In the traditional electrical cabinet, the side plate forming the accommodating space is integrally and fixedly connected to the bottom plate 1, and in the maintenance process, the maintenance work can be carried out only by opening the panel 4, but in the invention, the panel 4 can be movably connected to the first side plate 2 and/or the second side plate 3 by a hinge connecting piece or other pivot connecting pieces or a direct clamping way, so that the maintenance work in a small range can be realized by directly opening the panel 4. If the electrical components need to be replaced or the maintenance needs to be carried out to a greater extent, the first side plate 2 or the second side plate 3 can be detached at the same time, so that a larger operation space is obtained.
In order to conveniently detach the first side plate 2 or the second side plate 3 from the bottom plate 1, in some embodiments of the present invention, a side of the first side plate 2 close to the bottom plate 1 is bent to form a first folded edge 22, and a side close to a bottom side thereof is bent to form a second folded edge 23. The first flange 22 is used for facilitating insertion into a gap between the bottom plate 1 and a wall to form a fixing structure, and the second flange 23 plays a role in supporting the second side plate 3 when the first side plate 2 and the second side plate 3 enclose an accommodating space. Meanwhile, correspondingly, a side edge of the second side plate 3 close to the top thereof is bent to form a fifth folded edge 31, and a side edge close to the bottom plate 1 is bent to form an eighth folded edge 34. Similarly, the eighth folded edge 34 can be inserted into the gap between the bottom plate 1 and the wall, and the fifth folded edge 31 can be overlapped on the upper plate surface of the first side plate, thereby realizing a more stable box structure. Meanwhile, when disassembling, the first side plate 2 and the second side plate 3 are disassembled without tools because the first side plate 2 and the second side plate 3 are formed by the inserting structure. Of course, the size of the gap between the base plate 1 and the wall needs to be larger than the wall thickness of the first folding edge 22 and the eighth folding edge 34 when the device is installed. This gap can be reserved when the bottom plate 1 is installed, and can be precisely controlled by the structure of the fixing member 5 itself, for example, as shown in fig. 4, the fixing member 5 can be preferably substantially in a zigzag structure, and specifically, it includes a first fixing portion 51 and a second fixing portion 52 parallel to each other, and an obliquely disposed connecting plate 53 connecting the first fixing portion 51 and the second fixing portion 52, wherein the first fixing portion 51 is provided with a fixing hole for facilitating connection with a wall, and the second fixing portion 52 is provided with a connecting hole 521 for facilitating connection with the bottom plate 1. In addition, the inclination angle of the connection plate 53 depends on the size of the gap required between the base plate 1 and the wall.
In addition, when the first side plate 2 and the second side plate are inserted into each other, in order to facilitate the first side plate 2 and the second side plate 3 to be smoothly inserted into the gap, as an improvement, the end of the first folded edge 22 of the first side plate 2 and/or the end of the eighth folded edge 34 of the second side plate 3 may be configured as an inclined side 342, and as shown in the structure of the second side plate 3 shown in fig. 4 and 6, the end of the eighth folded edge 34 forms an inclined structure which facilitates insertion, so that smooth assembly may be achieved. Furthermore, as shown in fig. 4, a first mounting hole 341 is disposed at a position of the eighth folded edge 34 close to the inclined side 342, and in some modifications, the first mounting hole 341 is selectively connected to a plug board (not shown in the drawings), and the plug board can form a plug-in fit with the first bayonet 25 disposed on the first side plate 2 to form a stable box structure.
On the basis of the above solution, when the first side plate 2 and the second side plate 3 form a basic box structure of the electrical cabinet, the panel 4 may be pivotally connected to the first side plate 2 or the second side plate 3 by using hinges (not shown) installed on the pivotal mounting holes 321, similar to the conventional box structure, in order to prevent the panel from being opened at an excessively large angle, in the solution of pivotal connection, it may be considered to provide a limiting rib 323 on the second side plate 3 on one side of the pivotal connection. However, in the invention, the first side plate 2 and the second side plate 3 are in insertion fit, so that the disassembly and assembly during maintenance are convenient. Therefore, in other solutions, it is preferable that the panel 4 is not firmly connected to the first side panel 2 or the second side panel 3, and therefore, in some modifications, it is preferable that the side edge of the first side panel 2 close to the side of the panel 4 is provided with a third folding edge 26 and a fourth folding edge 27, respectively. Similarly, the side edge of the second side panel 3 adjacent to the side of the panel 4 is provided with a sixth folded edge 32 and a ninth folded edge 344. In this way, the tenth folded edge 43 may be provided on the side of the panel 4 corresponding to the fastening side, and the tenth folded edge may be engaged with the third folded edge 26, the fourth folded edge 27, the sixth folded edge 32, and the ninth folded edge 344 to form a sealed box environment. However, for convenience of wiring, as shown in fig. 4, a first wiring hole 21 is formed on the first side plate 2; the second side plate 3 is provided with a second wire hole 343. Further, for the sake of easy observation, an observation window 41 and an indicator lamp mounting hole 42 may be separately provided in the panel 4. In addition, when the panel 4 is buckled on the box body formed by the first side plate 2 and the second side plate 3, the third folding edge 26, the fourth folding edge 27, the sixth folding edge 32 and the ninth folding edge 344 are used alone to form a snap fit, and the combination stability may not be ideal, so that, preferably, as shown in fig. 6, the third folding edge 26 includes a rigid folding edge portion 261 and a flexible folding edge portion 262 connected to the rigid folding edge portion 261, so that when the panel 4 is buckled with the first side plate 2, the flexible folding edge portion 262 and the tenth folding edge 43 form an interference fit, thereby realizing a stable matching relationship. The rigid flange portion 261 can be formed by directly bending the first side plate 2, and the flexible flange portion 262 can be embedded on the rigid flange portion 261, and can be made of rubber or silica gel. Likewise, as shown in fig. 6, a seventh fold 33 may also be separately established outside the sixth fold 32 on the second side panel 3, in which case the sixth fold 32 may actually be configured as a rigid fold and the seventh fold 33 as a flexible fold, thereby achieving a similar effect.
As a further improvement, as shown in fig. 4, in some embodiments, since the base plate 1 may need to be fixed on the wall body by the fixing members 5 in advance, for convenience of assembly and later maintenance, a rectangular mounting plate 6 may be introduced, electric components (not shown) are mounted on the mounting plate 6 one by one through a plurality of mounting holes 64 in advance, and then the mounting plate 6 is fixed on the base plate 1 by arranging adjusting slot holes 63 near the four corners of the rectangle as a whole. The grooving directions of the adjusting operation 63 are consistent, so that the installation position can be adjusted within a certain range.
In the technical solution of introducing the mounting plate 6, as shown in fig. 4, preferably, the first side plate 2 may further be provided with a first clamping groove 24 clamped with a side edge of the mounting plate 6. And the other sides can be provided with a first clamping edge 61 and/or a second clamping edge 62 which are bent towards the bottom plate 1, and the first clamping edge 61 and the second clamping edge 62 have the main functions of limiting the transition displacement of the mounting plate 6 on one hand and also can enable a gap to be reserved between the mounting plate 6 and the bottom plate 1 to prevent electrical short circuit on the other hand. Therefore, as a still further improvement, the mounting plate is made of an insulating material.
