outer peripheral wall portion 42 is formed to have an inner diameter larger than the outer diameter of the inner tube portion 32, and has an engaged projection 42a that engages with the engaging projection 32b on the outer peripheral surface on the opposite side of the center of the cover main body 21 from the hinge portion 23, that is, on the outer peripheral surface at a position symmetrical to the hinge portion 23 with the cover main body 21 as the center.
The annular projection 43 is a cylindrical projection that is disposed coaxially with the center of the top plate 41 and projects from the inner surface of the top plate 41. The outer diameter of the annular projection 43 is set to be slightly larger than the inner diameter of the seal ring 33, and the annular projection 43 is in close contact with the inner peripheral surface of the seal portion 33b of the seal ring 33. That is, the seal ring 33 and the annular projection 43 are configured to be in close contact with each other by bending deformation in a state where the engaged projection 42a and the engaging projection 32b of the outer peripheral wall portion 42 are engaged with each other, that is, in a state where the cover portion 22 is covered.
The hinge portion 23 is formed integrally with the cover main body 21 and the lid portion 22. The hinge 23 connects an upper outer peripheral end of the outer tube 31 of the cover main body 21 and a lower outer peripheral end of the outer peripheral wall 42 of the cover 22. The hinge portion 23 rotatably supports the lid portion 22 with respect to the cover main body 21.
According to the container 1 having the hinge type cover 11 configured as described above, by providing the seal ring 33 extending with a space from the inner peripheral surface of the inner cylindrical portion 32 of the cover main body 21, the sealing property with the annular protrusion 43 of the lid portion 22 can be improved. Accordingly, since the hinge cover 11 can be molded from the same material, the manufacturing cost can be reduced as compared with a conventional structure in which a seal ring is made of a material different from that of other hinge covers.
Further, the hinge type cover 11 can make the user's finger feel good when the user's finger touches the lower end portion of the seal ring 33 by making the vertical cross-sectional shape of the inner peripheral surface of the lower end portion of the seal ring 33 which the finger touches when the content is taken out to be arc-shaped. For example, in the case of taking out the content from the container body 10, after the content is pulled out from the opening 21a by a finger, the amount of the content attached to the finger may be adjusted by bringing the pulled-out content into contact with a part of the lower end portion of the seal ring 33 in order to adjust the amount of the content attached to the finger. Further, the remaining amount of the content is reduced, and when a finger pulls out the content along the side wall surface of the container body 10 and takes out the content from the opening 21a, the finger may contact a part of the lower end portion of the seal ring 33. In this case, the curved chamfered portion 33d is provided at the lower end portion of the seal ring 33, so that the touch feeling is improved, and the annular curved surface prevents the finger from being caught on the seal ring 33, thereby improving the removal property of the content. As a result, the content of the hinge type cover 11 is excellent in taking-out property.
Further, since the seal ring 33 has an outer diameter gradually decreasing from the lower end to the middle portion and gradually increasing from the middle portion to the upper end, the gap between the outer peripheral surface of the inner tube portion 32 and the inner peripheral surface of the seal ring 33 is small on the lower end side of the seal ring 33. Therefore, the content can be prevented from entering the gap, and as a result, the loss of the content during use can be reduced.
The hinge type cover 11 is a molded product manufactured by a mold, and the seal ring 33 is formed in an undercut (アンダーカット) shape by minimizing the outer diameter of the seal ring 33 at the middle portion. Therefore, when the mold is released from the gap between the inner cylinder portion 32 and the seal ring 33, the mold presses the seal ring 33 radially inward. At the time of mold release, since the seal ring 33 is pressed radially inward, the seal ring 33 is deformed in a direction to be brought into close contact with the annular projection 43 of the cover portion 22. That is, when the mold is removed from the mold, the seal ring 33 is deformed radially inward in accordance with the undercut shape thereof, and the inner diameter of the seal ring 33 is corrected by the mold so as to be a predetermined inner diameter, whereby the seal ring 33 can be reliably brought into close contact with the annular projection 43.
As described above, according to the container 1 having the hinge type cover 11, it is possible to manufacture at low cost, and to improve sealability and take out the content.
The present invention is not limited to the above embodiments. For example, in the above example, the structure in which the external thread portion 10b of the container body 10 and the internal thread portion 31a of the hinge cover 11 are screwed to fix the hinge cover 11 to the container body 10 has been described, but the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, the container 1 may be configured such that the hinge cover 11 is fixed to the container body 10 by fitting.
That is, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications can be made in the implementation stage without departing from the gist thereof. In addition, the embodiments may be combined as appropriate, and in this case, the combined effect can be obtained. The above embodiments include various inventions, and various inventions can be extracted by combinations selected from a plurality of constituent elements of the present disclosure. For example, even if some of the constituent elements shown in the embodiments are deleted, the problem can be solved, and when the effect can be achieved, a configuration in which the constituent elements are deleted can be extracted as an invention.
