When the internet of things terminal receives an instruction sent by an MME (mobility management entity) for closing a periodic tracking area updating switch, the fact that the internet of things terminal starts to enter an active time length is indicated, namely, the internet of things terminal starts to enter a working period, at the moment, the internet of things terminal starts a timer to time the working period, and monitors whether the timer is ended in real time, when the timer is ended, the fact that the working period of the internet of things terminal is ended is indicated, at the moment, the internet of things terminal needs to initiate a tracking area updating request, so that the MME is triggered to control the SGW and the PGW to establish again and store the bearing context information of the internet of things terminal.
In addition, it should be noted that, in the present invention, when the network capability parameter of the internet of things terminal needs to be modified, for example, the power saving mode parameter is modified, when the internet of things terminal initiates a tracking area update request to the MME, the update request carries the network parameter that needs to be modified, and after receiving the tracking area update request, the MME determines the power saving mode parameter of the internet of things terminal again according to the network condition and according to the network parameter carried in the tracking area update request.

The present embodiment provides a Mobility Management Entity (MME), as shown in fig. 5, the MME includes: a receiving unit 11, a judging unit 12, a first control unit 13, and a transmitting unit 14; the receiving unit 11 is configured to receive attachment information sent by the terminal of the internet of things, where the attachment information includes: the type information of the Internet of things terminal and the power saving mode parameter comprise the active duration of the Internet of things terminal; the judging unit 12 is configured to judge whether the terminal of the internet of things is a terminal of the internet of things at a fixed location according to the type information of the terminal of the internet of things; the first control unit 13 is configured to control the service gateway and the PDN gateway to establish and store the bearer context information of the internet of things terminal when the determination unit 12 determines that the internet of things terminal is a fixed-location internet of things terminal; the sending unit 14 is configured to send an instruction to close the periodic tracking area update switch to the internet of things terminal when the determining unit 12 determines that the internet of things terminal is the fixed-position internet of things terminal, so that the internet of things terminal automatically closes the periodic tracking area update switch after receiving the instruction to close the periodic tracking area update switch; the first control unit 13 is further configured to control the serving gateway and the PDN gateway to delete the bearer context information of the terminal of the internet of things after the active duration elapses.
In the Mobility Management Entity (MME) provided in this embodiment, when the terminal of the internet of things is in the active duration, the MME controls the SGW and the PGW to establish and store the bearer context information of the terminal of the internet of things, and when the active duration of the terminal of the internet of things is over, the MME controls the SGW and the PGW to delete the stored bearer context information of the terminal of the internet of things, so that the bearer context information of the terminal of the internet of things does not need to be stored in the SGW and the PGW all the time, thereby relieving the memory pressure of the SGW and the PGW, and avoiding the performance of the terminal from being affected
Further, in some embodiments, the power saving mode parameter received by the receiving unit 11 further includes a power saving duration of the internet of things terminal, and at this time, the receiving unit 11 is further configured to receive a tracking area update request sent by the internet of things terminal when the power saving duration of the internet of things terminal is ended; the first control unit 13 is further configured to control the service gateway and the PDN gateway to establish and store the bearer context information of the terminal of the internet of things after the receiving unit 11 receives the tracking area update request, and further configured to control the service gateway and the PDN gateway to delete the bearer context information of the terminal of the internet of things after the active duration elapses.
In some embodiments, the MME further comprises: a timer 15, a second control unit 16 and a monitoring unit 17; the second control unit 16 is configured to start the timer 15 after the first control unit 13 controls the service gateway and the PDN gateway to establish and store the bearer context information of the terminal of the internet of things, and before the first control unit 13 controls the service gateway and the PDN gateway to delete the bearer context information of the terminal of the internet of things, where a timing duration of the timer 15 is an active duration of the terminal of the internet of things; the monitoring unit 17 is configured to monitor whether the timer 15 finishes timing, and instruct the first control unit 13 to control the serving gateway and the PDN gateway to delete the bearer context information of the terminal of the internet of things when it is monitored that the timer 15 finishes timing.
Therefore, for the functional units of the mobility management entity and the interaction process between the functional units in this embodiment, reference is made to the description of the corresponding method steps in the first and second embodiments for a reference, and details are not repeated here.
EXAMPLE six
This embodiment provides an internet of things terminal, as shown in fig. 6, this internet of things terminal includes: a transmitting unit 21, a receiving unit 22, and an automatic closing unit 23; the sending unit 21 is configured to send attachment information to the mobility management entity, where the attachment information includes: the mobile management entity judges whether the terminal of the Internet of things is a terminal of the Internet of things with a fixed position or not according to the type information after receiving the attachment information, controls a service gateway and a PDN gateway to establish and store bearing context information of the terminal of the Internet of things after judging that the terminal of the Internet of things is the terminal of the Internet of things with the fixed position, and controls the service gateway and the PDN gateway to delete the bearing context information of the terminal of the Internet of things after the active time; the receiving unit 22 is configured to receive an instruction to turn off the self-tracking area update switch, where the instruction is returned by the mobility management entity; the automatic turn-off unit 23 is configured to automatically turn off the periodic tracking area update switch after the receiving unit 22 receives an instruction to turn off the periodic tracking area update switch.
Further, in some embodiments, the power saving mode parameter sent by the sending unit further includes a power saving duration of the terminal of the internet of things; the thing networking terminal still includes: a timer 24, a timer control unit 25, and a monitoring unit 26; the timer control unit 25 is configured to start the timer 24 after the receiving unit 22 receives an instruction to turn off the periodic tracking area update switch returned by the mobility management entity, where a timing duration of the timer 24 is a sum of the active duration and the power saving duration; the monitoring unit 26 is configured to monitor whether the timer 24 finishes timing in real time, and when it is monitored that the timer 24 finishes timing, instruct the sending unit 21 to send a tracking area update request to the mobility management entity, so that the mobility management entity controls the serving gateway and the PDN gateway to establish and store the bearer context information of the terminal of the internet of things after receiving the tracking area update request.
The terminal of the internet of things provided in this embodiment is used to implement the EPC bearer establishment methods provided in the third and fourth embodiments of the present invention, and therefore, for the functional units of the terminal of the internet of things and the interaction process between the functional units in this embodiment, reference is made to the description of the corresponding method steps in the third and fourth embodiments, and details are not described here again.
It will be understood that the above embodiments are merely exemplary embodiments taken to illustrate the principles of the present invention, which is not limited thereto. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and improvements can be made without departing from the spirit and substance of the invention, and these modifications and improvements are also considered to be within the scope of the invention.

Claims (10)

1. An EPC bearer establishment method, comprising:
receiving attachment information sent by a terminal of the Internet of things, wherein the attachment information comprises: the type information of the Internet of things terminal and the power saving mode parameter comprise the active duration of the Internet of things terminal;
judging whether the terminal of the Internet of things is a terminal of the Internet of things with a fixed position or not according to the type information of the terminal of the Internet of things;
when the internet of things terminal is judged to be a fixed-position internet of things terminal, a control service gateway and a PDN gateway establish and store the bearing context information of the internet of things terminal, and simultaneously send an instruction for closing a self periodic tracking area updating switch to the internet of things terminal, so that the internet of things terminal automatically closes the self periodic tracking area updating switch after receiving the instruction for closing the self periodic tracking area updating switch;
and after the active duration, controlling the service gateway and the PDN gateway to delete the bearing context information of the terminal of the Internet of things.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the power saving mode parameter further comprises a power saving duration of the terminal of the internet of things;
after the step of controlling the service gateway and the PDN gateway to delete the bearer context information of the terminal of the internet of things, the method further includes:
when the power saving duration of the terminal of the Internet of things is over, receiving a tracking area updating request sent by the terminal of the Internet of things;
after receiving the tracking area updating request, controlling the service gateway and the PDN gateway to establish and store the bearing context information of the terminal of the Internet of things;
and after the active duration, continuing to control the service gateway and the PDN gateway to delete the bearing context information of the terminal of the Internet of things.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein after the controlling the serving gateway and the PDN gateway establishes and saves the bearer context information of the terminal of the internet of things, and before the controlling the serving gateway and the PDN gateway deletes the bearer context information of the terminal of the internet of things, further comprising:
setting a timer; the timing duration of the timer is the active duration of the terminal of the Internet of things;
monitoring whether the timer finishes timing;
and when the timer is monitored to finish timing, executing the step of controlling the service gateway and the PDN gateway to delete the bearing context information of the terminal of the Internet of things.
4. An EPC bearer establishment method, comprising:
sending attachment information to a mobility management entity, wherein the attachment information comprises: the mobile management entity judges whether the terminal of the Internet of things is a terminal of the Internet of things with a fixed position or not according to the type information after receiving the attachment information, controls a service gateway and a PDN gateway to establish and store bearing context information of the terminal of the Internet of things after judging that the terminal of the Internet of things is the terminal of the Internet of things with the fixed position, and controls the service gateway and the PDN gateway to delete the bearing context information of the terminal of the Internet of things after the active time;
receiving an instruction of closing a self periodic tracking area updating switch returned by the mobile management entity;
and closing the periodic tracking area updating switch according to the instruction for closing the periodic tracking area updating switch.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the power saving mode parameter further includes a power saving duration thereof; the method further comprises the following steps:
after receiving an instruction of closing a self periodic tracking area updating switch returned by the mobile management entity, starting a timer, wherein the timing duration of the timer is the sum of the active duration and the power saving duration;
monitoring whether the timer finishes timing in real time;
when the timer is monitored to finish timing, a tracking area updating request is sent to the mobile management entity, so that the mobile management entity controls the service gateway and the PDN gateway to establish and store the bearing context information of the Internet of things terminal after receiving the tracking area updating request.
6. A mobility management entity, comprising:
the receiving unit is used for receiving attachment information sent by the terminal of the Internet of things, and the attachment information comprises: the type information of the Internet of things terminal and the power saving mode parameter comprise the active duration of the Internet of things terminal;
the judging unit is used for judging whether the terminal of the Internet of things is a terminal of the Internet of things with a fixed position or not according to the type information of the terminal of the Internet of things;
the first control unit is used for controlling the service gateway and the PDN gateway to establish and store the bearing context information of the terminal of the Internet of things when the judging unit judges that the terminal of the Internet of things is the terminal of the Internet of things with a fixed position;
the sending unit is used for sending an instruction for closing the periodic tracking area updating switch to the Internet of things terminal when the judging unit judges that the Internet of things terminal is the Internet of things terminal with a fixed position, so that the Internet of things terminal can automatically close the periodic tracking area updating switch after receiving the instruction for closing the periodic tracking area updating switch;
the first control unit is further configured to control the service gateway and the PDN gateway to delete the bearer context information of the terminal of the internet of things after the active duration elapses.
7. The MME of claim 6, wherein the power saving mode parameter further comprises a power saving duration of the IOT terminal;
the receiving unit is further configured to receive a tracking area update request sent by the internet of things terminal when the power saving duration of the internet of things terminal is over;
the first control unit is further configured to control the service gateway and the PDN gateway to establish and store the bearer context information of the terminal of the internet of things after the receiving unit receives the tracking area update request, and further configured to control the service gateway and the PDN gateway to delete the bearer context information of the terminal of the internet of things after the active duration elapses.
8. The mobility management entity according to claim 6 or 7, further comprising: the device comprises a timer, a second control unit and a monitoring unit;
the second control unit is configured to start the timer after the first control unit controls the service gateway and the PDN gateway to establish and store the bearer context information of the terminal of the internet of things, and before the first control unit controls the service gateway and the PDN gateway to delete the bearer context information of the terminal of the internet of things, where a timing duration of the timer is an active duration of the terminal of the internet of things;
and the monitoring unit is used for monitoring whether the timer finishes timing, and when the timer finishes timing, the monitoring unit instructs the first control unit to control the service gateway and the PDN gateway to delete the bearing context information of the terminal of the Internet of things.
9. An internet of things terminal, comprising:
a sending unit, configured to send attach information to a mobility management entity, where the attach information includes: the mobile management entity judges whether the terminal of the Internet of things is a terminal of the Internet of things with a fixed position or not according to the type information after receiving the attachment information, controls a service gateway and a PDN gateway to establish and store bearing context information of the terminal of the Internet of things after judging that the terminal of the Internet of things is the terminal of the Internet of things with the fixed position, and controls the service gateway and the PDN gateway to delete the bearing context information of the terminal of the Internet of things after the active time;
a receiving unit, configured to receive an instruction for turning off a periodic tracking area update switch of the mobile management entity, where the instruction is returned by the mobility management entity;
and the automatic closing unit is used for automatically closing the periodic tracking area updating switch after the receiving unit receives an instruction of closing the periodic tracking area updating switch.
10. The internet of things terminal of claim 9, further comprising: the device comprises a timer, a timer control unit and a monitoring unit;
the power saving mode parameters also comprise the power saving duration of the terminal of the Internet of things;
the timer control unit is configured to start the timer after the receiving unit receives an instruction to turn off the periodic tracking area update switch from the mobility management entity, where the instruction is returned by the mobility management entity, and a timing duration of the timer is a sum of the active duration and the power saving duration;
the monitoring unit is used for monitoring whether the timer finishes timing in real time, and when the timer finishes timing, the sending unit is instructed to send a tracking area updating request to the mobile management entity, so that the mobile management entity controls the service gateway and the PDN gateway to establish and store the bearing context information of the Internet of things terminal after receiving the tracking area updating request.
