The invention discloses a medical image processing system and a method, which belong to the technical field of medical equipment and are characterized by comprising the following steps: the I/O equipment is connected with the electronic mirror and used for acquiring original video image data; the image processing system is connected with the I/O equipment through a data line, acquires original video image data and performs image preprocessing; the display terminal is used for performing data interaction with the image processing system and performing image display and post-processing, USB interfaces are arranged on the I/O device, the image processing system and the display terminal, the image processing system comprises an image sharpening module, an image enhancement module, an image coding module, an image transformation module and a compression processing module, and the display terminal comprises an image capturing module, an amplification module and a rotation module. The main functional flow is shown as follows: CCD camera input signal to video card of electron mirror, the system realizes video acquisition through the drive design to the video card, and for the reasonable video of adjustment, the system provides video acquisition attribute setting, includes: video sources, video standards (PAL, NTSC, SECAM, etc.), video brightness, contrast, saturation, chroma, gamma correction, video formats (RGB24, YUY2, YUY9, YUY12, etc.), which fully meet the requirements of practical application.
Video data acquisition
The system supports two modes of video card data acquisition and video interface system data acquisition, wherein the video card data acquisition is compatible with a video card scheme, and the video interface system is directly connected with the video acquisition equipment and a computer through a USB interface.
Video image processing
The video image information processing is various processing performed on a video after video acquisition through a developed video image processing system. Mainly completes the conversion of image signals into digital signals, and meets the requirements of medical diagnosis images and images. The main processing algorithms and techniques employed include: image sharpening, image enhancement, image coding, image transformation, compression processing, and the like.
Diagnostic report orchestration
